Worst Walgreens customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude comments from the night manager about my kids. Needed to use restroom because my 4 year old was about to wet himself. She finally allowed us to use the “non-public” bathroom after my son was frantic. We made the comment that he was going to pee himself to which she replied “well where did he pee?!” Very rudely. She also rudely asked my husband why we were there.all of this isn’t even the extent of her rude comments. I used to work at Walgreens and this is definitely not the way Walgreens employees behave. If it wasn’t a door dash order we were doing, they NEVER would have gotten my business. (Side note: the front cashier was actually very sweet. We appreciated her.)

Rude employee. I checked out 5 items and somehow 1 item came up as something else on the receipt. I returned back to the store to have it adjust, before even gor to my car. The gentleman that checked me out told me "that can't be right I was playing games". The manager ended up reviewing the video because I did not take the blame for their mistake. And second manager showed up and told me "well looks like he scanned this with another item on his hand somehow it came up as the cocoa butter...." I mentioned to her twice that the gentleman was rude and told me I was playing games she finally looked at me like what else do I want and said "I'm sorry" in a barely hearable voice. The gentleman never showed up to apologize to me. Would not go there again. Wondering how many time people get overcharged.

They don’t care about their costumers or how long they have been costumers or about how much money SICK people put in their pockets. I have had one too many experiences of just rude ignorance. 23 years of using this pharmacy & they are just letting it go down hill by hiring ignorant people who are disrespectful. Sick people coming through a drive through do not deserve attitude & disrespect. I understand your job might be hard, but so is being sick & that is why I am using you guys in the first place 💯 all my prescriptions are being transferred to another pharmacy, I will never go back there again.

One star is too many for this place,not just this location. My daughter's doctor call a medication in a day and a half ago,and all I get is a text 4 hours after it was sent that there was an insurance problem no action on my part was needed. I was on the phone for 40 minutes on hold and then was hung up on. I drove down here and have been waiting for an hour. Was told they contacted the doctor to get the problem taken care of. It wasn't even an insurance problem. This place is the worst. Don't go here!!!! I will not be back.

This pharmacy drive-thru is THE WORST! Today on Thursday February 8, 2024 at 5:45 p.m. the pharmacy assistant who is working the window is having a full unnecessary conversation with a customer she should tell to pull around! Unbelievable! Holding up the line! It was like this yesterday! The slowest pharmacy drive thru EVER

They don't ever answer the phone in the pharmacy. Very difficult to refill a prescription. Their website doesn't recognize my prescription and neither does the automated system. I need my inhaler. Why is this so challenging? Hire someone to answer the phone.

Love this Walgreens very easy and close to work. Just so you know you have a clogged sewer drain in your parking lot. Every time it rains the water backs up and you can’t park anywhere. I have brought this up to the store employees but it never seems to get addressed so I figured I’d write a review and maybe somebody will see it. I still love this location and will still come but certainly will watch out for the dangerous water.

The employees are nice, but it is an absolute pain to get birth control from the pharmacy. Walgreens is a Christian-owned business so they are allowed to refuse to fill things by finding loopholes. Every time I request my birth control for my bleeding disorder, they say “it’ll be ready tomorrow”. I wait until tomorrow. “It’ll actually be ready tomorrow, sorry we’re so busy!” And it’s a constant cycle of “wait until tomorrow” until I have to start taking pills from an expired pack I keep in case this happens. Walgreens messed up my cycle so bad by doing this. It doesn’t happen to anything else I get through there, except sometimes vyvanse which is understandable during the shortage.Update: now they won’t fill ANY of my meds. The website will always say “reviewing insurance” for a few days and then it disappears. The insurance company said everything seemed fine when I called them. Calling Walgreens is always a hassle. I’m writing this while being on hold for 15 minutes.

This pharmacy has gone way downhill. I’m not sure if they had a change in management or not but it takes them over 24 hours to fill important prescriptions. I will be looking for somewhere else because this is ridiculous.

Drive thru pharmacy is a waste of time, no one answers the phones and when you finally do get to talk to someone, they're rude! Definitely changing pharmacies.

Bad service and the employees seem like they could care less about customers. Lazily walking around the store and conveniently 'on break' any time you ask for assistance. When I worked at Walgreens this behavior would never fly. Management has definitely become too lax and it has gone downhill.

Always short staffed. Long, long waits for scripts inside and out in the drive through. The microphone at the drive through either doesn't work or is VERY difficult to hear through. I've been messaged my scripts are ready and I get there and they aren't. We've had several day waits for refills. This was the Walgreens that finally made me refuse to use Walgreens every again.

Service at Walgreens has gone downhill for years now. The attitude of the workers is not great most of the time either, especially if you ask for anything that isn't easy.I had a coupon for colonoscopy prep medicine. Evidently it was 2 days past expiration so they would not honor it. The other coupon I had was for CVS only, I should have gone there. I had to pay $60. This was after I took prescription to Walgreens at Old 94 and Muegge. I told them I needed it Friday they said ok. Then when I go to get it Friday I’m told it won’t be ready until Monday, the day of the colonoscopy. I told them that would not work I need it today. So they said the Bridgeton store would fill it.After 35 years of using Walgreens for my prescriptions, I am done.

October is National Pharmacists month, and I just want to take this opportunity to thank all the Pharmacists and each and every person working in the Pharmacy at Walgreen's at 12345 St. Charles Rk Rd. They all really work with their customers to assure we can pick up all our prescriptions at the same time. I am grateful for their care and help, as I am 76 and take the Bridgeton Van to go there. It really means a lot to me that this Pharmacy truly cares. Thank you, Walgreen's Pharmacy.

They went down hill fast, clearly refusing to retain employees. They ought to take the words pharmacy off of the building less they get sued for false advertising. Every time I have tried to drop off a prescription: the drive through is down/told to come inside and or pharmacist is not on duty (ever). I would not waste your time trying to use this location.

came in with a coupon, when i asked how to use my coupon the older white woman with blonde hair and dark roots said “i don’t know i don’t deal with that.” so unprofessional and so rude. why show up if you don’t like your job enough to learn something basic as coupons? she was also making fun of the black man who was pulled over in the parking lot saying how she wanted to go out there and see what he did and laughing about it loud enough for everyone in line to hear. it was giving very much racist. anyways, i guess they're desperate for workers with it being a 24 hr location.

Why on earth would you make this a clinic when you can NOT even handle basic prescriptions? There’s a clinic right next door with full ER Capability yet I’m waiting FOUR DAYS for an antibiotic because nobody puts notes in the computer?

Don't get your COVID vaccination in this place! I did my appointment online through Walgreens page, and brought all the necessary documents with me. Once I arrived, I had to wait for them to tell me that I needed to go through the drive-thru (which didn't make any sense! How are they supposed to vaccinate me through the glass?) After waiting for over half an hour (under a very hot and humid weather), they told me I cannot get the vaccine and to come back another day. I had plan to take the vaccine over the weekend, so if I got side effects, I had the weekend to rest. Now, I have to wait one more week to get my vaccine. So disappointed!!! Thanks for nothing Walgreens.

came here for vaccine appointment. overall easy to make online and the pharmacists were friendly and helpful in explaining the vaccine details and information. did have to wait a little as we scheduled first one of the day. staff at the store were also pretty friendly

Worst experience I've ever had. For some reason the lady carded me when buying children's Claritin and benadryl for my sick child. Unbeknownst to me, my ID had expired last week on my birthday, I am 31. She refused to sell me it. Insisted it was policy and she was asking bc the system prompted her to. Yet when I had to send in my sick husband to buy it instead, we had just left the urgent care, he didn't get carded buying the exact same medicine. Feels more like profiling and discrimination than policy to me. Fuming mad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I attempted to get a flu shot here and my experience was awful. I called the day ahead to make an appointment. When I got to the store, no one was available at the desk to check me in. When I finally did get checked in, I waited 45 minutes. Finally I got up and left because no one was around to give me my shot. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this walgreens; they consistently are not ready with my medication even though I'll get a text saying my medicine is ready. Drive thru is a joke. I will now be doing business at the CVS across the street.

Clearly an overwhelmed pharmacy. Had an appointment at 2:45. Showed up at 2:40, thinking okay let's get this flu shot quick and go home. 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting. My newborn is stirring. Things could get crazy.

Pharmacy is always ridiculously slow. Never enough staff. Always a long line…..actually all 3 Walgreens in this area are slow and short staffed in the pharmacy; none are 24hrs which is atypical for most areas. And this was pre-pandemic so it’s not the Covid testing.

As a former WAG employee, I could not before disappointed with the service. Older blonde pharmacist openly cursing within hearing range of customers. Called ahead to get my rx transferred from a different retailer(will NEVER make that mistake again) and still waited over an hour, AFTER getting a huge attitude over the phone from the male pharmacist. This location needs more staff, better training, and customer service reinforcement.

Went to get an inhaler from the 24 hour pharmacy. There were 2 people working. I understand being busy and short staffed...but this woman repeatedly told everyone how busy and overwhelmed she was. She was rude to everyone in line...making you feel like you shouldn't wait for your prescription. It's an inhaler woman. Calm down...take a breath and move forward.Phone was ringing over off the hook. I felt horrible for the pharmacist simply for the way her employee was acting in front of all the customers. Needless to say this woman needs to be taken off of nights.

Waiting in line today and two employees were ringing. After the older blonde employee finished ringing a customer I approached her register seeing I was next in line. She then quickly told me that the other younger employee would get me. And walked off to finish scanning. The decent thing to do would've been to finish off ringing the final customer. Her customer service was terrible, not sure exactly what her problem is but she was quick to serve her also blonde haired customer!

Pharmacy has horrible customer service. I chose this location because it was 24 hours. The pharmacy techs are rude and uneducated. They managed to lose my Rx. I had one Rx transferred and was informed via email that it was ready. I get to the pharmacy and they had reversed the claim and I am still waiting on my prescription. I am transferring all prescriptions to CVS.

Waited on hold 30 mins for pharmacy. Yoon (the pharmacist) finally answered and put me back on hold for another 10min. Very unprofessional pharmacy and staff. Two thumbs down!Gray and Allen kept me on hold without even asking to be placed on hold. John, the manager, really needs help with this pharmacy staff. They are terrible!!!!
