This Ross was super clean and well organized. It’s a great place to find a bargain on clothes, shoes, home goods, accessories and luggage. We didn’t encounter any staff because we didn’t find anything we wanted on this occasion. But everyone has different styles and preferences. There was plenty of free parking and is situated in a plaza with lots other stores and food venues. It’s not quite on the main road, so I’d recommend using Google Maps.

Usually we have a pretty good experience when we shop at this ross, but today was a little different. We understand how frustrating and overwhelming the holiday shopping can be for the employees, especially when they are short staffed. My mom had asked in a polite tone for assistance at the jewelry counter and one of the cashiers answered her in an unpleasant almost nasty tone saying she couldn’t recieve assistance unless she was buying an item for certain. My mom agreed and waited and waited and even had to go request assistance at the counter once again. My mom works in the service industry so she is understanding and always tries to be respectful and answer the employees in a friendly tone but I really did not appreciate how unprofessional the employee handled the situation. I especially did not appreciate the fact that the employees attitude seemed to be different when dealing with my Hispanic mother vs with the other customers in the store who were majority white American customers. It is not the customer’s fault for how understaffed the business is. It is also not the 1950s, treating someone lesser than because of skin tone is pathetic. Our money is just as green and is worth just as much as others. Please do better.

On December 26, 2023. We were waiting outside in the cold for the store to open. The sign on the window stated opens up at 9 am. So there was 5 employees and 10 customers waiting. Finally at 9:03 am the doors open. We all walk in but 2 mins later management booted us out because the store didnt open until 10 am. There was NO signs stating that. We left letting them know we will NOT be back. They lost money !!!

Encountered two extremely rude employees in the hour I was there, then to top it off the charged my card twice for over $100 and said I have to let my bank sort it out! Manager unhelpful and not knowledgeable.

My first time thanks to my daughters guidance. And it was love at first sight spending well over $100 between clothes, home goods, dog sweaters and personal items I have plans to go back next week for more. I also met a new friend Crystal in wheelchair with no legs (hehe) and Nick yall rock and it was an absolute pleasure meeting you, hope those earphones worked for the ones your wheelchair ran over and broke. Much love. If you haven't gone to Ross, def give em a try, I came out with new outfit and a new best friend in my first visit, cannot wait for my next and what it holds.

Danielle Rhodes, this particular store’s manager is of impeccable integrity! She goes out of her way to make sure her customers are finding what they need and happy with their purchases. Her sincerity is heartfelt and that’s very unusual especially in the retail business. I will continue to shop wherever she is in charge in the future. The other store she worked at was very clean and easy to maneuver. Made for a very positive shopping experience.

Planned on shopping here at 6:45pm on Friday Dec. 23rd, but apparently the workers decided to close 5 hours earlier than the time advertised online & on the store’s door. There were workers inside, but doors locked when we arrived.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! My first time ever in a Ross was was blown away at the rudeness of staff! (Especially the lady on 8/6 at the changing area.) The checkout lines were ridiculously long, so I put my stuff back and left.. Will never return!

Staff is super friendly and the manager was as well! The people there seemed to really care to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. I see some negative stuff here posted. I’m sorry if a theft happen- however that’s not the stores fault if someONE did something like that. It’s unfortunate but In my opinion doesn’t impact my view on my experience! Happy to have it in Branson finally!

I love shopping at Ross. I have a teenage daughter that won't stop growing so being able to go in and find clothes that fit and that she actually likes at affordable prices is huge for me. The staff there is always super helpful, there is an older lady that is always working the dressing room when I am in there and she is amazing and kind.

Staff isn’t friendly at all. Refuses to help us get the money that their assistant manager took. They are super rude in person and over the phone. I’ve put in two reviews to make it clear these people steal. They overcharge or outright steal it from your wallet like they did my fiancé. I will never spend a penny in Ross. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Wow! The new Ross in Branson, Missouri is a great add for shopping! The store is cleanly, organized, and all around, very well put together! The manager, Danielle, was a great help, kind, mannerly, nicely dressed and professional. The location is ideal, and they have everything imaginable with all different clothing styles and decorative needs. They’ll certainly have my business again. FIVE STARS!

This store was ok. We went there today and really didn't find anything. I was looking for a pair of boots and a winter coat, and they really didn't have much of a selection.It seemed like everything was picked over in my size.I was looking for a size 8 boots and a size large coat...so that it would be big enough with big bulky sweaters under it, without being too big. They had alot of cute XL coats and larger sizes...but they were too big for me.

I have visited this store several times since the soft opening. It has always been very clean, customer service has always been excellent, and the selection is always changing, and prices are reasonable. I will continue to shop there.

I LOVE ROSS! I work as the manager of a Hotel, and buy all my clothes here. I will be going back soon to pickup a nice winter coat!
