I found some things in your store and would of loved to bought them from you. You guys are there to support the animals. But your thrift store is outrageous in price! Think about this, if you lowered your prices, the more people would buy, in the long road you would make more money. I’m sitting in your parking lot and I see two storage sheds and a bunch of stuff stacked in front of the store. And while I was in there, there were other ladies saying that you were too high on your items. I believe they would of bought more from you. Everything is donated, you get it free so you don’t need to charge so much. I love animals and I would love to support you. I’m local and I know I’m not the only one that thinks you’re expensive.

Love this thrift store! Always kept organized and neat. The lady that works there, Corrine, is always super helpful and friendly! I would say it's the best thrift store in the area!

Found a really nice Tiffany ceiling light for 5 dollars. The staff was very nice. But the store was a total mess. Every thing was every where. Nothing had a dedicated spot. It was hard to get around the store because of the mess. But so far everything else was fine.

Purchased 4 chairs on Saturday, was never told nor do they have it posted that they will resell in 48 hours if not picked up, went back to get them and they sold them again to someone else and refused to return my money and the manager stated that it is their policy but was not told and not posted!! I know they donate to humane society but they still took my money then sold again to another but she didn’t care because that is their policy even though not posted or told to me when purchased the chairs, beware of the shady practice of the manager in this store . She thought there was nothing wrong with what they did because they donate the money for animals, still stealing in my book!!!!

I go to many thrift stores and do not expect them all to be tidy and clean and this was no exception. The problem we had was a soon as we walked in there was a kid around 7 years old with no shirt on running around screaming with a plastic gun. Not only did the establishment not saying anything to the kid neither did the parents. We walked out shortly after and will never come back. The prices seemed fair and the store was clean and somewhat organized.

Front walk was riddled with boxes and bags of donations which made entry dangerous. Prices were astronomical. NWT Nike shirt retail $24 was priced at $20 and diapers with $1 WalMart tag still attached was priced at $5. Store is filthy, disorganized, and dangerous to anyone in wheelchair or on walker. Avoid!

Lots and lots of stuff and great prices! I buy some of my decorations there as they usually have stuff for all the seasons and holidays. I have also bought some small furniture items. Great place to donate, too.

Only have met one employee on the weekends. She was very nice and helpful. Store itself needed attention but the sq ft is limited. Prices were great.

The one on shepherd of the hills is nice..the one down town Branson is bad..The manager is rude and was swearing at a person in the parking lot around back while I was there. He was also rude when I asked him a price on something..he asked me if I could read. I've tried going above his head to report this but have had no luck!!!!

I give this place 5 stars because they have a wide selection of items. Almost anyone could find something that they need. I primarily shop here to support the animal shelter. Gotta take care of the fur babies!

There are many thrift stores in Branson and I regularly visit as I am an avid reader. This location advertises "Bookstore" so I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to walk in and find a wall of shelves with absolutely NO ATTEMPT at organization or order for books. Books were stacked up and down, sideways, and in no logical order categorically, alphabetically, or even by genre.I was very disappointed by the chaos but also by the prices. $1 for softcover book is the highest price for used books in the whole city. Many of the other Thrift Stores, even the other Humane Society Thrift Store closer to Downtown has books for $0.25 and 10 for $1.Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Too high been goin for years prices keep going up ridiculous when its all donations its for a good cause would get rid of more stuff if the prices were lower 30.00 for a mickey mouse 15 for used ornaments just wrong the lady is nice shes not the one that prices things just not right
