I had a return for Amazon. The manager told me my package was UPS, not through them. He was quite friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Then, he told me that there is a UPS store less than 3 miles from there. I thanked him, and I was on my way within less than 5 minutes. Great customer service, Kohls!!!

In the front the employees were nice. But I had to go to Customer Service for an Amazon drop-off. The employee I dealt with was being very rude. She rolled her eyes several times at the person in front of me. When it was my turn I greeted her and she didn't say anything. She just seemed annoyed at me and everyone. Then she just stood there with the scan gun. I didn't know what was going on so I said "I need to do an Amazon drop off" she sighed and said "yeah I need the barcode" and then I started to ask a question and in the middle of my sentence she cut me off to talk on her radio "CAN SOMEONE COME UP HERE SO I CAN GO ON BREAK" - Ok I get that you're tired and annoyed and want to go on break...But you work IN CUSTOMER SERVICE of a middle-upper class store...Being rude to the customers because you hate your job is not okay. As a business owner myself I would fire an employee that acted like this. I honestly can't even describe how rude she truly was...I was still trying to be polite and said "Thank you have a great day" and she responded by saying "NEXT IN LINE" and didn't even make eye contact...I was going to shop there but after that experience I just left.

The bathrooms were really clean.. very minimal fecal matter and hair on the seats. Lids were warm and inviting and the stalls were roomy with plenty of grab bars for extra support. 10/10 would poop here again.

I really enjoy going in this store in Branson Missouri. They always have such nice music playing. Its a relaxing atmosphere and sometimes I go in I might be a little stressed but I just walk around and look at things and by the time I leave. I feel better. Lol because the atmosphere is so. ... Nice

I'm looking for some ladies' dress shoes. There wasn't a very large selection to choose from. Didn't find anything that fit my needs. They have way too many tennis shoes. KOHLS used to be my go-to for shoes, but I guess I'll have to find somewhere else now.

When I walked in the cashier Rosie welcomed me with a smile and helped me get what I wanted and saved me money I brought what I bought back and exchanged it with no problem other stores need employees like the 3ladies that helped me with no problem I give them a 10 thank you for your help

I bought some comfortable sweaters and long sleeves for my grandsons and friends. There was a good selection of items to choose from and the discounted prices were appealing. Moreover the establishment was spaced off appropriately. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Kohl’s is pretty good, excellent employees and great sales. I go quite a bit because I like buying clothes for my niece there. The departments can be a little messy sometimes, but I don’t think that’s any employees fault. Bathrooms are kept pretty clean and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait in line at a register for too long.

They had chocolates marked as $0.00 when we went to the register and asked about it, they would not honor the price even though that was what the price was, It was free. I went back to take a picture to include with my review and they had already taken off all the zero stickers. The manager's name was Jeremy, very unhappy with the service there because if you go anywhere else they would have honored that price, so very disappointed in Kohl's for not doing the right thing. I understand not wanting to give out a bunch of free chocolate but we let them know and they should have honored it for us as that is false advertising. After we left we looked up the false advertising law and they broke it, they were to honor the price on the merchandise.

Went in today to get some school clothes for a friends daughter and the entire time I was in there there were employees that kept following me every place I went. I was clear across the store and my Godson needed to use the bathroom so we went to the bathroom and guess what the same two workers just for some reason needed to be over there one he was done in the bathroom we went back to the same spot we were and guess what the workers were right behind us. This was insane my 6yr old Godson asked me why are these people following us. I'm still sitting here at the doors while osting this review. They have Made me feel so uncomfortable that I'm not even going to buy the things I have picked out now. Idk what's going on with this place but wow. My Godson is black so it makes me think that's the reason for treating us that way...

Good clothes, prices are average or a bit higher than average. But! There are sales going on specific stuff, where prices are quite competitive.Stuff can generally explain where different items would be, but they don't have such thing as "knowing merchandise"Don't go there on black Friday, you won't survive

The employees we interacted with were helpful beyond belief. The store itself was a little lacking--it always seems to be very disheveled when we arrived, like we just missed some big sale that had little old ladies rummaging through the racks. And they do have lots of sales, but without those the prices are higher than my bank account would prefer. Still, nice employees and nice stuff-if you can find it.

My wife loves this place. I took here there so she could by a few garments. Boy she came out after about thirty minutes with a full bag and now I'm broke . But anyway the quality appeared to be name brand and she's happy. With that said it all fit and I'm happy. She looks good.

Kohl's has carved out a niche and no other store is quite like it. Wide variety of clothing and hard goods, followed up with a marketing program that is always sending you discount coupons as well as cash off coupons on top of in store price reductions. Store always clean. Staff always friendly.

There are a few select items (very few) that I shop at Kohl's for, but in general I simply do not like that store. I feel that a lot of their merchandise is inferior quality and the employees at this particular store are consistently disrespectful and rude. Cash register wait lines always seem to be long and they really don't care. Not a fan.

My grandma loves this place. It's the only reason I've been inside. The buyer here clearly knows their audience, since most of the clothes/accessories available are more geared to the 80-something set. That said, I've been known to find a deal or two for myself and my kids from time to time. It seems to be smaller than a lot of Kohl's I've been to, which I'm sure limits the selection. The girls at the checkout are very sweet and patient.

I had the worst experience here. It take nearly 10 minutes before my husband and I were even acknowledged when picking up a ship to store order. We had multiple employees walk past us without saying a word. I drove from Springfield to Branson to pick up this order because they had it in store but next time I think I'll just wait for my order to be shipped to my house.

This store has a very calm atmosphere, the sales staff are very friendly and respectful. The sales are always great and are usually store wide. Love the Kohl's cash and the Rewards to You program.

Disorganized, dirty, things not in stock, it used to be on of my favorite stores. I loved the one in Joliet Illinois, moved to Missouri and all the stores here are a mess. I used to buy a lot there, now I am about to stop even going there to see if they have something. Not a happy customer.

I particularly liked this store. But I am a big fan of Kohl's in general. I have purchased many things from them and I am always pleased with the variety to choose from.One of the pluses you get are not just the rewards you can earn, but they have clearance sales that are incredible. Plus if you purchase something from Amazon and have to return it, Kohl's is an official drop off site.The only draw back is as big as the store is, there are no electric carts. So people who are physically challenged are more likely to shop elsewhere.
