For a reputable company this stores parking lot is disgusting. There is no way the lot has ever been cleaned. Cigarette butts, gum and trash all over even where you walk in. Pluss the meth heads they let hang out all over the parking lot. The parking lot is also full of pot holes and the asphalt is destroyed making it a hazard to walk across.Shame on Branson for allowing this as well

For the love of god do not go to this walgreens. They do not know how to handle prescriptions. They only give half when your quest all of your prescriptions Which, by the way, thank you, Ashley (the Pharmacist)Very smug and nasty attitude., for screwing me over. Because your pharmacy is closed on sunday. And Shannon, I've never seen any more clueless behavior than I did out of her( I don't know anything about the pharmacy) you're about worthless as a shift manager. You couldn't even call the store manager and do your job.

Standard Walgreens. Stocked with all the things you'd expect. The nice thing about it is, it is the one store on the Branson strip that isn't decorated/designed obnoxiously to try and draw attention to it. No gorilla climbing up it, no water jets to make it look like it's trawling through water. Just a store. A normal store. With normal things.

Un- freaking- believable. This pharmacist is the absolute worst. She's smug and rude and tells straight out LIES. She laughs at people in need and makes up her own rules. Her name is Ashley and she's a disgrace to the profession and corporate should know about her.. Every day I will be calling corporate until they do something about this monster.

All Walgreens have terrible customer service. The employees and management don't care though. Ordered one photo last night and it was a same day pickup and said it was ready in an hour. Stopped by today and they didn't bother checking to see if the picture was there at all. They said they didn't get it done because they didn't have what was needed. Walgreens is 45 minutes away. They should've emailed or called saying it wasn't ready because I got an email saying it was ready.

Their pharmacist is extremely rude. They never have the medication that we were supposed to have and when they do have it they don’t want to fill it because they always want to see if he did you early even though we’re just trying to make sure we have it available within the next couple days instead they want to say no it’s too early and then be out for three weeks so it leaves an addict to withdraw and possibly relapse

Called today to ask about a prescription that the physician ordered 3 days ago and we hadn't heard anything from the pharmacy about the status except for on then1st day that it need to be ordered...But apparently it wasnt even ordered by them, the Pharmacist TOM couldnt even spell a last name let alone the 1st name..It was apparent he did not want to help me so. He then said he would call me back so I ask if he knew when if it would be today, tomorrow or when he said and I quote "I Dont Know" in other words he probably wasnt going to call me back at all!!I asked if this was a corporate pharmacy or franchise he said corporate I informed him I would be calling corporate to report his lack of wanting to even help me and after asking his status he literally hung up on me. Worst pharmacy ever I normally dont use Branson pharmacy ever..I do shop there but never use the pharmacy I find them to be very rude all the time...they never go a mile for you let alone the extra mile!!!Otherwise a good store but the pharmacy has big issues all the time!!!

I went to get Mothers Day cards. The selection was somewhat limited and all were expensive but I did get what I needed. I was happy to also find a mailbox outside of the store since I needed to get those mailed. It would have been a problem for me to find a place to mail from since I am not from the area. Huge Bonus! I am a regular Walgreen's shopper back at home in Michigan.

Service could be better, although short staffing issues could be a factor. However, I was noticed that they had false information posted prominently on the entry door. A sign claimed that it was a violation of local law to enter the premises without a face mask. Face masks ARE NOT required by local law. If Walgreens wants to require them as a corporation, that is certainly their right, but they should claim it as a company policy, not attempt to pass it off as required by local law. Failure to post accurate information here makes me wonder what else they are saying that is false.

My family and I frequently stop at this Walgreens when we are in Branson. We’ve never had a problem. It doesn’t seem like they jack up the prices compared to the Walgreens in Springfield or other areas. The store is clean. It’s fairly similar to wall greens elsewhere, so you know what you’re getting. The workers have always been friendly. And they have been good to give advice on different things to see in Branson or new attractions. I appreciate that. I think it’s kind of cool that they do that. I commend the store for the effort of the workers. It obviously has good management.

Waited in Branson Walgreens for 10 minutes for help with a passport photo. They were very sweet even with the challenges they faced being the only 2 employees in the store today.

Please do yourself a favor go to another pharmacy. Walgreens is trying to regulate who is buying mounjaro, you lost your mind ! I will take my business somewhere else and make sure my family and friends do the same.

So, I actually visited this location twice when I was on vacation. The first time I went in there, I was helped by this heavy-set cashier (probably in her late-20’s, early-30’s, maybe older, dirty-blonde hair worn in braided pigtails).I like to carry on a friendly (short) conversation at times, and I did, or at least tried to, with this cashier. She was not friendly in return and appeared extremely annoyed and about five seconds away from telling me to just get the heck out of there.The second time I went there, I approached the counter. The other cashier was helping a customer with the ATM. The same cashier from my previous visit was walking (very slowly) to the register as if she was going up to help, then saw me and turned right around and walked slowly towards the photo area so she didn’t have to help me while I continued to wait for the other cashier to finish up with her customer. Sweetie, you work in a customer service-based position. You don’t have to like chatting or being friendly with customers, but you can at least fake it so your customers don’t feel unappreciated.

Always had good luck at this store. Staff are typically friendly and well manered. Store is usually clean as they can keep it for a high traffic box store. Have a wide selection of medicine and over the counter for small colds etc. Good selection of soda food etc. Make this our quick in and out store when we are down here for a visit and need anything

Do not order anything from door dash here. They are missing half the items they have listed online, then you have to fight to get a refund from doordash. Management...fix your inventory online through doordash or don't offer it at all please.***Update*** made the mistake of trying it again 2 months later. Had the exact same issue.

Finally, their website says their open 24hrs, the door says 24hrs, and when u call the store it also says they're open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. But the doors are always locked between 1:30am-6am so just bc it's supposed to be open 24hrs DG doesn't necessarily mean they are or r they n the manager just won't do his job n allow anyone n the store and this is not the 1st time this has happened at this particular store I just don't understand how they can have 3different ways advertising they stay open 24hrs when they've never been open between 1:30-6 am I hope this is helpful decide if u want to make a trip with a chance the doors will b locked

Unbelievable lack of concern for customer welfare. As a vacationer to Branson I chose walgreens, corner of 76 & 165, for my doctor to call in meds to when we were in Branson. Doctor by accident sent a prescription to them when we were at home. I called walgreens to tell them my doctor requested verbal verification that they had released the prescription. I ask pharmacist if she would mind calling my doctor to save time. I ask three times, explaining our roads were getting bad and if it didn't get done my doctor could not fill my prescription at all much less before we got iced in. Her reply all three times with a very I-don't-care-about-your-problem attitude said, your doctor will have to call us. Thank God my doctor took the time away from her patients to make the call. That pharmacist could have called my doctor in the time she spent denying my request. Thank God it wasn't an emergency medicine.This is definitely not the place for non-locals to seek caring service. I'm only giving one star because it wouldn't let me post this without it.

Where do I start. The store was a mess. The staff were just strange... I didn't feel comfortable the entire visit. The check out was almost unbearable. It was slow. This store is the only Walgreens in the area so it is the only option. I would only go there if I had to.

This is the only pharmacy in Branson that we could find that accepts Illinois Medicaid. However, when we first contacted the pharmacy a technician told us that they could not help us. A pharmacist at another pharmacy actually knew that they were licensed for that. He called and got my child's prescription filled. When I went to the store, the staff was wonderful and helpful. My prescription was filled quickly and without any problems.

Extremely poor pharmacy service. Between the rudeness of the pharmacist to them denying my medicine because they didn’t even know what the date was. I would think in this industry knowing the date is important. Finally after I let them know it was the 18th not the 17th they told me to sit down it will be a while. The rest of the store is great but the pharmacy is poorly ran.

I have to say thank you to the Walgreens manager and the Fedex employee who helped me to get a document sent through overnight mail. The Walgreens manager flagged the Fedex employee down before he left for his next drop and the Fedex employee helped me find what I needed to get the documents sent out. I had already tried another Fedex location which was not able to help me and I was desperate. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me!
