Drive up service is usually pretty efficient however the customer service in that dept is not good! The guy bringing my items literally threw my bags inside my window after he approached my car and said nothing. If I didn't have my phone up showing the code he wouldn't have even made eye contact. The employees inside are nicer, but their checkout experience is starting to resemble Wal-Mart's- extremely long lines and only 1 or 2 registers open, long wait times, etc.

this Target actually shocked me. I have never seen one so messy. clothes, toys, books, journals, games, shoes, personal care products, even food items were scattered all over the floor ALL OVER the store. I came in to get jeans and the clothing was such a disaster I couldn’t find a single pair in my size. I don’t usually go to this Target and I won’t ever return. corporate needs to send in help or shut it down, it’s unbelievable and definitely not up to par with their brand.

Haven't been at this particular location in awhile, and figured I'd stop in for a few items. I was very surprised to see the store in such a disarray. Clothes were all over the floor, empty shelves, and displays were a mess. I came at a very busy time on a Friday night, so I assume there just weren't enough workers to get to these sections. I blame the customers for the way this store looks, honestly. Some customers are very disrespectful and leave items everywhere when they decide they no longer want them, as evidenced by a minor in the boys section punching a mannequin while his distracted mother was talking on her cell phone. The last 3 times I ordered a pick up with drive up orders, either they were 20 minutes too slow, or the order was incorrect. Such as misplacing ear buds. Luckily there is a girl who works in guest services that reimbursed me for it promptly. A+ service for some of these employees.

Came to this location today. It is Christmas Eve 2023. Micah in electronics was awesome! Customer service was bomb. He helped and did it with a smile. Thank you Micah!!!

All of the employees are great. Friendly employees. They are doing an amazing job. My biggest problem with this location is they always only put one register open. No self check out or anything. Maybe open a second one if to many people are here or the line is so long we’re waiting already 10-15mins. This is my fourth time to this location in the last two weeks. I’m sad to say I’d rather drive 20-30mins just to not sit in a ridiculous line in almost mid day. It makes me quite sad they put all that pressure on one register and expect them to check out that many people. They stay calm and collected, but that’s just plain ridiculous. I’d love to come back and enjoy this location, but not till they can open more registers or genuinely get their self checkout together.

I usually have great shopping experiences at Target. Today, however, my experience took a left turn as the result of very poor customer service by the self checkout clerk. I had a large item that was not going to fit in the standard size bag. I asked the gentleman if there were larger bags and he said hastily, “no”. I approached a cashier to inquire again and notice larger bags at the regular checkout line. I became very bothered by what I was initially told and spoke with one of the store managers about my grievance. The store manager acknowledged my complaint, apologized and addressed the employee. I hope this employee is held accountable for his poor conduct!

I ordered online and did the drive-up pick up option and I notified them that I was on the way, and they were at my car with my order in less than 5 minutes! I was amazed! It will definitely make me shop at Target instead of Wal-Mart more often because I've waited in Wal-Mart's drive-up area for nearly an hour before. It's ridiculous and takes too long. It's also not a well lit area so doesn't feel as safe as Target's drive-up area.

No one ever answers the phone in any department, ever! Also 2 separate times my clothing purchase had the anti theft device left on. I had to go back to the store to have it removed. Very annoying!

Awesome place to shop. Drive ups and in store online pickups are very fast and contactless (with no additional costs!!!), carts are consistently cleaned, and the store overall is very neat. Cashiers and self checkout staff are extremely nice and kind. They always take care of you in a fast friendly manner!!!!

Awesome sauce with a side of smiles!! I downloaded the Target app and saved 15$$$_. Awww yeah baby!!! Plus they always have really cute stuff according to the season s from $5.$3. and $1. today I got cute holiday stuff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I actually love our Target but the AT&T people are about to make me stop shopping at any Target all-together. They follow you into the toy aisle, all aisles surrounding the electronics section. I've had to say no about 7 or 8 times (to one person at on one visit) and my husband has also been harassed. Can something be done about this?

Target's customer service is increasingly mediocre, just like many other stores. Please decrease your self service, you are only encouraging your employees to be less people friendly with that concept. As if, you don't want to be bothered with your customers. It shows!

This is a nice target. It’s right by my house, the pick up is super convenient. You put in an order and just pick it up, I don’t have to go inside which is great because sometimes I buy random stuff I don’t need because I love deals and shopping. 😂

I really love the Cat & Jack clothing styles (and quality!) But I'm not a fan of how narrow the aisles are where you can just barely fit a cart if there is no items on the floor. Sadly my local store has a lot of items on the floor. What was really sad, I couldn't find the sizes I needed (3/4t girls and 5t boys) but then realized there was a whole bunch of them...on the floor. Left there by other customers. There were several employees stocking the shelves but all in one spot and no one picking up knocked over or randomly placed items. Do 4 people all need to empty the same box at the same time?

I was truly surprised at the holes that they had on the shelves of missing product, the store otherwise was clean and associates were courteous and knowledgeable I understand that it's hard to find personal it's a very tough and challenging economy.

Its been awhile since I have received great customer service in any Target. However, today when I asked for help...I was immediately assisted! I did not feel like a burden and it was a such a relief! A young man went to the back and grabbed the Crockpot I wanted to purchase. He was such a delight! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me and making my day a bit brighter! Added bonus, online inventory matched store inventory (one left in stock).

I am a HUGE Target fan and find this one to be disappointing. Just not living up to the Target brand of cleanliness that I experience at other locations. There are stickers placed on one of the signs for order pick up which is an eyesore, and I was disgusted by the condition of the walkway entering into the store, as if several people have stopped out front and just poured out anything on the walkway. I can’t attach pics here but it’s just not Target standard. Power wash the walkway or something. And unfortunately the tidiness on the inside of the store is about the same. 🙇🏽‍♀️

I was recently there on July 29th I was picking up a drive up order. The young boy Cameron was the one to give me my items he threw my bags on my seat, I told him not to throw my items after I said that he slammed my door & told me to have a good day. He’s very disrespectful & unprofessional.

Went in for a quick trip to grab drinks before a trivia night. We went through self check out and and our drinks were ringing up at $6 more than the marked price. Had to wait for someone to come and look at the product. Looked at their inventory and saw that there was zero inventory. Went back to the product only to come back and say it was in the wrong slot and not mark it down. Although we checked the price and the slot and it was correct when we were there.

Excellent customer service observing a clerk and manager dealing with a slightly frightful angry, verbally loud, physically agitated and throwing products behind counter. Clerk and manager remained calm, cool, and collective and adequately diffused the situation.

The Bridgeton Target has great customer service. Darla was especially helpful to me yesterday. She saved me an extra $16 by noticing a Circle offer that I was eligible for that I didn't know about!

This location has terrible selection - you can find a better selection at any other Target in the metropolitan area. Often out of stock on the most basic items, but you can find them at other locations easily. Service is terrible, store is filthy, and they apparently disable their pickup and drive up ordering with no warning or reason.

This store is an utter disgrace to the Target brand. Boxes upon boxes of merchandise needing to be stocked litter the floor. But no one around to actually put the product out. Carts of restock everywhere. Empty store shelves. Expired refrigerated goods. The store looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Long checkout lines due to only having one cashier. No one at Guest Services.It is quite evident the store needs help but at some point the Leaders need to held responsible. Please bring in people that care. People that want to help others. People that take pride in their job. Leaders that care about their store and care about guest experience.Target Corp., give this store the resources it so desperately needs. Pay overtime if you have to. Float workers from other stores. Innovative in the hiring space; much like you did with the shopping experience.Remember what differentiates you from your competitor down the street. When we, as guest, are provided with a pleasant shopping experience, we care less about the prices on the label because it's about the experience as a whole.Target Guests, this store is part of our community and we should care about it's success. Don't throw trash around. Pick merchandise up off the floor. Put products back where they belong. Don't leave open products on the shelves. Be kind to each others and especially to those who work there.
