I've never had a better vet with better people. The love and compassion they put in to every client is unmatched in the area. I had a kitten pass away who was very well known up there and they had a tree planted for her. I love them all with my whole heart, I'll never trust anyone else with my babies. The ladies here are all very sweet and my Chelsea loves them all,(until the shots started) but even then her tail was wagging. Not going to be doing leptospirosis shot again didn’t like the reaction she had probably because she is small not sure.

Wow! The entire staff is caring and helpful, energetic and positive. I walked in and there were my pets' names on a whiteboard welcoming them...nice touch...I had forgotten my vet records at home and they magically got them at 7:30 in the morning from another vet. Must be a super-secret phone number I don't know about ;) My boys were ready to go earlier than expected from (gulp) "the" surgery and they brought them out with a smile in their carrier and offered to help me to the car with them. They made follow-up phone calls the next 4 days, including the weekend, just to check on them. The boys are now its(?) lol and I have not seen one bit of pain or awkward walking, etc from the moment I brought them home. Well they were sleepy as heck but that's to be expected right after anesthesia. Congrats to the whole staff. I cannot say enough good things about them!

My little schnauzer had her first appointment with them today and it went great! The receptionist(s) were all very welcoming and sweet, as well as the tech and vet that was assigned to us! My little girl was very nervous but calmed down with all the sweet voices and attention she was getting!

I took my baby here for the first time yesterday. They are absolutely amazing. They are so good with the animals the rooms are fabulous, they have all the cats needs and wants, water, litter box, toys, bed. Their cost is so great and inexpensive.Highly recommend.

Love the new location!We saw Dr Tricia the last time we were there. I was hesitant to see a new vet as we’ve been seeing Dr Amanda since they opened. I was so impressed! She diagnosed an ongoing problem with my pup.The techs love on my babies and make them feel comfortable during their visit.

We recently had to help our Daisy Pup cross "The Rainbow Bridge". Without Dr. Amandas help we would have been a total wreck. She helped us with the most difficult decision we have had to make in a long long time. Daisy was out best friend and bed partner for just shy of 20 years. We love this vet office and their caring staff. Both of our cats receive care here, and the staff is always so loving and gentle with them! I have one cat that is afraid of everybody, but he lets them handle him during his appointments and does really well, which I think is due to their expertise and genuine care for their patients. We highly recommend this vet!

Absolutely love this places they have been awesome to my pet, they are very open about their prices and your options before anything is done and really allows you to customize what you need rather then getting packages with shots/etc that my dog doesn’t even need. Always recommend them

We were traveling in our RV to Branson and our girl Rosie developed a lip sore that concerned us so we scheduled an appointment. The condition had mostly cleared up by the appointment date but we went in to make sure she was OK. The staff and the Dr. Amanda were super nice. They treated Rosie with care and respect and only charged us for a brief exam. This is one of the best vet clinics we have been to.

My boy Dutton had an outstanding visit. Their compassioin, organization, and communication, is second to none. The surgery and services were explained very well, all were very interested in the well being of our main man. Prices were fair and certainly in line with others in town. My dog is extremely nervous at the vet, but the team did an excellent job with treating him with love and lots of patience! He did have to wear a muzzle but the way they approached it was just an added layer of love to settle his poor nerves. Soft, gentle voices and soothing tones were just a simple demonstration for the care they had for him. I truly appreciated the patience. It put my nerves at ease knowing he was still cared for despite his nerves and growling. I've been to vets before that just got frustrated with him and it just adds to the tension.

I was taken in on short notice when my typical vet wasn't available. My buddy was hurt and Everyone was wonderful and even educated me on things I didn't know and had asked about without receiving answers from other vet offices. I will be moving all my animals to Shepard of the hills . They were Knowledgeable and treated us with extreme care and compassion. Extremely impressed by everyone there. Everyone took the time to meet me and my baby pup.

Earlier this week we had a storm that caused electric outages throughout the area. While the power was out I noticed a really bad rash on my 6 mos old Yorkie. I contacted Dr Amanda by email and she went beyond my expectations to prescribe two medications, writing all the info out by hand, and making sure we were able to start treatment that day. This is the kind of loving care everyone wants for their beloved pet. I highly recommend Dr Amanda at Shepherd of the Hills Veterinary Clinic.
