Jenni was absolutely amazing!!! I had a little anxiety when dropping off my older Golden Retriever. Jenni was so kind and totally put my mind at ease. She gave my dog Baylee the perfect cut. She not only looked great when I picked her up but was happy. She is older and when I left I was having a hard time getting her into my truck. They came out and helped get me get her right in :)

I made Benny a "spa Day" for Christmas. I wanted him to have the works and he got it! I was hoping he woould start to social with other people and animals hat oeast once a month. Petco caretakers are the best. Benny look so good and also prancing around knowing he feels good. I will be doing this once a month. And I will always come to petco. Thank you all for everything. Merry Christmas!

I called and made appointment for my dog one month ago. They new I could not get into vet until day before for shots. Drove 105 miles to be told can due it because they have killed dogs after normal vaccinations given for 24 hours. It had been 24 hours, but they meant per vaccine. Called my vet they said I dodged a bullet with my dog. Find someone more qualified.

Heather was the groomer at the Branso Mo Petco. She did an excellent job with my dog Paisley. She had an incredible personality with me and also Paisley. I asked to rebook another appointment with Heather. Paisley is a puppy and I understand shes a wiggle worm but Heather reassured me she did a great job with no problems.

I walked in and both times Angie sp? was friendly and ready for me. She did a beautiful job the 1st time as well asthis week. She showed concern about my dogs skin and really seemed to care about Lexi and remembered her too. She estimated lexi would be ready for pick up in 2 hours and she was!

All of the groomers are so kind to me and my dogs. They love going to Petco, and the first place they go is to the grooming desk. It was a struggle to find anyone to take on my Rottweiler ,Tia, because she is a “danger” breed. She is a sweet teddy bear who loves cuddles and kids, but again because of her breed no one would take a chance. I have been taking my rescue “Suke” there for over a year and because of his response to the groomers I will never take him anywhere else. He was timid at first and didn’t want to go back without me, but they were patient and so good with him, and now he loves getting baths, but only if it’s at Petco, and he is a diva dog, so he has to have the deluxe spa treatment with the blueberry facial. I was nervous to ask about Tia for the longest time. Then I did and they almost begged me to bring her in because they love ”Rotty babies” and she even lets them do her toes which is something she won’t even let me do! I absolutely love them and how much they love my dogs and how much my dogs love them!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend Petco over all of the other groomers in the area!!!!!!!!

Groomer was ready and waiting for me upon arrival, grooming was completed in a timely fashion, groomer was attentive to detail and present when I picked my up my pet. She had paperwork ready for me so no unnecessary standing around and waiting so I could get my dog outside to potty quickly.

The people there are very nice and very helpful!! Cost is reasonable and my dog had a great time...she came out looking very beautiful and smelling great!! The workers are very well trained and know what they are doing!!!
