Had a pretty good experience at the store the store is pretty organized, the top stock looks good, and I had two Associates ask me if I needed help finding something. For anyone that drinks they had a pretty extensive liquor section there with some pretty expensive liquor. Also there's a Subway on the grocery side as you walk in on the right side.

Clean and well maintained Super Walmart. The parking lot was even clean.The produce department was the only area that I noticed that seemed low on stock and needed attention.I don't like the self-checkout, but there were two friendly associates helping to keep the operation moving smoothly.I appreciated the assistance.

I wanted to buy a camping chair for truck camping and I saw camping chairs at Branson, Missouri 1101 Branson Hills Parkway . I haven't decided yet maybe next year 2024 .

David in sporting goods was so kind and helpful this trip into walmart today. In other nearby locations I've actually seen associates tense up when I just say good morning like I'm going to need something from them. Not this store and not this crew of folks. I was spoken to first a total of 7 times this morning and was asked if I was finding everything. I know it ultimately comes down to the person but I've been in this store enough times to realize that management in this store is doing some grand leadership!! Great job to all!! I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

This store has really gone downhill. The staff is inattentive and rude.I was almost hit, leaving the parking lot when one of their employees ran a stop sign.During the same visit, I was hit with one of the online order carts, followed through the store by whom I can only assume was their secret shopper,And just for fun, I stood and timed 22 seconds before the cashier even acknowledged I had walked up because the conversation on her phone was more important. And this was after I took 5-7 seconds to get the stopwatch open.Do better guys.

Nice Wally World In Branson, MO. In Dallas TX and in OKC, the Wally Worlds aren’t this nice and do not sell Liquor. Now they do sell Wine, but even then, it’s the cheap $25 and less wine. Definitely not wine above $25, let alone over $100 like this Wally World. So it’s a nice touch to visitors like us.

My oh my, how has it come to this? Walmart has definitely changed in the last decade alone. The products and value are still, if not even better, than before, and I love that the product variety/flavor lets me change up my meal ideas. But, the lack of customer service being implemented & more than likely not even part of the staff's training, is beyond my comprehension. I wonder if it stopped being taught & followed through on when they replaced the warm, friendly cashiers with 90% cold pushy self check outs. The store is constantly overwhelmed with, yes, customers. But the number of employees you see on the floor is where I became baffled. It's truly a positive note for customers to see so many people being able to work and support their livelihoods. But I am convinced I must be just missing the friendly and helpful staff that I can only guess are off when I go. Because it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to acknowledge me, have knowledge of different products, and the complete lack of friendliness is shocking. Anyway, cheap product variety, I will never like being ran through a cattle shoot to ring up my groceries, and the staff needs some training courses to know what customer service is.

This particular Walmart was very clean and organized. The only draw back was that there was a smaller produce and bakery area compared to other super centers. The employees were friendly and there’s lots of free parking. This store was easy to find and is located right off the main road.

A manager came and very rude about how I parked an oversized vehicle. He was rude in front of a group of ladies and said move now. Then he got in his car that was parked in the first spot closest to the doors and his cigarettes and was smoking close to the doors. His behavior was totally unacceptable from a manager. When I worked at Walmart they expected more from the managers. Very bad reflection on this store.

I am ashamed to say I am a stock holder of Walmart. My most recent visit was horrifying. So trashy! Merchandise & trash is under & behind counters. Can we get someone to sweep under the counters?The store has gone to almost all self checkouts. They won't open up the regular registers, even when busy. This change is terrible. Cashiers are so much quicker at checking out than customers. It seems like they have gone from 18 registers with 6 in line to two lines with 60 customers in line, hence the photos. I walked out without any purchases as I value my time. I will not waste it in lines like that. What will it be like at Christmas? Very disappointed. Seriously considering getting rid of their stock.

Super clean facilities. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Food here is taxed at 5.6% which is a plus. They do check your cart and inspect what you bought and there was a little line for us to wait in. Located within a shopping outlet.

WORST WALMART EVER!!!!!!!I put a pick up order in for a wagon and waters one afternoon to be picked up around 10 the next day. I show up and mind you they are currently delivering orders, I wait 30 minutes …. A man comes to my window and says they can’t give me my order they are having technical difficulties….. I stated I had a wagon and waters …. He said I can’t give you anything, go inside and get it….. also mind you I planned this as we are headed to silver dollar city for the day….so they wouldn’t even giveMe what I had shopped for inside I had to go to the isles and find it. What’s the purpose of pickup if they can’t even get it to work. Completely inconvenienced and put my 2 hours behind schedule.

Rude employees all over the store..online shopping carts all over the isles and will not move until they are done with their work. The only saving grace is the deli employees...except the supervisor Debbie...she couldn't care less about the customer.

I picked up some super 8 pictures at photo dept and had my Wal-Mart purchases in cart. They checked out my photos plus all my groceries.Saved me a lot of time waiting in line.Hats off to the electronic dept.

I was HARRASSED by a cart guy. He accused me of driving recklessly with pedestrian s in the vacenity. I was not. He then was VERY rude and disrespectful to me. NOT ACCEPTABLE. This guy should be Fired for his behavior as he also threatened to damage my vehicle and me.

Don’t use the pharmacy drive thru as it serves no quick convenient service. It’s much faster inside for no reasons I can see. The delivery service is off and on and normally 2-4 days wait and you’re lucky if you get it all so you end up there anyway picking up what they left out. The pick up service is even worse. What’s the point when you’re there on time and your wait time is 25-40 minutes and most of your groceries are out of stock and when you select substitute they can’t substitute Peter Pan for Jiffy peanut butter because I’m assuming they don’t care or out of stock. Either way is unacceptable. Top it off they charge fees for these services. So generally I have to go in to finish getting what they left off after paying to pick it up. It might just be a Branson store thing but both Branson Walmart stores are only this poorly ran because it’s Branson and they get away with it.

I go to Walmart all the time in Carthage. MO. Great customer service. If I can't find an item they are always there to help me. Cashiers are friendly. They help me with anything I need help with. Thank you Walmart for the Great friendly people you have working I our store.

Been out of a lot of products. Bathrooms are often dirty. Store often appears disorganized. Primarily self checkout which sucks. The occasional interaction with employees has always been good though!

If I could go lower than one star I would.It's amazing how lazy this specific employee was. I came in here looking for a cord. Online says they are in stock (which they likley were) just too lazy to go to the back and look. She simply opened 2 random boxes and then said "we dont have it".Really I'm upset because I had to wait for 30 minutes for an employee to show up. Then she was rude anyway. An employee that "isnt in the clock " stood beside the line telling us she couldn't do anything and there was a shift change. They had to have a meeting. Just ignore customers for a meeting. How pathetic.

Give the shoppers the best parking not pickup. Your workers can walk you the side of the parking lot. 3 center rows for pick up.

The over entitled man checking receipts today was the last straw. He gave us a hard time and even came out into the parking lot in the rain to stop someone. Once we finally gave him the receipt, he only glanced at it. There's no way he could check the mile long receipt we had. May God bless that man with a new job. Won't be back...ever!

Very few cars when I arrived. Was told I was in the queue and they’d bring out “whenever they could” (VERY unfriendly) After waiting over 20 minutes and seeing only 2-3 cars receive their pickup, I called back. Girl was very rude and said “It’s because we’re understaffed, not because we’re being lazy!” I told her that was not at all my intention, but was just concerned. Total time to pickup was 46 minutes

Prices are always good the staff most all Walmarts make you feel like everyone is a thief. But they're friendly and convenient I choose the Supercenter over the other Walmarts.

Since the new self check out, this store has gone downhill fast. Few of the staff are helpful, and others are rude or send you on a goose chase with no answers. The few cashiers that are working are slow, and it takes over thirty minutes or longer to get through the checkouts. If there were other options, I would not shop here.

Just stopped into Walmart like I do every week a couple times to buy items for my vending machine company. I probably spend $150,000 a year at Walmart. It really should have a better system for vendors because now they make me take every single six pack of soda out of the cart and count it if it's a duplicate and make it really complicated. While we were checking out some arrogant douchebag manager came up you know the kind that sit in the office and don't work but tell everybody how they should be doing their job and think they're better than everybody else yeah him you know who I'm talking about and was very rude to the lady workers and myself he should sign up for law enforcement.
