Disgusting fuel islands.We truck drivers are on the clock, standing in filth while fueling our trucks and then getting into our "homes" with this nastiness on the bottom of our shoes. How about ya'll pour some urine (cause that's what's in DEF) and diesel on the floor at your cash registers and work all day, then go home and track that all over your home! It is despicable!Obviously no one has been out to clean the fuel islands in some time, cause not only are they an EPA inspectors dream, but there is broken glass, DEF crystals growing.The bathrooms were clean and the staff polite. Also, how about putting some big bold numbers at each pump?

I sent them an email and asked them to print my papers for me. They kicked me out onto the street! I asked for an explanation, since I don’t understand English well - they just laughed at me! I'm not going to visit the Loves truck stop in the future! and I don’t advise anyone to do this!

Do not buy diesel here-it will plug the filter. I used to fuel here 5x a week1,500+ gallons a month. .I would replace the fuel filter every week to ten days. Now I fuel at another Love's and no problems.The trash cans are usually at or overcapacity. If there is a bucket to be found,it will probably be empty of washer fluid.The night staff is unpleasant and doesn't want to be there.They could use 1-2 more staff.Nothing on the rollers at night.The parking lot at night is always overcapacity. Many,many bobtails.

I love loves, but quite a few of the staff at this one were very rude. Walked up to the subway counter and was ignored for 3 minutes while someone took temps of everything but never even acknowledged my presence. My wife had a similar experience at the Wendy’s counter where the employees were too busy chatting to even acknowledge she was there. It took forever for her to even order.

This store manager is a white fat guy, I was purchased food and disel over there. Usually truck fuel pumps first pump will be #17.I am an Asian. I got my loves loyal membership diemond status. I go a lot of loves truck stops. This one probably is worst one in the United States. I want give 0 star for this store manager and their team. I just want to separarte my food order and fuel purchase. And store manager said we can not do it. So I said just keep my food here I will pay later with reward points after fueling. When after fuel, back to counter try to pay my food, the old white lady with glasses said they throw my loves cup with drink away. And tell me to grab my food again because they already put them back. Do you believe nowadays customer service be like this at loves truck stop in Missouri. If you like their attitude just come here for these arrogant people and their attitude. I do not want to say racist people still in here. But the store manager is arrogant and indifferent and treat you like they don’t care about what you think. And he also said we can not finish your order if you still yelling on us. Why am I yelling) without a reason? this store manager is unprofessional on customer service but he really good at playing game.

I'm getting a little annoyed with this Love's. Lately, when I pay for my gas at the pump, I have to go inside to get my receipt. I find this very annoying as it defeats the purpose of paying at the pump. I shouldn't have to go inside. The people working inside at the counter don't seem to concerned. They provide flimsy excuses like "oh the receipts print double and run out of paper", or "the machines are like men...not reliable". Love's please fix your technology and pumps so the receipts print outside!

Dirty facility. The lady checking me out didn't acknowledge me at all, and was on her headphone having a personal conversation yelling at the person on the other line who I could clearly hear. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Complete nightmare just to try to get a scale ticket. Now most of a truck stops problems are the result of uncaring unprofessional drivers that just simply do not care about the next driver. but just needed a scale ticket and to leave. Scale down and it took me a while to get out but went to the quick trip before illinois on 270 and was out of there within minutes with a scale ticket. I hope i do not have to go into this Loves again.

Stop here recently, after filling up with 87 octane I noticed a obscure sign saying that it was 15% ethanol. The sign should have been close to the select button. To add insult, the price was that same as other stations in the area with 10% ethanol. I do not intend to fill up here again due to the 15% ethanol.

Staff keeps the place clean. Gas island is large and has lots of space. There is a semi trailer area on the opposite side from the car/light duty truck side. This Love's has been a nice stop for several years.The staff at both the convenience side and the Wendy's are friendly and efficient. The selection of items is plentiful. As a matter of fact, last time I was in, they were selling "pocket size" fishing rods and reels. This is always my favorite station for stopping.

Mathew and Henry in the shop are the best, pulled in 30 minutes before closing with a bad steer tire. These guys jumped on it with out hesitation and got me back out on the road, come here if you want to see Love’s employees who care about us drivers!!

Worst place and you try calling them and no answer. Eventhough there standing next to the phone while ringing. Trust me i called them while in the store and no one picked up. Rude attitude and the restrooms smell before even entering.

I can't say anything bad about this loves given the geographical coordinates, parking was decently set up. It's a loves what can I say. The hot water was a little temperamental like your x wife, didn't want to put out and when it finally did it didn't last and left you burnt.

Jarrett, Tony T., Chris and Jim, all rocked the house! Nothing but friendly and hard working for the brief time I was in their shop. Finally treated fairly, respectfully and not robbed like so many times before. (TAG Center in Tupelo Ms.) Since the early 80’s this is one of the handful of times I left without raising a stir over laziness and price.. We go to Loves for many reasons…cleanliness, great products competitive pricing. The people are nice and welcoming.Then there is the exception. Lee Lee at the diesel desk. Above and beyond nice and welcoming. We were having issues with our corporate card and she just made us feel right at home. No worries. Patient and maintained a happy confident attitude which helped me stay calm thru all the denials on my card for a scale. May seem like a small gesture but to a driver who drove a darn near 11…it was great to have a caring personality handle my issue at that time. Thank you Lee Lee!!!

the night manager has no respect for the customers know it’s however, if you are planning to take a shower here please just stay away from this location, the late night manger was extremely and ignorant about selling me and my husband a shower he stated that if we did not have a loves card we will be charged for 2 separate showers (me and my husband are married and we also are team drivers) goes out to my car to retrieve my loves card mind you been a member since 2022 in was still charged for two separate showers….the cleaning crew or the manager continuously knocked on our door every 2 minutes and then started slamming things as they were cleaning the shower next to ours…..I started to feel very uncomfortable while this continue throughout our entire shower, at this point I’m starting to feel like it was intentional due to how rudely the manager was when we purchased the showers tried speaking to someone regarding this matter they could not provide me anyone to speak to…we leave out the door I’m extremely PISSED & frustrated at this point we walk out the door to our vehicle n find aFINAL WARNING1hr max parking while shopping at loves tow sticker on our car ….wow this is how they treat drivers this is why we stopped going to this location I do not recommend this location

This Loves has way too many bobtail parking spots. Also like most Loves, it has no laundry facilities for drivers. Also Loves has poorly designed parking which causes crashes. This is why I mostly avoid Loves.

The showers are modern and nice. The store is not bad either …. It is not large, but it’s well-stocked and neat. There is not a lot of truck parking but the parking spaces have been well arranged and I actually found a parking space at 2 AM. Shocker of shockers there is one available as someone pulled out …. The parking space was well lit and there was plenty of room to pull in even for someone that is very tired after a long dayHowever when you have bad employees you generally have bad management. I came in here at about 2:48 in the morning and I was exhausted. As many drivers that worked well past my normal hours …. I wanted to shower and go to bed. I went to the first desk and the lady was not there. I went to the second desk and they were talking behind the fuel desk and I asked if I could get a shower … The girl told me sure but in a minute and just went back in the back room and closed the door.I walked back and front of the store to see if I could LF find someone … the lady came out …. it wasn’t a long time …. like maybe two minutes later and asked if I still wanted to showerI thought this…. the customer should come first and I told her that I wouldn’t write a good review of this place … she says well I’m good she didn’t really care she felt that it was OK for me to wait a few minutes while she took care of personal business taking a picture of her friend. To me she should’ve given me my shower before going into the back room and taking a picture of a friend!Drivers in some places are not treated well. I buy a lot of fuel from Love’s although once I went more than a year without buying any because Love’s seem to have the rudest employees and they don’t seem to get any better.It’s not just This store had had terrible service …. It is that they didn’t seem to think there’s anything wrong with treating the customer as just inconsequential and the employee will get to it when they finish what they were playing at…… I feel sorry for the owners because the store was nice inside but it’s not a place I would come to for the simple reason that yeah I was tired and yeah I think that I should’ve come firstAnd yeah I won’t come here again.
