Best service I've had to date. The lady was very helpful and understanding. It was my first time sending my wife flowers. Stunningly beautiful arrangements. Michele did a display for my mother's memorial that was one of the most breathtaking I've ever seen. Each specimen flower was perfect and unique. Michele also provided several potted plants that were fresh and flourishing. She'd be my pick for ANY floral need.

I don't know who is making the arrangements that my fiance buys for me but they get 10 stars from me... Each and every flower in my bouquets are always big bold and beautiful. I can tell they take their time and love what they do because they are beautifully put together... thank you for being apart of our wonderful memories in the making... My wife just received her flowers from Michele's and they are spectacular! The pictures on the website don't do them justice. When I ordered over the phone, the person I spoke with was very polite and helpful, I didn't feel rushed at all. I would defiantly use this business again.

I'm new to Branson and unfamiliar with the florists here locally.My boyfriend called Michele's after hours from Farmington to order the most stunning bouquet of flowers I've ever received!!!!My picture doesn't do them justice, the colors were simply magnificent!!

I used Michele’s for a flower delivery recently, and they went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful bouquet. Their customer service was amazing, and they were very understanding and willing to accommodate to some hiccups that arose on my end. Not to mention that their flower selection and arrangement was incredible as well.

My husband ordered flowers to surprise me on our 5th anniversary,the arrangement was beautiful! I made sure to keep water in the vase,they lasted for 3 weeks.... My husband said Brittany was the one who helped,he trusted she would do a good job,...she did a great job!

This place is awesome ! The lady that waited on us told us to just pick out an arrangement that we like and she can do it in whatever colors we want. She made 3 arrangements for our dads funeral ,they coordinated with each other beautifully. I highly recommend Michele's for any floral arrangement you need ! Nice ladies also .

Very good service. Stopped in to pick up a simple bouquet and left with a work of art! Very impressed with the friendly helpful staff. Nice store, had some cool plants as well. Did not use delivery,so can't say how well they do at that, but I would say if they do half as good as they did with flowers it would still be an amazing job. Kudos to Michele's! Definitely be back again.

Micheles''s Floral and Gifts is the best choice for great service and quality.She and her staff don't treat you like "just another customer"-- they go the extra mile to fill your order just like you ask. Also, for some reason that I don't pretend to understand, her flowers always have a wonderful fragrance; and they last much longer than any others I have tried in the past. Please do yourself a favor and order from this business.

We have a church assembly in Branson every year for 8 days. Michele decorates our large stage that we use at the Mansion. She refreshes the flowers and does a great job at designing everything! Go and see her beautiful boutique!

Michele's floral and gifts went above and beyond for me! They were out of the container I ordered, and within minutes of me placing my order they called and offered to upgrade for me. I ordered flowers for a Saturday funeral. Unfortunately, a family member of the deceased fell ill and passed away. A double funeral was then scheduled for the following Thursday. Michele very kindly sold the "original" funeral flowers and made an entirely new arrangement so that it would be fresh for the funeral. This level of professionalism is seldom found and it did not go unnoticed! Highly recommend Michele and her store!

Michele’s Flowers was so amazing to me this morning! Our neighbors unfortunately lost their dog unexpectedly last night. I called her this morning, and she did a rush flower arrangement for me, and I told her to just make it colorful! The flowers turned out amazing! I would absolutely recommend her!

Needed an extraordinary edible gift delivery in Branson. All bakers were booked there wasn't a cake in all the land. This gift HAD to be chocolate and needed to be delivered. Called Michele knowing I could at least recognize this bday with flowers. As she was describing her floral idea, that sounded lovely, I said... what I really want is a mind blowing decadent triple chocolate cake, but all bakers were booked. You know what she said? MY florist? "NO PROBLEM!" she said. "I will handle it". Well, handle it she did! The recipient was thrilled. The creation Michele had arranged was beyond basic. It was over the top, decadent, a chocolate sculpture with strawberries and artistry extraordinaire. The recipient was giddy! This florist wants one thing....that is making her clients happy. She got a product out of her scope and do so with fabulous customer service. Packaged perfect and tied up with a beautiful bow. If you are looking for personalized dedicated service call Michele. Michele's Floral is WONDERFUL. We picked up a bouquet on the way to Branson for our wedding from a different florist and it was horrible. The ladies at Michele's Floral completely revamped the bouquet over the course of a few hours, charged next to nothing for the revisions, and it was amazing! They saved the wedding!!

When we decided to celebrate our anniversary in Branson, I knew I would need to order flowers from a local florist. I chose Michele's on line. Over our fourty three anniversaries and other occasions, I have ordered lots of bouquets. I would rate the daisy and rose bouquet from Michele's as one of the most beautiful of them all.Without a doubt I will use Michele's every time we are in Branson.
