This gas station isn't that bad of a place though I rarely buy gas here. I do go there because there's various types of coffee there and a food case that will often get food from. There are also ding dings there for those of whom who partake in that and if you're needing money as you first walk in on the right side there's an ATM machine. Associates there have always been nice to me and I haven't really had any problems here.

If you want rude employees this is the place for you! I’d give 0 stars if I could. The two girls working, Barbie and Skye, are some of the rudest individuals I have ever come across. They refuse to help people and then gossip about customers once they leave. Poor employees show poor management in my opinion. I’d be looking at new staff. My significant other and I drive by here everyday on the way to and from work usually stopping for what we need. Guess we’ll find a different store.

Basic station with services as expected. They do have the best paying slots that I have seen around Taney County. Others say they have gotten bad service, but I have always been treated respectfully.

The two girls were busy when I went up to pay which I guess is fine it just seemed odd. They had the trash can from next to the ATM machine looking at people's balances and talking about them. I hope it just stayed at making fun of low balances and not some new money scamming thing. Or looking for certain customers with a target balance. Idk it was just odd.

I'm very unhappy with management. I applied 2weeks ago and constantly told that the manager will call with she gets around to it. In truth she won't hire me because my beard is nonnegotiable. That is their perogative but at least let me know so I can move on and not given false hope. Now I know to move on. 😤

Pump 7 took money out of my card but never actually pumped the gas even though the meter was going up like it was. Went it to try and fix the issue with the manager and she yelled at me saying I was trying to get free gas. Working on getting this dealt with by corporate

I’d give shell 0 stars if I could because their pump card readers are from the 1800’s and a pain to work with. I avoid shell at all costs unless I really need fuel and no other gas station near by for miles.

They have a wide variety, the hot food is always good, great customer service, very friendly staff, I wish the hot food bar was stocked a little more, besides that it's a good gas station.

Was a great store before it was sold. Now pumps never work , clerk’s always on phones and the older lady with green hair is always eating in the kitchen. The manager is a big gross slob , From the looks there is no training. All the original good help has left.

My boss stopped here for breakfast because she has stopped for catfish in the past and it was fresh hot and delicious. So she expected the breakfast would be too. NOPE. It was GROSS! We threw both meals in the trash. Eggs, sausage and hash browns. Trash. The older lady with short, dark hair serving was rude and nasty as well. Bring GREG back. He was top shelf service! I'm over this place otherwise!

The 5 stars on this review, are directed to an employee at this location. I've stopped at this station several times recently, and was so impressed by a particular employee by the name of Izak. I believe that's how he spells his name. This young man truly stands out above the rest. He was more than helpful and courteous, especially after having a young woman wait on us, who seemed she couldn't care less about helping anyone. But I just had to write a review for this young man who proves to be an exemplary employee. Anyone should be proud to have him represent their company, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves from his employer. I tried to write a second review for another employee, but found no where to do that. The only place to write it was to edit this one. I wanted to now bring attention to another employee by the name of Forah. Again, I hope I spelled that correctly. Quite frankly, I would rather not frequent this location if not for Forah and Izak. The others are usually not friendly or helpful. The food is overpriced and tastes old and dry. The fact that these 2 employees make such a difference should tell the manager something about the type of people he needs to hire. These two are great examples. They are exceptional, and at such a young age. They are respectful, and courteous, always cheerful and very helpful,

There food is not good there chicken rock hard and cold fries are nasty and cold and they changed me more on my meal then what the price was post to be and when I asked about the price on that's the way it is no that's not what your price said up on the menu. Do they not care about there guests or what all them workers never smile always rude. That place has lost all my business and other people that I know. They are for sure not even worth 1 Star wish I could put -5 star's

I've been going here for a few weeks do to work. Every time I go in here. The cashier's are standing there with their phone in their face . The girl this evening was to busy staring at her phone to push a button. What happened to customer service . So rude. This was the 3rd time in a week.

Hot food was so Nasty the special was meatloaf and he served me the last of the Mac n cheese nasty dried up pieces , last of the mash potatoes nasty and not very many of either of the 2 sides and the last of the meatloaf I askednif they were getting more he said that wasnit then no sooner did I sis to eat he brought out all the fresh food of everything else...the only thing I liked was my fountain root beer felt ripped off didn't eat my food but 2 bites of each and threw 98 per ofnit in the trash for almost $9 dollars I should of felt good about my food! Disappointed tremendously!

Fell for their add to apply for the so called, savings card. Went in to ask a question about how to get my promised discount that didn't happen. Teller was a polite woman but said she had no idea and after suggesting maybe asking the manager she said no, the cards are completely separate from the store.?? Completely?

I live nearby this station. They are always ten cents higher than other gas stations in the area. They are usually clean though. Staff seems friendly enough.They have hot food and the snacks aren't out of date.

Nice big store with a big selection. Love the fact there are several gas pumps. Very easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff has always been friendly.

This is no longer shells a White oaks corporation absolute horrible manager that needs I've had problems with her and seen many other customers having problems with her I've spent a lot of money in that store a shell and White oak I was in here this morning spent about 25 bucks pay for a burrito I start to walk out the store to get it I'm standing here with a cup of coffee and a bag of stuff I paid for

Unfortunately, in the past I have had a recurrence of issues with the gas pumps at this Shell station. Most recently, I tried fill-up my motorcycle at a pump. It took a while for it to accept my credit card then it asked me to wait, wait, wait, wait, then displayed a message, "the pump is out of order." I moved to another pump, got off my motorcycle, only to see a Post-It Note saying, "pump out of order." I was about to leave, but tried a 3rd time and was finally able to pump my gas.

So happy when this station opened, employees are nice an willing to help with whatever you need. Might have to wait a minute, but that doesn't bother me I'm not the only customer that uses that station. I will say I know the day shift more than the evening shift .
