We were renting and so for that reason the water was terrible. I called Culligan set up water delivery. Our delivery driver was the Best. He brought our water up our stairs and even put it in our room. Customer service is one of the Best too!! We are seniors and without their help we would have to depend on others for help!!

I was spending 70 dollars a month on bottled drinking water - so I contacted Culligan to get an estimate on their reverse osmosis system being installed in my home to see if it would save me money to support my 1 gallon a day water drinking habit. I was told that I could save a lot by renting their reverse osmosis system so I contracted with them to install their system in my home and I have been very pleased! I no longer have to buy, load, unload, and stock heavy cases of bottled water every two weeks anymore and I am saving 40 dollars a month by using their system! Another big plus is I do not have to buy filters for it - included in their rental they come out annually and replace the filters and perform any needed maintenance on it at no extra charge to me. Thank you Culligan for providing me with clean, safe, great tasting drinking water, and saving me much money, time, and hassle by having an unlimited supply of water right at my kitchen sink!

The experience with Tri-Lakes Culligan was awesome! The account representative was informative, easy going and even helped my husband and me (as we are new to the area) find the best place for grocery shopping. :) When the technician came to put our new unit in, he was on time, completed the new install timely and then explained the differences between the new system and the one he was removing. All and all I have nothing but good things to say about Tri-Lakes Culligan. Oh and did I say the water is great! :)

From preliminary review of my homes water, to installation of the whole home water softener and reverse osmosis system, I can't find one thing to complain about. Brad was a professional ,knowledgeable sales associate. Kaleb was an extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional installation technician. Everything works as expected and I'm looking forward to saving money and not having to deal with damaging lime scale build up. Im enjoying the benefits of reverse osmosis providing healthy, great tasting drinking water for my family.

They have continuously not delivered my water. I have called multiple times and they assure me it will be delivered next time. They still charge me the water service fee every month and have my $8 deposit for each bottle. One of the few deliveries I have gotten the driver called me in the morning to make sure I wanted it. I suspect I live out of the way of the route. If so, do not advertise that you deliver to my town and accept me as a customer.

I was moving from NYC to Missouri, and I needed to get a water treatment system (water softener, purification and filtration)installed prior to my arrival. Tri-Lakes Culligan made the entire experience so easy, problem free and stress free. The service and workmanship are top notch. Nathaniel guided me through the process from A to Z, choosing the right system, organizing the preparation for the installation, the installation itself and the follow up. He never gave me a sales pitch to buy anything that I didn’t need. He was super friendly, honest and accommodating. Really, the entire process was smooth and stress free. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Have been using the Culligan system for about 5 months now and it has been awesome. We had a couple issues early on due to the sediment from our well but Culligan was at the house within a day every time. Both Mike and K have been courteous, professional and prompt from the start. We just had a reverse osmosis system installed and are LOVING it. We finally have clean drinking water in our house and don't have to buy bottled water anymore, which I was having to use for everything (drinking, cooking, dog). Nathan was awesome and answered all of my questions and fixed things that needed to be fixed. Overall a great experience.

The home I recently purchased had a water softener system, and all I wanted was a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Even though I could not find any local reviews for Culligan, the online reviews elsewhere were less than complimentary when it came to business practices. I hesitated several days before calling. They were very quick to respond and act. Mike and the installer were extremely professional and helpful. They helped me chose the best product and service without a sales pitch to purchase additional products/services. It was installed within a couple of days and the water taste great. I highly recommend Tri Lakes Culligan.

I've been a customer of Tri-Lakes since 2003 I've had salt delivered to my house every 8 weeks until last week. At which time I found that my water softener wasn't even working had not been working for quite a while according to the Culligan man and because a screw was missing low behold how that happened it couldn't be repaired so they wanted to sell me a new one. I have depended on them for over 10 years they're the only ones that have touched my softener so the only ones that have added salt so why wouldn't they know that it had stopped working instead of continuing to put salt in it and charging me for salt for softener that was broken I'm very upset with them . They would give me $200 off a new one very disappointed. After years of paying for services in salt that weren't even needed I feel very ripped off and I think that it should have been taken care of more so than just offer me 200.
