Worst walmart ever. There's always a parking lot full of cars because they only have one self check out and one cashier lane at any given time. Expect your wait in line to check out to be 15 minutes. The lines Routinely wrap around the freezer section halfway down the store. Insanely long wait for checkout. Rude attendants. The parking lot is full of carts all the time with rogue ones rolling around bound to hit whoever made the bad choice to shop here.

I hate this Walmart almost as much as the one on West Florissant. The staff are so unprofessional and rude. No one can ever help you because they don't have product knowledge on anything. Also, nobody wants to buy Great Value products because you will die when you eat them, but it doesn't help that they had a great big display of rotten Great Value chicken that was stinking up the store. I always have to go 20 miles out in Chesterfield to get satisfactory service. Not to mention, the long lines are enough to make you leave everything in your cart!

The recovery time for employees to set the store to rights is horrible. I stood for over an hour in completely disorganized ladies' undergarments, trying to make sense of the chaos to find what I needed. I never found it, and trying to just gave me anxiety. I left the store to shop elsewhere.

Whoever the guy was working self checkout this morning on 4/16/24, was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him to price check an item and he told me to go back and take a picture and bring it back instead of him using his scanner, which I told him no because I was running late for work and I’ll just buy it anyways and he proceeded to take the item away from me anyways. He also came back and put his hand in all of my bags and pulled out every item to make sure they were scanned, which they were. After talking to a police officer in the area they’re actually not supposed to put their hand and pull out stuff out of our bags. He could have asked for the receipt but he didn’t. Not only did he embarrass me I also was singled out. I didn’t see him do it to anyone else while in line before or after me. I will not be going back unless other lines are open besides the self check out.

5 stars for my interaction with an employee named Ella last week. My partner needed some live bait (worms) which i have never purchased before. Ella was the employee who helped me. After seeing how uncomfortable i was trying to check on the worms she did it for me. I was having a bad day and her kindness really meant a lot. She did not have to go out of her way for a stranger but she did and it was very appreciated!! Thank you Ella!!

Had the most wonderful interaction with the store manager (Ms Gaia- not sure of spelling ) while buying some fabric, I felt like I was at a high end store. It was unexpected but very much appreciated!

Always avoided walmart because of the crowd but I gave it a try. Was amazed I was able to find everything and check out in a timely manner. And lady at checkout area was very nice!

I would NOT recommend shop at this store unless you enjoy standing and waiting in line to check out. Why can’t they the keep the 2 self checkout areas for customers the whole business hours? One checkout area will close after certain hour. Besides, only 1 or 2 lanes open with associates most of the time. That creates a long line for customers to check out at the remaining open area with about 10 machines and the lanes (1 or 2). I usually simply walk away when I see the long lines. Why can’t they install more machines to replace those empty lanes like other locations?

Worst Walmart ever, we always have to drive to another county for better service. The parking lot is always covered in litter, carts line the entire lot and all over the medians, nothing is ever stocked, and the store literally smells! I often TRY to do online pickup, but when I get there and check in no employee ever comes out. If you call the pickup line they do not answer. If you want to wait over an hour to receive and order that was already paid for online then be my guest. Disgusting place, and the rudest service.

This place is always sold out of everything. The workers are either always stoned or just don’t care about their job. It’s dirty. I come here because it is the closest to my house but I have seldom had a good experience. It seems mismanaged entirely from procurement, to associate management. This place needs corporate involvement.

I don’t go into Walmart. I actually wait outside while my family goes in because I like to people watch. You never know what you are going to see. For example, tonight we had two women jousting with the electric carts in the middle of the parking lot in full evening gowns. You never let me down Walmart!

Store closed at 10 pm. We got in to store at 945 and we’re told to hurry. A woman outside had spent $8 for an Uber to come bc store was supposed to close at 11pm!More importantly. Self check out is NOT handicap accessible. See video attached.Not on video is Walmart employee who just clocked out and was telling profanities at some unknown person for a long time in the front of the store.

Have shopped here before for a car seat that they carried whereas other stores did not carry; appreciate the deep inventory....Issue as shown in photos where many customers came before 8am to shop given their posted store opening 6am. However they had a conflicting sign that indicated they were not open until 9am. Was not able to shop there during my second visit.

I had a very unprofessional experience for the second time ,at the same spot, today. Ms. SHAR-RON of the Entertainment section is very rude and is gifted with the worst customer handling performance. She was not cooperative to show me the locked items. It looks I won’t allow myself to experience the same thing ever.

Just moved into the area. Unfortunately dissapointed at the disorders and mess this location has. More sad is the overall lack of care for customers by employees that seem to have very low work ethic and are more interested in socializing or joking around with their co-workers than first actually working or serving their customers. Had a experience with a rude evening front end manager. She acted like I was ignorant when I asked the location of an item I couldn't find in produce. Only positive was a young man who assisted me in returns with friendliness despite his area was neglected by his associates ans so cluttered and messy it was a chor to arrive at the register.

They closed the doors to the store at 10:45 even though they are not supposed to close till 11. The staff are never helpfull and don't know where anything is and if you need help in the hunting or alcohol or tech department good luck trying to find someone. They have buzzers to call an employee but Noone ever shows up.

What's the point of having closing hours if they're going to close early? I came 15 minutes before 11 pm and they had already locked the doors. Had me looking stupid walking up to a door that wasn't going to open. I then watched a bunch of people walk out for the next 10 minutes. I don't get off work until 10:30 pm and come straight from work. How am I supposed to know when they close if they don't respect the hours shown and that every other Walmart has?

A lot of the employees are really nice but the store aisles are usually in shambles. I expect it sometimes because of the time of day, but that sporting goods/toy area...yikes! I may have been there once when both areas were close to fully stocked, organized, or semi-clear of stock. The same loose wine glasses have been sitting on a shelf, loose, under some die-cast cars for at least a month.

Walmart is such a joke now. 11 lanes that aren’t self checkout and maybe 2 are open so likes spill through the store. Nothing is stocked or labeled. It’s pure chaos. Meanwhile CEO makes billions. HIRE MORE WORKERS AND PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE. The stores are unbearable now.

This is the worst Walmart in the country. Avoid this location at all cost. I went in for a simple propane exchange & 40 minutes later I left out with my same empty tank. I didn't even want a refund after waiting that long. This was the only thing I went to the store for. I wish I could rate this zero.

Never again! Went here to get a car battery. The one I needed was locked to the wire rack. I asked an employee if he could unlock it, he only responded saying it wasn't his department and walked away. Another employee told me the same thing and directed me to the "help button" located on the Sporting Goods counter. I pressed the button and waited multiple times and never got any help although I could see employees congregated in the main aisles, talking and laughing.From now on, I'm ordering online from this company's competitors.

All the Walmart locations are getting terrible. There is never any staff (I’m certain it’s because of the management running around here) nobody is on one accord. The money center is never open when it needs to. No staff member ever knows where anything is in the store . And nobody can ever find a manager. It’s ridiculous . But y’all don’t read the reviews anyway. That’s why the stores are falling apart. Guess I’ll start back driving further out , WHERE THE HOURS ACTUALLY reflect in store . Where the food is on the shelves and no in boxes in aisle . I’m sick I even need to come to Walmart. Think I’ll definitely make this my last time here . Wish everybody else felt the same so these places can get RIGHT!

This was the worst Walmart I've ever been to. First I just needed a charger for my phone but I had to get someone to unlock the case it was in. The worker was standing right at the case I needed unlocked so I waited until he was done with another customer then asked if he could just get the charger while he had the case open. He looked at me and said I'm leaving now and I need to go catch a bus so you need to find someone else and walked off. Ok so I look for another worker and none of them can help me. Meanwhile I see the guy from before walk by again and he yells "I'm off the clock" at me, even tho I didn't ask him for help again. They keep paging someone to come to electronics and finally after standing there for 20 minutes someone comes and unlocks it and gets the charger. She tells me she is taking it to a certain register and go there to get it. I assumed it's for security reasons and I'm fine with it. But then of course there are only 2 registers open and we stand in line for another 30 minutes! There were workers in the line buying stuff and then running off and getting other things while all these people were waiting for them to check out. I was there an hour waiting the whole time and I just wanted one thing. And the workers were so rude. I hope I never have to go there again.

I wish I could give this disgusting store negative stars! I haven’t been to this store in a long time and will certainly NEVER go back to this location. I went with the intentions of cashing a check but decided to use the restroom first. The women’s restroom up front was gated off with a metal yellow gate and out of order signs and the back women’s restroom was unusable due to every single toilet being clogged. Then I went to money services because the rope was moved so I thought it was open, but not one employee was over there, however there was a sign hanging on the wall that money services could be handled at customer service when money services is closed. I walked to customer service and the cashier told me that check cashing wasn’t available until 10am and had to be handled at money services across from register 3. When I worked in Washington, Missouri at that Walmart we would’ve been disciplined to the max if we let our restrooms ever be like that and we always cashed checks 7am-10pm. This Walmart is completely unacceptable and definitely tarnishes Walmart’s reputation. That store manager and its employees should be ashamed of themselves for letting that store get to that point. Not one women’s restroom available in the entire store and the unisex was out of order. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALMART UNLESS THEY SEVERELY OVERHAUL THIS STORE AND CORRECT THE PROBLEMS. I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A WALMART!

The majority of the employees at this store always seem to be angry about something and have no problem taking it out on the customers. The store is always messy, unorganized, and dirty. Walmart needs to regain control of this store, including management as well as employees.

Store # 01188 in Bridgeton Missouri. I attempted to purchase a single white towel and groceries today. Upon reviewing my receipt (before leaving the store) I realized I was charged $13.97 for a single towel that should have cost me only $1.97. When I tried to get my $13.97 refunded the Customer Service employee tried to pick a verbal fight with me. This ghetto individual was bellicose, aggressive, and 100% unprofessional. I have shopped at this store since the day it opened and I've never been treated so callously. I will shop at Walmart through this Christmas season. Beginning January 1, 2024, I will do all of my shopping, including groceries, exclusively at Target stores. You might want to remind your Customer Service employee about the 10% rule of business. "For every one customer who takes the time to write a complaint, nine others will say nothing and just take their business elsewhere".
