I went into this store today and had a wonderful time. They had beautiful stainless steel cookware for such a great price, that my window shopping turned into buying six pots and pans with lids! I will have to visit here again, because the associates working there were very friendly and nice. They wrapped my pots and pans so well. I even had workers helping me as I had questions as I shopped. I called when I got home to tell the manager (Gary) how much I enjoyed being there today. What a nice store!

This place was packed with a crazy long line. Right away they called up more cashiers and we flew through quickly. We had just left Ross with only one cashier and a long, slow line. The cashiers were super friendly here too!! Shoutout to the guy, Leslie for such good customer service!!

I love the prices and the uniqueness of snacks that you can find here.They also have amazing housewares, including a wide variety of storage containers for kitchen and bathrooms.I just love shopping at TJ Maxx because you never know what you're gonna find.

Typical TJMaxx, the only two ppl that were kind and spoke were the cashier at checkout and the elderly woman by the jewelry section. The other ppl didn’t bother to speak, just cut us off trying to speed walk while we went to the men’s section 😂. I was like ok….it’s not the serious, nobody else is in the store besides another lady, but do you ma’am….speed walk to behind the counter to talk to the other employees

Went shopping here on black Friday. It was busy and the lines were long but they went fast. Leslie was my cashier and he was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately i somehow left 1 of my bags behind and did not discover it until the next evening. I live 6 hours away and was so upset. I just knew it was gone. The manager Gary went above and beyond to help me, look for my bag and actually found it! I couldn't believe it and he has now FedEx it to me...What wonderful customer service is that...Thank you so much Gary!! Hands down the best customer service EVER from start to finish!!!

The truly wonderful thing about t. J. Maxx is that all the stores are virtually the same. They have the same type of merchandise snd the prices are the same. The T. J. Maxx in Branson is slightly smaller than many where I have shopped, but the jewelry case looked the same and so did the handbags and luggage and clothing and sheets and towels. Each area is slightly smaller than in some stores but it is all represented.

Always stop when I am in Branson and close to T. J. Maxx to and see what's in the gourmet food section, got lucky Friday and found 2 bottles of giant caper berries! They always have something interesting in kitchen and home decor that is reasonably priced.

I typically LOVE TJ Maxx and have shopped the store for years. However, my visit today was completely disheartening and I'm not sure I'll ever shop here again. When you send items to the front to be held while you finish your shopping, you expect them to be there when you are ready to check out. Guess at this store random people can just rummage behind the register and shop closed boxes.

Mckayla is phenomenal! Mckayla is so sweet. She helped me with all my purse and wallet needs. We instantly became best friends and I quickly filled up my cart. A new 'must stop in' when traveling to Branson!! Very kind and professional staff. Jeremy was great as well!

Had an AMAZING experience at this TJ Maxx in Branson. Good selection, good deals, etc. Was helped on the sales floor by Riley who was very sweet and asked if I needed anything and then I got her as my cashier and we had a fun and lighthearted conversation while she checked me out. Was a very fast and pleasant checking out experience and overall great experience. Will definitely be coming back

I usually shop at the store in Springfield but I think I found my favourite store. I thought this place was amazing had a good selection of skin care products, bath products, hair products and food. I bought some manuka honey for $7.00. Normally this goes for 20-30$ in the store. They have a good selection of Asian products as well. Not to mention this store was very clean and products were neatly stacked on the shelf. Other stores like this… Burlington in Springfield for example products have most or all been rummaged through. And not much in hair care either.However my only complaints are not much selection of actual makeup….like foundation and a poor selection of perfumes. I only saw two brands of foundation…Missha and Clinique. The Missha had been used and the product was all over the box. But I still loved it and will definitely come back when I’m in Branson.

The store is poorly stocked. I wanted new towels. They only had gray or white. I wanted a mattress cover for a queen bed. There was only the pillow top ones. I wanted a regular one to protect the mattress. Most new mattresses don't need thick mattress covers. A pillow top mattress cover ruins the pillow top mattress. I looked at clothes and saw very little to choose from.

I like this place because you can shop for clothes, makeup, home decor and stuff for your pets even... I love it. plus their big bags they have at the check if I the check out for ¢.99 are wonderful they come in so handy, especially when you're moving which were doing right now.
