Yummy place to eat . I love the truffles and they have special most of the days . I asked if they have any special they said yes so I bought 4 caramel apples for the price of three and we got amazing ice cream .

We love Rocky Mountain on the Branson landing. It's the best 10-10 👌 The caramel Apples are fresh and delicious, the truffles are Amazing! The chocolate covered strawberries are definitely my favorite. The new owners are very helpful and friendly. If you are on the landing it's a must stop. Also Make sure you try the Dr Pepper Float ice cream. 😋

I love this Rocky Mountain. Great Customer service and The BEST Apples. Make sure you stop in and get a treat and if you have your Pet with you stop and get your Dog a Drink of water. They always have water outside for them.

The Butterfinger White Chocolate Apple is the BEST!!!!! Im sure they have other good desserts, or so my husband believes but the Butterfinger Apple is what I crave from Rocky Mountain.

I left a comment on Facebook, wrote an email on the website. No response. Do not go there, do not spend your hard earned money there. People are rude and nasty. Handling people’s food without washing hands right after cleaning and touching nasty mop.

Selected truffles were just tossed in a bag after selecting no box no paper. A tip was mandatory to complete purchased otherwise I didn't see a option to bypass. 4$ for someone to give such little care to 3.50 truffles was not desired.

I drove from springfield only to see they are closed. Not sure why this business is not reflecting as temporary or permanently close. There is another chocolate shop near this location just not as wide of an range but the customer service is amazing (Kilwins).

Customer service needs some help.I was trying to order and lady didn't understand what I wanted. I'm trying to point and show her, she stops helping me and starts speaking to other customers loudly in Spanish.It took several attempts for her to figure out what I wanted and how many.The chocolate wasn't even that great for the price.

Best chocolate around. It is on the pricey side but well worth it. Every confection you can imagine. They even have caramel apples and ice cream, dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Dark chocolate almond clusters are my favorite!

I watched them knock unwrapped food onto the floor and then pick it back up and put it with the rest of the food to sell. It was not rinsed off or thrown away. They also had three people working, but only one person could be bothered to stop and help customers even though the store was very busy. The selection was poor and the prices were high.

This is a wonderful little shop! We went back a second time during our vacation in Branson Missouri. We are chocoholics and this shop gave us much delight. It's located in the downtown Branson area, which is pretty awesome. The shop was very clean, conveniently located, and the lady that took care of us was very nice. They even have homemade doggie treats. We loved it and highly recommend it!

While waiting in line, we watched one of the employees knock over a couple of trays which proceeded to knock 5 to 6 apple onto the FLOOR that were in line to be dipped in caramel. These apples were then picked up and placed back in line to be dipped without even being washed off (or thrown away like should have been done.) We walked out and didn't order from them.

Drove from Springfield to get these chocolates specifically (they have rocky mountain chocolates in Kansas City). The chocolates we got were old and dry. The store was dirty. Two hours total of driving, $40 for old and dry truffles. Complete waste of money and time. The Rocky Mountain Chocolate in KCKS are much superior!

They always have wonderful chocolate and carmel, don't even get me started on the delicious variety of Carmel apples!!! Also if and when there is a problem (which doesn't happen to often) customer service is quick to make it right! Best Chocolate ever! :D

The chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered almonds and carmel were great, the fudge bar we got was on the firmer side and seemed like it was sitting there for a while. The fudge was expensive and it wasn't very good, so I'd avoid that.

All I have to say is they were a nice place to shop here, but when you close your doors and leave, you should take your site off the internet, that you are no longer open.

Went there this morning for coffee and chocolates and our coffee was lukewarm-YUCK!!! What a complete disappointment, especially at $12 for 2 coffees and 2 small pieces of chocolate. I do not recommend this establishment at all!

Im always a fan of these delicious chocolates. Try the peanut butter fingers and Tiger butter. (If you like peanut butter). Apples are delicious too.
