Stopped by this Schnucks because they have a nice amount of Plant-Based options / my favorite is the coffee creamer. They always have a fresh selection of produce, which is a score for me considering I have a Plant-Based diet ... I'm sure you can tell.I visited in the morning so it wasn't a lot of traffic in the parking lot or to checkout ... usually the checkout lanes are extremely long, but as you can tell, this trip was very light.I like this location because it's always stocked, clean, and they always have what I need.

Went to fresh meat counter and had to wait 5 minutes after ringing the bell and the employee that was at the service counter was chatting with another store employee. Had no ground beef with the exception of pre made hamburger patties (expensive) the pre packaged meat smelled strongly of blood. I left my cart with the meat counter person and left the store. Had to go to another store for groceries. Poor service today.

This location is my fave Schnucks location in the area, it is also close to my home.Their convenience foods packaged to heat and eat are amazing and better than any I've seen elsewhere- think salmon and veggies in a bag you can microwave or oven heat and viola you have a healthy meal in minutes!They have an excellent meat area and deli area. The produce is top notch. I've purchased floral from here before and it easily looks good and stays nice 10-14 days.Their bakery section is not as nice as most. It's small, not as many premade cake/treat selection and rarely an employee to help. They do not offer all the same bread selections as other stores (I love the multigrain and they don't offer it at this location).The floorplan overall is easy to navigate and I like that they have a large self checkout area.

My first visit to this Schnucks as I was shopping for a friend. It was well laid out and very clean. The produce section looked amazing.The experienced checkout clerk was very nice and friendly to me.

I love this store. Please hire more cashiers or set up your self checkout to take cash. Stopped to grab 2 bottles of electrolytes and stood in line for 30 minutes

Stood in a long line with just 3 items for 16 minutes because you have your self checkout set up to NOT take cash and you only had 2 people working on the registers. I don't normally shop at your location, only stopped in because I was in that area. I won't be back, will continue to shop at my regular Schnucks where they do accept cash at self checkout.

No cash in self checkout, it's bad enough 10 item limit, so I sat in the long line for regular check for 8 items because I didn't want to use my credit card. 10 minutes of my life I won't get back

Whats the point of having this beautiful new salad bar if every time I come here on my lunch break the romaine is gone, I asked for assistance at the deli directly behind it and they told me they had nothing to do with it, I would have to find someone in produce! I’m not searching for employees during my lunch break thanks!

Nice big aisles. The store is always clean. The customer service is friendly. The quality of Schuncks can vary from store to store. I think this one is good.

This Schnucks has great service I have never received bad service at this location. I have experienced long line, items out of stock, and usual grocery store woes. but never bad service. this is one of my favorite location to shop.

Half the stuff I buy is never stocked in the morning, and its getting pretty consistent. Unfortunately it’s supposed to be the nicer grocery chain in town but I hate it. STOCK THE SHELVES BEFORE LEAVING AT NIGHT.

They are hit and miss on items in stock. Most of the time understaffed on checkers. So if you get over 10 iteam be prepared to wait a while in line.

This Schnucks sucks. This is the second day in a row and come all the way to Schnucks and the seafood deli is closed. This happens frequently. It makes me wonder about the freshness of the fish because if they’re not selling it, it must just be sitting around. If the deli was closed today and yesterday, the fish that is in the cases must be at least three days old. And it’s not sealed.

This Schnucks is one of the worst grocery stores I’ve ever been to. the staff is completely incompetent. Been trying to use my points at the store three separate occasions they keep telling me I have no points but my mobile app and receipt Both tell me that I have lots of points to use. If you’d like long lines and bad service, this is the spot for you

I frequent this store a lot please put friendly workers in your self checkout lanes it’s two African American females that work in that area that have no enthusiasm for the job and seems like it’s a bother for them to help anyone in need of assistance when your machines or acting up , I’ve notice this too many times and felt it needed to be said and I’m not picky person but in the service industry a customer shouldn’t feel like they are a bother to your employees!!!

Ordered groceries through the schnucks app for pickup using instacart and to my surprise the shopper ann f. did not get everything i ordered. I requested a refund on 1/1 the day of my pickup for the items I didn't receive. It is now 1/18 still no refund to my original form of payment. Called today told that the refund period has passed for me to get it back on my bank card REALLY? Refund was issued into my rewards app instead. I don't appreaciate the run around from schnucks, and I do believe this was done on purpose just to not refund it to my bank card. *WARNING, IF YOU USE INSTACART GET OUT AND CHECK YOUR ITEMS DON'T JUST SIT IN YOUR CAR. Shame on schnucks for taking this long to fix this problem.

Horrible checkout process. The reason checkout is slow in a typical grocery store is because customers are stupid and there isn't enough checkers and baggers. But this is just awful, you make everyone wait in a single file line which slows the process of preloading the belt and takes away my ability to decide which line has the least amount of stupid customers and inadequate staff.25 minute wait.Horrible, won't return, ever.Awful. Shame on you.

I was there tonight buying groceries and gloves bc my 8yr old lost his yet again. I grabbed a pair off a shelf to have my child try on. Then this old bigger African American lady riding on some floor cleaner accused me of stealing. I very quickly explained he was going to try them on. The kids ones they have are soooo thin but the next size ended up being too big which were the ones I wanted him to try first. He’s 8 but years a 14/16, feet and hands almost the size of adults. We were not done shopping nor anywhere near a register. I did not put them in my pocket, purse, or hide them AT ALL. She continued to tell me how people steal all the time. I let her know that is not something I care to hear about and if there was an issue she can get a manager. I told her that 3 times bc she wouldn’t stop. I felt harassed and disrespected. I felt targeted. At that point she kept telling me about people stealing to make an excuse for her accusing me. I walked away and decided i would go get a manager then check out. This was a disgusting experience at the Bridgeton location. Once we walked to the car she followed outside and stood right by the front door in her uniform smoking a cigarette right as customers come in and exit the door. That is ignorant selfish. I can’t believe schucks allows their employees to smoke at the first door. I’m very disappointed in Bridgeton Schnucks. This happened around 7pm.The image below shows the gloves on my receipt. I’m absolutely disgusted.

I just don’t understand how you can have a customer care desk closed during operating hours. Or even when it’s supposed to be “open” not have anyone who can work the desk available. Products are ok but the horrible customer service policies ruin this market for me. If I had another market within walking distance I would go there instead.

Not my favorite... came in with a product that they didn't even sell and was told I had to produce a receipt or I would not be able to leave with it..... I couldn't do so, so I had to walk back to the other store to get a copy of the receipt for a 5 dollar item... then return to collect my 5 dollars worth ginger beer... so yeah that was cool...
