Home Depot has for years been my favorite home improvement store. Tonight, it wasn't a chandelier or a new power tool that captured my heart but two of the staff, Chelsia and Frankie. My interactions with each lady made me happy as they were both friendly and kind. Their attitudes were so caring and giving, I hope to be able to run into them again in the future. Great job, being so genuine! Because of y'all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this location!! And give these examples of how a customer should be treated a raise!! 👍😀

In this store are many helpful, knowledgeable, down-to-earth employees who will stop what they are doing to listen to you, help you troubleshoot an issue, or figure out what you need for a repair. Some staff are not skilled in repirs, but several of the employees are (or have been) professionals in trades, so they offer experienced opinions and solutions to many maintenance / building / repair challenges. The employees are plentiful at this Branson store, not hard-to-locate, like other chains. I have experienced consistently friendly service, and can't recall a time being disappointed. Branson Home Depot is full of All Star team members who go out of their way to help you.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Home Depot location. Despite being a pro memeber/contractor spending 10's of thousands dollars oer year they would not honor their own displayed Ryobi free battery sale as listed in an end cap. The batteries were in hand, but apparently the sku's were different. No wonder they are struggling with their market share/prescence. Susan woas the worst manager I have ever dealt

I always come here to buy plants. Tonight, I stopped by to get a couple. I paid with a $100 bill and didn’t receive my change. Patiently waited for a manager and when she finally approached me after 10 mins of waiting, she came with an attitude, began to insinuate I was lying by saying “if the receipt came out, the cash came out”I mentioned the cash dispenser is lit up red, and none of the others are. She told me that machine was the only one that stays lit up red.Nothing further, she walks away and brings my change to me from a different register. Completely unnecessary.I believe the manager is named Missy whenever she was radioed to assist me.

I am a very particular customer on satisfaction. From my buying of an oven, to delivery, to a problem with the oven and an immediate offer of a new oven being replaced, I have always been completely satisfied with my interactions. I have actually got to speak with human beings instead of fighting through the phone system. Because of this excellence customer service I will order appliances again from here when needed.

Good place to buy building supplies and Christmas decorations. They give 10% Military discount on some things. Also seem to have better selection than Lowes.

A very basic, solid Home Depot. I was expecting it to have a little bit more inventory for a bigger city like Branson. I will say that it has plenty of parking and the service is on par for Home Depot.

Absolutely the best customer service. I have been using them for many years for my construction needs. They are competitive on prices and selection. But the difference is when you have an issue. That is when they step up to the plate with excellent customer service. Today was no exception. Lori took care of an electric smoker that had stopped working. She replaced it with a new one which is what I had asked for. She was friendly and fast. They treat you like family. Jim.

Well it's Home Depot so they have everything. This store stands out as having the most friendly service of any I've ever been in. Great not to hunt for help but rather to have help thrust upon me. I recently returned some building materials that I was nervous they may not accept as I've had them quite a while. They turned them in to store credit on the spot and I was able to floor my garage attic and add a pull down ladder the very next weekend.

Neutral. I can never seem to find help here without actively seeking it out for 10+ minutes...Literally employees just walk by you on the rare occasions you need them. Then of course self checkout scanning all your mini screws/pvc items....It's a corporate store and nothing more. Make sure you KNOW WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE GOING. Because you're definitely gonna be on your own. I miss the 90s.

Home Depot has the best prices. Plus the guys in lumber are so sweet and the ladies at self check out. Plus I’m building a tiny home and am not the best at keeping receipt ms and I buy the wrong screws or such a few times and they are good at understanding. I only had one time that it was really bad and the manager was horrible but when I went to the front desk it was taken care of on the spot. Someone behind me stole two of the items I paid for. I love they cut my wood with no complaints and don’t act put out having to do their job. I wish they were a little closer so the big things didn’t have to go so far but it’s worth it. Thank you

Do not buy major appliances here they will not back them up they will make u go to the manufacturer even if the wires are melting.
