My dog, Rocky, and I visited Petsmart on 1/31/24 to pick up some food and a toy. Both support staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful and happy. Liz checked me out and was awesome with Rocky. Great experience!

Brittany is the only groomer at this location that knows how to properly groom a dog. Every other groomer sucks. I’m sorry. They cut my dog so choppy and uneven and weird every single time. The only time he looks perfect is when Brittany grooms him. Everybody in here needs proper TRAINING on how to groom a dog to the right standards. It’s so ridiculous paying over $100 for a botched cut.

Karen did a phenomenal job grooming my little doggy who is almost 11 years old. She made meFeel comfortable and my dog looks great. I will definitely be making another appointment to bring my dog in. Thank you Karen 🐾

My dog had a rash and this store is close to my home. I popped in looking for over the counter solutions. The aisles have signage but I wasn't seeing what I was looking for. As I walked around confused a helpful employee saw me and offered help.I told the employee what I was looking for, they took me directly to the aisle and made recommendations based on products. It was awesome! I would definitely return for pet needs.The store itself is dark inside and checkout was very busy. They did open another lane which was nice.

This is an all right store, meaning not terrible but certainly not great, either. Their prices on some items seem to be ridiculously high, while on other items they are relatively affordable.

Terrible service and lazy staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my dog here for a bath and hair cut. He had one small Matt spot on his right side. Instead of them detangling it, they called me and said they would have to cut his hair short. They literally cut all my dog‘s hair, did not give him a bath and charged 99.00. I was mortified when I seen him 😢.

Do not bring your dog here!!!!! My dog has been coming since he was a puppy and Alexis called to say he was drooling excessively and anxious. He has never had an issue being groomed here in the past. They asked me to pick up My dog while he was still wet. They said they couldn’t finish the blow dry because of this. I would not recommend and very unprofessional.

I would like to give Miss Kiley a shout out! I took my mini American Eskimo in to get groomed. She was very nervous, but Miss Kiley was kind and patient with her. When it was time to pick her up, my baby looked so beautiful and happy! Kiley is a stupendous groomer and thank you so much for taking care of Naomi!

Well...peeked through as the lady groomed my blessed dog. Well the groomer jumped and said, oh my god, are you alright. She took a small nick out of his leg. I was a bit disappointed to see sh had done nothing to the hairs in ears. He is going deaf so we try to keep this up. They are close and convenient but I dont quite know if I will try the same groomer again. Kind, yes, just not complete today.

I went to get my dog nails grinded around 3 30 on a today a sunday. They said they couldnt do it and that they were closing. The signs says they close at 6 on sundays. This has happened before. They said you can come back tomorrow at 9am. I work Monday to friday days. If you try to bring them when you get off work they refuse to help you. I will never come back. They just didnt want to do their job. They dont care about the people that have to work. Also the 5 dollar extra on weekends and raising the regular prices for something a simple as a nail grind went up 4 dollars.

I paid for the Halloween pampering package. My dog did not get a treat or a bandana when I picked her up. The last time I was there I paid for a Furninator package and the associate told me she didn’t feel it was necessary to complete the task which was the de-shed because she didn’t feel like my dog needed it. But I paid the full $89 for the package. There was no apology or anything at that visit nor when I brought it up today at this visit. This associate argued with me about it.

Brittany did an EXCELLENT job on my poodle. The last few times I've taken my dog to a groomer she has come back horribly but today I have been unable to stop smiling with how cute my puppy looks. I would 100% recommend this location for poodle breeds!

They did a great job in cutting my dog's hair and charge me separately to brush his teeth which is part of grooming so why am I being charged separately to brush my dog's teeth I paid it but it cost me, too expensive, the people are friendly enough while they're taking your money

The manager was stupendous. I will drive completely across town to come here in the future even though there is a Petsmart 10 minutes from my house I'll drive the 30 minutes to get here because I was treated so well.

BEWARE - if you love your pet, keep searching for a groomer - don't leave your baby here . I know finding a great groomer in the Metro STL area is difficult, finding a place that's trustworthy of leaving your 'child', a place that you don't mind parting with your hard earned money. I brought my 11 month old shih tzu for a wash and clean up hair cut. Cut just underneath (belly/chest) due to a little bit of matting because she sit so close to the ground and it had gotten wet from walking across grass. Mind you, she had just been groomed literally 6 weeks prior and I keep both my dogs brushed everyday and groomed (I also have an older boy shih tzu who had an appt also for a couple weeks later of which I quickly CANCELED), so she really just needed to be cleaned up. Her hair was flowing, beautifully. I told them do not cut her, just clean up underneath (belly, chest and chin area). I paid extra to upgrade to a better shampoo and conditioner. Needless to say when I picked my baby up, they skinned her. ALL of her hair was shaved and they even did a terrible job at that ( it was uneven and choppy if that makes). I would add photos, but would not want to embarrassed my baby like that - the internet is forever. I have been working on myself lately, with the old me it would have been some consequences and repercussions in that store lol but the new me calmly paid my bill and took my baby ... livid/steaming all the way home. I know her hair will grow back and when it does she will not see the inside of a Petsmart Grooming ever again.... they will never get my hard earned $$ for again. I write this review simply to inform you, my animal parents, not to take your baby here. I should have turned and walked out once I saw how one groomer was talking to a dog that would not sit still for her. A HUGE red flag, silly me and my puppy paid the price smh. Oh I forgot to tell you, even though I paid extra for upgraded shampoo and conditioner, she didn't get that, if they even bathed her at all. Also, mind you she's a tiny dog (about 13 lbs), they put a hanky around her neck for the size of an adult husky or german shepherd - I think they were trying to be funny, I saw it as their ignorance ... the new me paid my bill never ever ever ever to return again. If I could give 0 stars / negative stars it would be warranted.

I really enjoyed my visit to this store. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me throughout my entire shopping experience. I didnt know what pet was right for me and my three year old son but the friendly associate help us decide on a low maintenance fish. A week later it's still working out good for us

Had the worst experience today took my puppy a shizu to get a bath and cut they called me and said that she would be still when they wet her they then called me and told me to come pick her up get there my Daisy looked like a wet mut she was shaking and scared they didn't even try to dry her off just rapped a towel around her I'm so pissed 😡

Staff is friendly. Pets always look well cared for. I go for cat and fish supplies the majority of the time. There is a large cat and large dog selection. The selection of fish decor is large. The other small pet/cage pets supplies are also available but at a lesser variety of selection.

Best place ever,,everyone should stop here not just for the wonderful meals the have to offer,,,but their App: deep fried Salmon bites,, just saying they are to die for!
