Super disappointing. We visited looking for something cute and different than what we normally get. I did a search for "best places to eat in Branson" and this was on the list. It looked cute and I like to try new places, so this was it.Pros: place was super cute and looks like a 50's styled diner with great oldies playing in the background. Most of our party ordered burgers and enjoyed those. Our server was fine...Cons: Literally everything else. "Loaded" fries for $12, sure... except they were simply a skimpy handful-ish of fries with a very small amount of shredded cheese and bacon on top. (Bacon was good) We did ask for the onion and tomato on the side. It also came with a side of ranch and a packet of sour cream. All edible, but definitely NOT worth $9+ more than the side of fries our son ordered which had double the fries.Next, the chicken fried chicken was edible, but was certainly frozen breaded chicken, packet white gravy, and instant potatoes. I was super bummed by that one. I also ordered an upgraded "premium" side salad that was an up-charge of $3.25 to the already $15+ meal. I was happy to pay that until it arrived. Again, a sparse amount of prepackaged iceberg lettuce, that was brown and mushy in some places. I just sent it back. The manager did remove the charge for a premium side.We were traveling with a baby and the men’s room did not have a changing table. It’s 2023….how is that even still possible?Lastly, part of their "draw" is live performances and although we were there during listed times we were told they are having a hard time finding performers. That's probably because the place was so slow for a Saturday evening and their performers are only paid by tips. When the food sucks and the place is slow, tips suffer.Overall, I would not come here again. We planned on shakes for desert but after the disappointments we had already encountered we opted to not. It is safe to say that this place is super cute to drive by, but just keep driving. There are much better places to eat in Branson, especially for the cost. Seriously, it was better to just eat in the theme park.

This was such an up and down experience for us. The hostess hardly acknowledged us when we came in. Staff was standing around chit chatting with each other when we got there. Their conversation seemed more important than taking care of the customers. Food was lacking in flavor, which was surprising because the smells were making my mouth water with anticipation. Our fries tasted like they had been sitting out and reheated. When we asked for fresh fries, those came out nice and hot and tasted way better. While we were there, there were only a few other tables that were occupied. One group requested a booth, and the hostess gave them such attitude for it. If your server is less than 15 minutes from clocking on, let her clock on and serve your customers instead of making your customers question if they picked the right place to eat. I've been in the restaurant business and customer service business for a long, long time, so I'm a tad judgmental when it comes to service. Your customers are supposed to be your top priority. At this place, customers are definitely not the top priority. I hope they improve their quality of service. Honestly, I'm not sure if I will ever go back to see if they have.

Again reviewing restaurants in Branson, MI is really tough because the food items are gone, and menus are ratty looking. It is a fun atmosphere. The cinnamon rolls were great. The pictures were of breakfast and the next day we came back to have lunch. Lunch I was not impressed, the club was made very sloppy and hard to eat plus it tasted very old. Sorry. I know restaurants on the strip should e serving the best no matter of them closing for the season.

Went here because we were a little hungry and needed to kill time…the french toast was amazing! We had live entertainment of this man singing the whole time who was pretty good and you could tell he loved that place and what he was doing. Cute diner atmosphere and great service! The portions were perfect too, not too much to make you feel stuffed and want to nap but just enough to satisfy your hunger. Highly recommend!

We went on a Friday night between 7-8 pm. This is a very cute 50's themed diner but what struck us as odd was it was dead on a Friday night. They advertise live singing, which, from the schedule on the table said had just ended at 7 and another performance would begin at 9. So in fairness maybe we were between crowds. We got the loaded fries and tenderloin sandwich. First, the fries. They were terrible. They tasted old, and the cheese was shredded and barely melted. There were plenty of diced tomatoes and onions and some bacon, but we couldn't get past the old taste of the fries. Price was $14, not worth it. The tenderloin sandwich was good but not great. It was tender and came on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion. It was supposed to come with homemade chips but our waitress informed us they were not crispy so she left them off and gave us other options. We really didn't mind, but in the end she gave us $3 off our meal. Hannah, our waitress, was fantastic!! Personable, kind, chatty but not overly so, prompt. I mentioned her to the hostess at checkout and she agreed that Hannah is one of the best. I hope we were there on an off night for the chef because it is a very cute place with potential. We may try again hoping for better.

Very welcoming and excellent customer service by Sabrina. Food was very good and large portions. We enjoyed our dinner. Soup of the day was chicken and rice which was amazing! This is a place we always visit when we are in Branson and it exceeds our expectations every time. Sabrina was a sweetheart and made our dinner experience excellent!

I think they may have just opened for the season. Felt like the had to shake the "rust" off. Service was very slow. Even at a slow time of the day, They seemed to have a hard time keeping up. Food was excellent. They have scheduled times each day for a music show. Just not yet. Would have been fun to watch while I enjoyed my fabulous burger

Great atmosphere for the family. The food is delicious. The love entertainment is not bad either. They even have singers during breakfast.Kid-friendliness: Perfect restaurant for any meal of the day. The kids will be enamored by the music and parents can generally relax.

Came in for breakfast and found the server awesome. The food was good, the look and feel spot on, and the place kept clean. Had a singer on stage doing karaoke without the words at a volume a little loud for breakfast. I enjoyed the French toast a great deal, but the omlete was a little weak. We'd come back and try lunch or dinner for sure.

I liked the service and atmosphere but the food was not great and it was expensive. I wouldn’t recommend going here for the food. Perhaps for the live entertainment only.Clearly cheap ingredients. Felt like a small business struggling to survive so the food quality suffered. I felt so bad for them I didn’t even want a discount. Examples: side salad was $6.50 it was wilted brown lettuce and skimpy ingredients. I was expecting large steak fries got small shoestring fries like some kind of Dollar General discount frozen fries 😟 Tourist trap restaurant, I wanted so badly for it to be good 🤷‍♀️

We were super excited to try this place after all the great reviews. Advertised they are open till 11, we called to ensure they were open since it was 8. The nice lady on the phone stated they were open but were out of tenders, hots dogs, corn dogs… kids menu items. We pulled up 10 minutes later and they’ve closed. She was telling the others that were pulling up how they closed. I inquired stating I’d called and they had been open. She stated the owners decided to close because they were out of food .Huge disappointment especially if it was just kids menu items. I would recommend calling after 8 in case they decide to close early again .

Our server was extremely friendly. The food was okay. My chicken club had some grissle bits on it. The food was very expensive for what you get. The atmosphere of the place wasn't bad. We dined between singers.

The service was good and the fried string beans, mushrooms and pickles appetizer was delish. Unfortunately, the chicken strips I ordered were so disappointing. They were just a little bigger than one of the french fries. I sent them back and ordered a double cheese burger. There wasn't anything memorable about my burger or fries, but they were edible. It was a nice atmosphere and or waitress had no problem with my reordering. Because of that, I give them a four star (otherwise it would be 3).

The minute you get there the servers are very impatient if you want to look at the menu to discuss what you want. The soup has no taste potato aren't really cooked. Onion ring were too thick and not cooked they were slimy could have been left in for 2 more minutes. The country fried chicken the breading pretty much just fell off. So won't be going back again and going to mark this off are list. Well maybe we'll just stick with the name brand restaurants as we have had our Fair deals of trying around everywhere always something new. Maybe it's just time to go back to the brand names instead of wasting money

The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Nachos, and my son devoured his Grilled Cheese and fries. I thoroughly enjoyed the Patty Melt, which was on a seeded rye bread and with cooked red onions. The rye seeds gave it that unique taste, and the sauteed red onions gave it a nice bite. The fries were delicious as well.

Not great. Food was cafeteria or hospital quality, not worth the price and clearly mostly from frozen. The atmosphere would have been cute if my silverware wasn't dirty and the ceiling tiles weren't stained from water leaks. We had a good time, service was quick and efficient, but avoid the fish and chips and the 50s club or tbh avoid the whole place. Maybe just swing by for desserts at most.

Great late night stop for my wife and I when we were exhausted from a long day in Branson. Grabed a couple burgers and a shake and enjoyed some love music. Everyone was friendly and the food was good! Definitely recommend!

We have been there twice. The second time was hands down one of the best memories I have of Branson. It was a late night and we had a large group but we were treated like family. The evening entertainment was amazing. We sang along with them and even started dancing. We were so excited when he decided to stay a little longer as we danced and sang the night away!! Will definitely be back!!!

The live entertainment made for a great experience. The food was not too bad. It's about $10-13/person. One of us has shrimp and said it was really good. One had the kid's grilled cheese and said it was good. The burgers are thin and wide, but they really don't have too much flavor. I think it is more for the experience than anything and the friendly staff make for a homey-feeling.
