This is my favorite CVS store. The store manager LaSandra K and team member Jewel M are the sweetest individuals I know. They are kind, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. If there is ever an issue I may have locating something, they are eager to help, no hesitation. They are patient with me with learning what’s what with using my FSA card. Trust me the insurance does not make it easy for me. So I am here to say thanks and show my gratitude!

This is the best pharmacy! Katie and Gavin are great pharmacist. They answer your questions and don’t rush you. They fill your prescription in a good time and are affordable. Joey and Trevor are fantastic! They are friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone here knows what they are doing and will help you in any way they can. I trust them completely with any refills or new medication I get.

The manger in that store would not honor another store price even though I should her my receipt!! She said “no it’s up to me” !!! “ This is my store “ Them Yo people you already know give them a little they take a mile!!! If your a veteran using VA health care I would advise not going to this location. The pharmacy staff is rude and doesn't know how to do their job or not interested in doing so. They would rather send you off then do 30 seconds more work to find out how to input VA health insurance. Extremely rude almost to the point where I felt threatened. Told the store manager about the pharmacy techs... The pharmacy tech starts yelling at the store manager. Extremely unprofessional. Veterans stay away your not welcome here

This review pertains more to CVS as a company than this store. My old health insurance used to force me to use their dysfunctional pharmacy (i have record of order and wait times if anyone wishes to question this). Luckily new insurance didn't do this and i haven't been in a CVS for almost 3 years.Needed a custom greeting card made and CVS was the first advertised option, gave them another chance and BIG mistake. Text on card was cut off, BUT nowhere near border in their interface. Don't trust this company for ANYTHING! Isn't worth time to return card- easier to leave this review and have someone else print it. Will never step into a CVS again.

I'd like to recommend the CVS Pharmacy at 12380 St. Charles Rock Rd., Bridgeton MO. It was clean and well stocked. I like the way the store is laid out. I found everything I needed without searching around too much. The store personnel were efficient and friendly. I look forward to shopping at this CVS again in the near future.

I had one of my best visits ever at my CVS location thanks to Joey in the Pharmacy and Sandra at the store registers. Both are employees that deserve to be commended for their friendliness and willingness to do what it takes to make a customer happy.

I had to give 1 star in order to review, so retract after reading this post.I have tolerated self checkout, being followed around by employees, while trying to find my hair color, and being forced to scan my own items, because I can never find the stalking CLERK when I NEED to check out, for years, but today I decided to go back to Walgreens, and pay a little more for my prescription’s plus ANYTHING else that I could possibly need from a pharmacy.My back molar was extracted today so my surgeon called in several medications. I have 2, I’m allergic to one, so I needed the remaining 2 to be filled. I called CVS as a COURTESY, so they would not have to put THREE MEDICATIONS BACK ON THEIR SHELF (one hour after my ORAL SURGERY). Katie, the Pharmacy Technician, advised us via speaker (I still have gauze in my mouth, so my husband spoke too) that I had to buy ALL of the medications and it sounded “suspicious” that I only wanted pain medication (and the antibiotic, she didn’t mention) and would call my Surgeon. I called back to explain that I have 2 of the 5, allergic to one, I still need the antibiotic and the pain medicine but she argued about that, again, calling me suspicious, so I got a bit irate that she kept forgetting about the antibiotic, my husband asked her if she could just fill the 2 that I need. Katie accused me of being “suspicious” then told my husband that I threatened her, ( she was on the speakerphone and that was untrue, and he had done most of the talking on that call. I said “That’s a Fing Lie!) she heard me and SHE dropped the “F” word and told him she’s not going to fill the prescriptions. My husband asked her to send it to Walgreens. I called my Surgeon and was told that he’s in Surgery all day today and I can refuse any medication at any time and he will call Walgreens between Patients. When I contacted CVS again, I spoke directly to the Pharmacist who tried to tell me that my Surgeon told him not to fill the prescription without the oral rinse. When I asked him why Walgreens filled it without the VERY EXPENSIVE RINSE, he had no words. I still can’t find the antibiotic that was prescribed, it’s too late to call the Surgeon today, so now my Post Operative Medicine has been delayed for an additional 16 hours, because CVS refused to fill the prescription, harassed me and my husband because we already have 2 of the 5 medications, I’m allergic to one of them, and apparently didn’t send the most important prescription, the antibiotic, to Walgreens. I was able to pick the pain medication up from Walgreens, however, INCOMPETENT KATIE, NEVER sent the ANTIBIOTICS for Walgreens to fill, THE MOST IMPORTANT a PRESCRIPTION.. and KATIE told my husband that she’s REFUSING to fill the prescriptions that I NEED.I have filed a complaint with BBB, the Attorney General and CVS Home Office.Never, will I use CVS again, at least while Katie works at this location. Gross Customer Abuse happens at this location to their customers who have been relying on their services for decades.

Love how pharmacy technician don't know how to listen and take notes on the phone. The person on the phone at a little past 9 o'clock this morning said that it would take about an hour. I told the technician that I wasn't planning on picking it up till about 5 o'clock. I got there about 4:50pm. They could find my prescription. Then they said they just put it in the mail. This is pure idiotic since I specifically told the person on the phone this morning that I would be picking it up at about 5 o'clock. Wish there was a way to give zero stars on a review, or better yet negative stars.

This is my neighborhood CVS usually shop here a few times a month on every visit it is always a pleasant experience. Never any negative things to address.

When I walked in to change a prescription from my home town CVS to this location the woman was super nice. When I picked up at the drive thru the woman was super RUDE. I had never picked up there and pulled into the Covid testing lane. I was told to get into the other lane like I was the enemy not a customer . I never noticed the sign. Did I say it was my first time at this CVS? Without customers you don’t have a job. Kayla, Please Think next time your dealing with the public or get out of that type of work.

I had my credit card stolen. The individual who stole my credit card went to this CVS and charged $2124.97 on my card. I am not sure why no zip code or identification for this purchase was required?

I had a issue with bill pay and the associate alerted management through the phone and the manager on duty, NEVER CAME UP FRONT. Instead they stayed in the back office barking orders to the young gentleman who took me to begin with. Very unprofessional, rude service. The store was dead so there was no reason for lazy. People like this should not be in authority. I will NEVER COME BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MANAGEMENT END.

The older man that was a manager was super rude . He cussed at me, also was very unprofessional in attitude. I was not greeted in store, definitely did not feel welcomed. I will not be returning

Update: website says pharmacy opens at 9am but the pharmacist doesn't get there until 10am! So they cant dispense before 10 am, how about update your pharmacy hours online! Multiple people waiting....I mainly go to this location because my company forces us to use CVS pharmacy. Walgreens across the street was way better about filling prescriptions. Mutiple times I've had to call and inquire about when my Rx was going to be filled. First time I let it go for a day before calling, second time my Rx was in the day before and I called around 3pm the next and it still wasn't filled, they pushed an 'expedite.' Once I put in for a mail in order and never got it. Called the store and it got shipped out but returned to them in a day or two. I live right down the street literally, so I'm not sure what shipping address they put. I said nevermind Ill just come get it.Anytime I've called or went they have been friendly. Not sure if there's not enough staff or what, but if that's the case please hire more in the pharmacy so people can get meds filled quicker.

The worst ever! I’ve been there waiting in drive when it was supposed to be open and it was closed. I have called numerous times to check the price of the prescription and the person from the pharmacy department places phone down with saying hold on and proceeded to work and never came back to the phone. She has a foreign accent and you couldn’t really understand her. I’ve been there when a female employee was supposed to be checking out and was on the phone with a personal call. I asked about the coupon being used and she said she didn’t know while still on the company phone talking. What was even more baffling as well as irritating is the store manager was in the fro t working. I ONLY use CVS bc the company I work for require that we use CCS for our maintenance drugs. I’ve since decided to have them mailed in. I really miss us being able to use Walgreens because they were always professionals, courteous as well as knowledgeable. This location on St. Charles Rock Rd. needs to be trained correctly on all aspects from management, pharmacists, stockers as well as cashiers. I will also be filing a corporate complaint with head offices as well as the company I work for. So sad I pay my mo ET for this type of behavior.

Due to insurance company changes in coverage, I recently had to switch from one medication to another similar med. I called the pharmacy to inquire about the upcoming change and ask a couple questions. The pharmacist was so helpful, checking on the status of the first prescription and offering to contact my doctor for a prescription for its substitute. She then called back after the doctor responded and left a message informing me of the new med and when it would be available for me to pick up. Fast forward to today. I went online to look up the new medicine and found out it can be expensive as there is no generic for it. I called the pharmacy again to find out how much the prescription would be? I spoke this time with Katie, who was absolutely wonderful. She informed me it would be like $74 something. But then? She followed by offering to see if there were any coupons available to help! She was going to put me on hold but I didn’t want to put pressure on her. I suggested she call me back if she found something. No pressure. Katie called back in less than 10 mins, got a couple of pieces of information from me. She then said she would call me right back. A couple minutes later she called me back and told me my co-pay for this med would be: $00.00!I am so impressed with this young woman! What an asset to CVS she is! Great attitude, great customer service, knowledgeable and with her willing offer to help me she’s now saving me $74 out of pocket each month!Kudos, Katie! You’re the Best!

I went to get a vaccine during my lunch break and the experience was super simple. The tech who I interacted with was incredibly accommodating and made sure to answer any questions I had. Best part: snacks while I waited!

I seriously HATE coming to this CVS! The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Every time I’m trying to be friendly and I get treated like, “how dare you make me do my job?” I feel extremely unwelcome here and very uncomfortable. The price of an item was marked wrong or my receipt didn’t print...and I just accept it because the employees are so rude. Thankfully this is not my local CVS, because I would NEVER be shopping here.

Multiple timesme and my husband have called and waited on hold for 20 -30+ mins and then decided to drive to this cvs go in still on hold wait in line for no one to ever come to the phone. Just now I called they actually picked up the lady that answered was very short had a attitude and never gave me her name when I asked for her name she hung up on me.

Every time I go to this cvs it's a problem. The first time time I went books marked 75 percent off. So I trying to buy 5 of them but only two rung up the right price. I show the cashier where the books are he immediately started snatching the prices down and says only this once but a couple days later they was back up. The second time I found Advil in a spot that was on clearance for 1.81 which was ringing up regular price. I show him he says all of that is gone and push over all the other Advil and take the sign down. This time I tried to return merchandise that I just purchased from another cvs. I said I'm trying to return these she said no I have the right not to return these I said may I ask why she said becauseCan. I ask for corporate number she gets on the phone I said all I wanted was corporate number she says I don't know called my supervisor she can give it to you. The manager come up I said yes I was trying to get corporate number and then I ask her well don't you want to know what was going on so I proceed to tell her and she replies well if she refused then there is nothing I can do about it. All I wanted was the cash that came out my pocket or a price adjustment. So corporate never called me back so I called again. The district manager wrote in her notes that everything was done right by the store. That I had a lot on ebc and coupons used. All I wanted was a price adjustment or the cash that I paid. One receipt I didn't even use coupons. This is bull this was my first return in my cvs history. So the district manager to not even get in contact with was wrong. The store manager didn't even know what was going on because I had to tell her. This store has something against me personally I only been here 4 times and every time it's a problem.

These guys took care of me during the pandemic, when COVID tests were high. But for the last few months, they’ve been unable to refill my hands prescriptions on time causing me to run out of meds and go into withdrawal every month.

The pharmacy lady that was there Tues the 30th was super patient even though she was very busy with covid test wrapped around the building her phone ringing and who knows what else she was dealing with. Poor customer relations. Totally ridiculous at 6:30 pm, after verifying script will be filled the night before, not to have ready. Then tell you to come back an hour later. But, due to insurance, here I wait.
