They quickly sent a text saying my ordered items were ready and in a locker. I ordered other items later that day and they were at pickup. All ready the same day! Customer service pick up was smooth with no hitches. I can't say that about every Home Depot. Thanks for an easy project pickup! I'll be shopping here again.

This is my dog's favorite store. He loves to ride around on their big carts and all the attention he gets. Besides that they seem to always have enough employees out on the floor so you don't have to wait if you need help. The employees are also very helpful and knowledgeable about the store and where everything is located. Which if you need something for your house inside or outside. They probably have it here.

Better than Lowe’s and Menards, at least that’s what I tell myself to keep coming back because I have to patronize the one I want to keep. Tool rental is a big plus; I’ve never been disappointed except when I needed a piece of glass.

Ordered a washer and dryer and it took over a month, 10+ phone calls, and 6 different customer service numbers to receive my order. They "lost" my washing machine and delivered a defective dryer when they finally arrived. I had to order a second dryer before they refunded the initial one and it has been 3 weeks with no refund. Never try to do online ordering with Home Depot it is a miserable experience.

So tired of these companies deciding to have features then take them away. Was Apple Pay too expensive Home Depot? Is letting people constantly walk out with unpaid merchandise cheaper? It’s almost like you want people to steal stuff. You take away our ability to purchase stuff, increase prices, then give zero punishment to criminals blatantly walking out with stolen product.

Beware! The Manager at this location, Tom Claus is a stalker with a severe mental disorder. The fact that they still employee the creep is scary. I would avoid him and this location at all costs.

It shouldn't take 14 days and three deliveries to buy a refrigerator. Delivery crew was awesome. Other employees acted like they really hated working there. NEVER AGAIN!

My riding mower broke and I couldn't find any in stock at several other retailers. I called the Bridgeton Home Depot and they said they had several in stock. I went to lawn and garden and found a young man working. He took me to every location that had riding mowers. Within 15min he had me checked out and he and another man loaded it up into the truck. Amazing service and I will continue to use this location because of the service they give every time I shop. Great job guys!!! Keep it up.

Great for any home remodeling, outdoor or indoor project. Also carries big name appliances such as Sony, LG, Makita, Milwaukee, and much more. Customer service is always great here

I wanted to take the time and write a review on a man who I’m 95% sure was named Don. (Didn’t think to catch the gentleman’s name until I left, but I remember he was an older guy and he had a chain and glasses on) super sweet guy and funny as well. He was very helpful and extremely patient and sweet to me and my boyfriend. Thanks to him for giving us the best customer service anyone could ask for!

Went to return an item and all the workers were hanging out at the customer service desk chatting away. A rude man/boy helped me and refused to accept my return item due to "Home Depot's policy." Went to another location and had NO issue returning the item.

I love this store , all your needs scoops to ha I'm hungry. Well the smell of the hotdog is good on your way to your car yummy yum after going up and down the long rows of orderly numbers to find the right object. Interesting gadgets anything you may imagine wow pretty cool things. Well you can forget what you came in for and focus on something altogether. My self this store you can also order things that maybe out of stock also you can have it delivered or come in the store when they receive it and pick the items up, but you pay for the items first. They carry an over abundance of good merchandise. Really cool store check the quality out.

Biggest complain: they put code locks in the bathroom and then some staff get snippy when you ask them to unlock the bathroom door.Staff is okay some more helpful then others. Paint department is busy usually

Plants galore! Wow Home Depot is blowing away the local completion including nurseries. And they WATER the plants!! There stock is still thriving after that weekend in the 90's. It is my one stop place for my garden this year.Thank you Home Depot. Especially for keeping your stock watered!

Not much thought goes into packaging the product for delivery. I ordered and had delivered all items to construct 54 feet of 6ft fencing-pickets, 8x4's, 2x4's and fence posts. The order arrived neatly packaged, but the fence posts were on the bottom of the stack, so all other items had to be moved and stored so that the fence construction could begin.
