Always a pleasure to shop here. Staff is knowledgeable, and I like that if they don't know something very specific, they are honest and say "I'm not sure". I visit here before hitting the big box stores. They usually don't have a big quantity of a single item, but they have LOTs of items! I love the fact that when I am building some silly project, I can go get a single screw, or a strip of brass, or a small aluminum tube. They always seem to have what I need. Thanks for being here for us!

Branneky Hardware is the BEST. I often make a special trip there if my neighborhood hardware store doesn’t have an item because Branneky will always have it. They also give solid advice on how to fix things. Their store is loaded with all kinds of items so I like going there, but I personally like going to hardware stores. Their customer service is tops. It’s easy to return a purchase. They are friendly and polite.

I shop here regularly. Each spring I get my vegetable plants here, and my 4 season lawn fertilizer. I went to Branneky last week for a bolt. I like shopping here because there's always a helpful employee to guide you to the part or product you need. It's small compared to the "Big Box" stores, but they seem to have everything, nonetheless.

The way customer service should be. I went in just prior to Christmas to pick up a couple things for my folks. I unknowingly asked the owner if he had a new kind of ratchet strap that self-retracts the slack. He answered no, and asked if he could help with anything else. I told him I'd just keep looking for a gift. I grabbed a couple things and headed to checkout. Before I could finish checking out, Mr. Branneky caught up to me with the ratchet straps I'd asked about. "My son orders things without telling me sometimes," he explained with a laugh. I gave him a high-five because he had just made my day. I think that resonated with him and he came back and gave me an Orca coffee mug on the house. Call it customer service, the Christmas spirit, etc. But I've worked in customer service and that kind of interaction was my best case scenario. 10/10 would recommend.

I "Love" Branneky Hardware..each time I need anything for my house they had it. Recently I needed my sliding glass door screen replaced and paint mixed. It was done quickly and without hassles. I've lived in Bridgeton for 26 years and I'll go to Branneky Hardware first before any of those big box hardware stores.

Staff is knowledgeable, Cashiers are always fun-loving. This hardware store has availble or can get about anything atypical. I try to stop when passing by even if I don't really have 'need'. Simply just for browsing their unique greeting card collection.

Great classic hardware store that is rare to find anymore. Started shopping here 30 years ago. Happy to see the same knowledgeable store when stopping by recently. Love that they even have a basement which has useful additional selections. One doesn't see many stores with basements anymore.

Unhappy experience here.... made phone call after years of prior good business experience. Was quoted price on phone, so I drive 45 minutes to make purchase and product was double the cost. Unfortunately a time sensitive product and I need it today so gave company the value, but I will never again refer or step foot in this business.

Branneky crushes the big box hardware stores in several important ways: customer service is much more personal and attentive. The people who work there knows their business. Most importantly, they go above and beyond to help folks fix things not just buy a new item. I needed a transponder for my car's key fob. I expected to pay $200 , but Tanner was able to program and replace just the transponder. So, he saved me $120, and I didn't have to throw away all the other components of my FOB. Tanner thank you! Here is to fixing things, and not just throwing something away, and buying a new one.

This place is magic, I’m not even joking. Somehow there are more parts, more seed varieties, more services and more expertise in this hardware store than all the big box joints in town combined. Just make this your regular spot for everything.

I was in about 11am on 12/13/23. I can't say enough about the gentleman at the service counter that helped me repair my outdoor spigot. He went above and beyond what I expected. Excellent service. Thank you!

Very nice and friendly, One of the few hardware stores that really take the time to assist their customers.We get so carried away with all the gadgets and bling at the bigger store that we sacrifice true customer service. Something that's lost in a lot of our industries today.Thanks, True Value. I We'll make sure any time I need something from the hardware store. I will go to you first even if you're out of the way. The customer service is worth it.

If you need any kind of hardware or housework related item, chances are they will definitely have it. Looks can be deceiving as the place is rather large, with small aisles packed to the top. They also have enough employees to fill every aisle they have, and in the 10 minutes I spent here I was approached by no less than five employees. Nice if you have questions, but when I already had found what I needed it was a little annoying. They also give off a strong aura of not trusting anyone, as watermark checking and marking with sharpie the dollar bills I paid with. The constant presence of associates giving help and watching as I was sorting through the hardware bins was a little unsettling.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The past two times I visited this location I’ve encountered rude and possibly racist staff. Walked in today viewing the half dead herbs outside, made it to the key area and saw them slide a key on the table for another man of color possibly not to touch him. Spoke loudly to me unhelpful to a inexperienced young woman looking for a simple adapter

Hubby likes to run in here all the time for home and outdoor supplies. He has always raved about the excellent selection they have in such a small space.I've been a few times and also found what I needed. Their space is small so aisles are narrow and there is A LOT of stuff everywhere. That said I found it easy enough to find everything I needed. Prices are very reasonable.I liked that they have natural dog treats, they carry all of our favorite locally produced seasoning - Blues Hog, and the bbq/grilling section is diverse.The employees were friendly and helpful as well. They seemed to truly care that the customer found what they need and are taken care of.
