They were very good about communicating with me that they were running late with the job before me, and still made it here when they estimated they would. The carpets look great and they even left dryers to make sure that it was totally dry for the next day. We love using a local family-owned company and will continue to do so.

I had purchased some leather couches from someone that smokes and was having a terrible time trying to get the smoke smell out of them. Robert came to my house within 30 minutes, worked for almost 2 hours and was able to soak up every drop of water in the children's bedroom from a leaking h-vac unit. He was courteous, professional, and a very nice man. I highly recommend him for water damage repair and restoration.

These guys quote you one price then change the quote then threaten to sue you during Covid times the owner is a savage and is money hungry .. we where quoted $300 and he gave me an invoice Over $500 and threatens to sue me since we didn’t pay ... well I never signed a contract and I wasn’t home when supposedly they where doing the work here yet my ducts are still dirty and the work was not really done correctly I have a witness that says he quoted us one price and changed the price so .... oh as for slandering its not slandering if it is true ... Here is a revue you got in 1994 for doing the same thing off of the BBB webage : ----I hired this company to clean kitchen floor tile and to refinish my hardwood floors. I was quoted $1040 from the owner, they began the work and many red flags started to appear, many area not completed and the product was very patchy. The technician kept saying it would take more coats to look right. I finally asked them to stop working and I would hire a company that could do a professional job. The technician agreed to cease the work, but stated I owed them over $1700.00,which I refused. Then the owner returned stating the bill was $2,500.00. They kept making the price higher and the job was not completed or of the quality I was sold.same thing price gouging without the owners consent and knowledge until work was done

We had three rooms done, one room had ink stains and I'm happy to say they are GONE! The other rooms had regular wear stains that mostly came up, a few organic stains that all came up, and the carpets look good. Will call on them again.
