We enjoyed the experience of stopping here. The smell alone was refreshing and nice. There was plenty of room within the store. The ice cream was really good. The workers were friendly. Definitely a nice place to stop if you were at the Tanger outlet.

Friendly staff, clean store, wonderful smells, and inviting atmosphere. I believe I gained a couple pounds just from walking in and smelling the aroma of fudge.At the counter there was a nice well lit display of all the different type of fudge offered. I believe I again gained a few pounds by adding the sight of the fudge to the smell.The lines were somewhat long but moved quite quickly. Two people were working the counter helping customers and another two were off to the side working with fudge. It was kinda cool to see how some of the fudge was actually made while standing in line.Would definitely go here again.

Shopping almost always involves eating. It could be a large meal at one of the restaurants but at the very least, it is bound to include a snack or two between purchases. Walking around the Tanger Outlets in Branson, Missouri we suddenly felt the need for a snack and our choice of eateries was the Fudgery.With a name like the Fudgery, you probably have already guessed that fudge is the mainstay of the menu, and this certainly is true. There are multiple flavors and they serve free samples, which is great when you want to try before you buy. If fudge isn’t what you’re craving at the time, don’t worry- they serve other things, too, like brownies, caramel apples, and ice cream plus beverages such as smoothies, strawberry lemonade, and more.What I like best about the Fudgery is the actual making of the fudge. They make it right in front of everyone and tell jokes and otherwise keep folks entertained while they churn the pot. This feature alone makes a visit worthwhile. When you arrive, ask if they are going to make some fudge and if it is soon, wait around until time.As for the fudge, I found it respectable overall even if a little on the pricey side. I’m glad I tried samples first because some of the flavors were certainly more to my liking than others. I think they had a buy three, get one free deal going on when I visited and considering the price, this is a deal worth taking advantage of.One of my kids got a smoothie and found it worthy of a second purchase. I didn’t get to try the ice cream or other foods at the Fudgery, sticking only with fudge during my visit. It added up to a cool experience overall and easily worth it to watch the fudge being made while you snack.

We visited at opening on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Our salesperson was AWESOME! She told us all about the freshly-made confections, and the daily specials! She was extremely good-natured about our joking around. And she told us how to get the most bang for our bucks. She even made us fresh waffle cones since the ones on display were squishy. The service and sweets are PHENOMENAL!!!

I was visiting Branson for my school's Senior Trip. When I walked into The Fudgery for the first time, I was overwhelmed with the decadent smell and the older-sisterly love that the manager Cammy/Cami had for me. She is a godsend. God sent her. She saved my fish from drowning and walked my dog. When I choked on the delicious air, she performed the Heimlich maneuver on me and saved my life.I had the overwhelming privilege of seeing her shine. She made some gorgeous maple fudge and some delicious pecan fudge. Her arms were so strong to knead the fudge with her giant spatula that I'd be okay if she hit me with. She could probably pick up a bus. Her muscles were bigger than my face. I would die for her.Kid-friendliness: She was nice to small human

This place is awesome! The employees are just amazing! I highly recommend this place! Their ice cream and fudge is out of this world! And the customer service is just off the charts! Totally happy atmosphere! Just great!! 10 on a scale of 1-5!!!

I usually would give a 5 star because we stop here ever year and it's always amazing creamy Fudged, but this year my favorite chocolate caramel Fudge was gritty and the edges were hard and brittle. We'll try again next year and hope for a better batch!!

They seemed a bit short staffed. The young lady at the register was newer and having difficulty with the register and the other young lady working was trying to juggle keeping a large batch of fudge from running off of the table and helping the newer girl. Both were doing great for what they were working with but management may want to consider staffing an extra person when a trainee is working. Those poor girls were completely flustered

Just happened to walk in as they were finishing a batch of fudge. My wife and daughter ended up getting 2 lbs. Got home and and before the next day was over my 4 daughters and wife had eaten it all. They were ready to go back to get more. The shop has good fudge and the ladies there were really friendly and helpful. We will go back again soon.

This smell reminds me of Yankee candle store, that sweet smell that reminds you of home baking.I've tried the smoothies here and they are great as much as l like the fudge l often come here for the bags of caramelised pecans.It's nice to watch them cooking and there are always free samples to try before you buy.

Waffle cones were tasty! But cone size and scoop consistency portion wise varies per cone. Fudge was cool to watch being made. Kids enjoyed ice cream!

One person at the counter and another person making fudge during a busy holiday weekend. Line took forever. Someone needed to step in and help the poor girl at the counter, and pretty sure no one cared about the fudge being made 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I had the Rocky Road & Mississippi Madness. While both were great, the Rocky Road really hit the spot! The perfect amount of sweetness- didn't feel too rich but definitely nothing lacking.

Service was slow,, no gloves worn by the fudge preparer and he handled the ice cream as well. There were no apples but the fresh lemonaid was delicious. If they get some different staff it would be visit worthy again

It was okay. The employees didn't sing a note when we visited. We were in the store for 5-10 minutes. Had samples of fudge. Bought some fudge because of the reputation. Wish they were a bit more engaging.

Highly disappointed. We just walked into this location and stood there for 20 minutes as the first people in line, while the worker working the register was doing everything but taking our order. After 15 minutes he finally took our order and all we ordered was a raspberry smoothie. He then turned around and attending to the ice cream machine and started cleaning it and making ice cream cones instead of making my shake. After screaming at him to do his job he finally picked up the cup to put the ice in it but we went ahead and said no. The manager then said have a great day in the most sarcastic voice ever. Definitely do not recommend this location

The woman with short hair in her 30's was so rude that I will not be back. She does not belong working in customer service. Not the employee The Fudgery at Tanger Mall in Branson, MO should have representing them. Very disappointed. The fudge was dry too. It's because it's sitting open to air behind the case. If they put it in an air tight container that would prevent that.

Several flavors of fudge to select from. All slices are precut, so it is a quicker transaction, which keeps the line moving. I do wish there had been half pound options though. In addition to fudge, they do offer several other items other members of the family will enjoy.

Rudest service ever! 14 customers in the store, (4 separate parties), two employees, neither of which could be bothered to wait on anyone in there until words were said... Once they did finally wait on us, they acted as though we were an inconvenience to them.. Umm hello.. customers are the reasons why you even have a job. The man was busy cutting fudge and the girl spent 12 minutes washing the same knife. If I hadn't promised my son fudge we would have walked out.

Overall, the customer service was great. They also form the freshly made fudge into a roll in front of you on a slab table, so that's neat. In general, I love all things chocolate, especially fudge! The fudge here is very average. They have a decent selection of flavors, but not like a true fudgery. I got to sample fresh chocolate peanutbutter fudge that was still warm and it was okay. I would have expected it to be a little creamier and not so grainy. I ended up going home with the Rocky Road fudge and after I got past the dry, grainy outside that tasted a little off, the inside was much more smooth and enjoyable! I am sure the other ingredients in the rocky road helped me get past the "okay" chocolate flavor of the fudge. I probably would not want to order just plain chocolate from here. But I'm sure kids and some people don't really mind the type of chocolate and textures at all!

Only 1 person working the counter made for a long wait. The fudge was dry by the time we got back to the hotel. At which time we noticed the bag should've been zipped but wasn't. The lady at the counter did a great job trying to upsale but didn't tell us that we got a free piece of vanilla fudge until we asked because she was so worried about selling another piece of fudge

Love the fudge, as always.However, I do have an issue with this company for this reason. They hired me last week, and today I was supposed to start. So, I go to work on my starting time. Then, they tell me that I’m out of a job due to them closing. They said that they found out right after they hired me. This is poor communication. They failed to tell me that day. Need to communicate more when it comes to issues like this!

This was an excellent place to get fudge. I haven't had fudge in years and this was the best experience I've had with customer service and appreciation. Morgan was the name of my cashier and he was great. If you want fudge or ice cream, go here.

Rani was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had an adorable accent and made us want to spend the whole day here trying new and different things. The treats were good too but she made it a really fun experience. After a long drive from out of town and a steamy hot day of back to school shopping our feet hurt and our good moods had worn off. Rani was prompt and so cheerful. Exactly the "pick me up" we so desperately needed.
