Although this is a smaller version of Shoe Carnival than the one in Springfield, it had a wide selection and friendly, helpful employees. Every time I've been there, I am "wowed" by employees going above and beyond to help.

Shop at this location frequently an never had any issues til today. The girls who worked the register were rude an acted like they didn't hear my request. I asked to do a return on a pair of shoes an instead was given an even exchange. The shoes I purchased previously (never worn/new in box) were on sale today. So I wanted to return them so I could get them at the sale price. The cashier an the manager both got rude with me an basically didn't want to honor their store policy. After telling them again that I wanted a refund not an exchange they honored my request an gave me back the difference I was owed.Lesson learned: If you're not happy with your job then dont bother coming to work. I will be going to this store during day time hours in the future. Night shift crew is horrible an disrespectful.

I have never had a positive experience at this store. I've been a handful of times with no improvement. The employees are not helpful. I have had an employee walk away mid conversation a couple of different times.The last time I was in, I was looking for some shoes to help with the last few weeks of pregnancy. An employee showed me some crocks, which is not my style at all. I politely said I didn't not like the feel of crocks, she walked away. Apparently because i didnt like the crocks she showed me. Its a texture thing for me i suppose. She didn't even try to show me another pair. There have been several occasions like this. I was looking for some dress shoes for clinicals in college, and I have bigger feet. I was struggling finding my size. The employee asked me if I'd try the men's section. For dress shoes!!! It embarrassed me. This store hardly ever has my size but wants me to order and have them shipped. I'd give no stars after the last visit looking for shoes to finish off the pregnancy. I have not seen a happy positive attitude out of any employee at shoe carnival in branson.

Idk what those that put a one star review for but as for rude workers I had No experience with that. Everyone was friendly understanding and very helpful. I wish I got names to suggest employees of the month.

Recently visited the store in Branson. The girl working in the store was no help at all. When I asked if she knew where I could find the shoes they were out of, she told me to go to the front counter and order them. She was not friendly at all. The girl at the counter looked them up, said they were available in the size and color I needed, took my card and ordered them. I checked on my order 2 days ago, and was told my order was on its way. This morning I get a text from Shoe Carnival saying my order is not available. I now have to wait on a gift card in the mail, then go to their store and ask for a refund in cash. In the meantime try and find these shoes elsewhere, as they are gift for my daughter. I will not shop here again. I should have learned after the last couple of times. Their customer service is terrible.

The ladies were nice. We got 4 pairs of nice shoes for a little over $150. I was concerned with the velcro on the kids shoes but they assured me they've never had any problems with it and if they did tear up to bring them back and they would replace them.

Bought a pair of Ariet Boots from this store just recently, the pair of 160 dollar boots caused my back pain and the sides of boots won't stay up even when on. I called today and told them the situation. The woman said she would work with me even if I didn't have receipt. She was really nice. So I drove 30 minutes to store. When I walked in I met the young cashier could not help me. So I asked for manager who I had spoke with. When she walked up I had introduce myself as the guy she spoke with over the phone about the boots. Her tone of voice and attitude were completely different then over the phone. She, the cashier and I looked to see if they had a different pair of Ariet Boots, they did not. So when I asked for refund they said no. They said that I didn't come in and buy the boots because I didn't have receipt. The manager was not willing to help or even look anything up. (She was really rude.) So I showed them evidence on my card transactions list, described the young man who took my money after spending hundreds on footwear when I bought the boots, then told them which products I had bought that day to match original receipt price but both employees, manager and cashier working today on this afternoon kept assuming that I didn't purchase the boots. I have never be so embarrassed and discriminated against. After spending my hard earned money here as a single minority father I was refused and disrespected in front of other customers in store. The picture below is evidence I was there on that day with my card. Hits hard when you have to share a bad experience but I feel really hurt over this situation. Ruined my afternoon.

Exceptional customer service! Sara took the time to get me the right shoe that was comfortable and made sure I was happy with my choice. She spent extra time that she didn't necessarily need to spend, but was cheerful and very helpful. I actually made it home with two right shoes in two different sizes and Sara brought me the correct shoe to my work to exchange. I am very pleased with my experience!Thanks!

It was a very good experience, it was my first time at shoe carnival, and the sales girl was very nice and helpful, she listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted, and was polite and knowledgeable, so I would give her and the store a 10 star, if it was available..

Shoe carnival usually always has some decent shoes at decent prices. I always find a good pair of shoes there. Right now they have some cute boots there.They also have some nice tennis shoes too. They run different sales all the time.If you sign up for their emails and texts, they send you pretty good sales and coupons too.♿ Handicap accessable

This is the most ridiculous store the most ridiculous chain of shoe stores I ever seen in my entire life. I can't even pay with cash with US dollars I don't have a debit card or credit card or anything this is ridiculous this place should absolutely be closed immediately they are horrible they're rude they're inconsiderate and they have no idea how to run a business or carry the the kind of shoes that we actually want to buy this place is horrible I never will be returning I am boycotting this place this place sucks including all of the employees that work here. I will never be returning this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my entire life I need new shoes I have money and I can't buy something with money you can go ahead and close the store and make the world a better place.

It was ok. They helped us into the area we needed and gave us a bit of technical support to boot.Only negative was check-out. We were blindsided by the fact the second pair of shoes was not half price. That was the first time we’ve ever paid full price for the second pair of shoes at Shoe Carnival. So be aware.

Employees should keep their discussions about customers in the store private instead of having those conversations loudly while standing in the middle of the store. Very unprofessional, rude, and hurtful.

I would have given them a 5 star rating but they didn't carry the K-Swiss in women's and they didn't have the Nike's that i really wanted but overall very nice place to shop for shoes....

I have never had worse customer service in a shoe store. I came in 15 minutes before closing (6pm) and was immediately greeted with a sigh that was louder than the hello. Then, no offer to help as the 2 ladies gossiped and complained loudly behind the counter. As I checked out, still before closing time, I wasn't even spoken to at all! And then as I left one finally mumbled have a good night...really??! I shouldn't have even purchased a thing. What a shame to hire someone like that for a customer service job!!

Was having major trouble with the website where I wanted to apply some rewards discounts and was reluctant to go into the store with my two year old who has autism and has decided that all stores are bad. Anyway, I called and Cecilia said that although she couldn't do anything about the website what she could do was honor the discounts in store. This allowed me to buy my boots for the year. Professional and kind.

I have ridiculous big foot wide feet. Shoe shopping drives me insane at the best of times, so go ahead & take my review of this place worth a grain of salt. That said though, this was not really a great shoe shopping experience. The staff was friendly & trying their best, but they were greatly outnumbered by customers and just couldn't help everybody right away. And while the prices are ok, even with their sales & deals they didn't light up my life--especially considering the fact that for as many different pairs of shoes as they had, they had surprisingly little variation in styles/shapes. Maybe that's more an indictment on society's footwear stylings, or a condemnation of my particular feet & sensibilities, but in the end I was able to find something I liked for a price I was ok with elsewhere in town & not here. I will probably look here again & give them a chance, but I suspect I will walk away disappointed when I do.

I was helped by a wonderful young lady named Noelle. She was awsome!!!! I wear size 11 sandals and she brought me all she could find. Then stayed with me helping in any she could. That is my favorite shoe store now!!!!
