I walk in the store and a man chased me the length of the store trying to sell me a membership even after I told him no. Then when I checked out, I made sure to go to the other man, Bradley, kept referring to me as bud. I am not 12 years old. I am not your bud. Not only were they unprofessional they were inappropriate. I do not recommend this location.

Purchased $150.00 worth of product that was in the parking lot sale ad. Didn't get my sale prices. Asked why and was informed that I was a couple of days early. Returned it all. Too bad for the store as I found some of it cheaper elsewhere.

I have never been in a Harbor Freight before, but I will definitely be returning! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the store has lots of interesting things at a good price! And in case anyone was wondering, the $5 electric fly swatter works great!

Everybody needs to go to Harbor Freight at least once in your life I do it quite often because they always have that little tool or tarp or big tool that I need to use

Their return policy states " if your not happy for any reason return the item within 90 for refund or replacement" failed to mention they'll charge you a $200.00 restocking fee if you buy an item that costs $1000.00. Even though the product doesn't perform as advertised and you don't want a replacement.. Might disclose that before you sell.

Good tools for good prices. This trip, I was purchasing roof tarps. There was 1 on the rack and so we asked if there were more in the back. Someone went to check and we proceeded to walk around getting a few other items, periodically walking back to the front to see if any progress had been made or whatnot. We did this for a good 30/45 mins. And picked up a few things we didn't actually need, but found to be a really good deal (little LED lanterns, seriously get like 10!! They are nice) anyway, we go ask the guy and I guess the tarps had been sitting at the front counter the whole time. No one said anything at all. Now, I think its quite smart considering I added more things to my cart, but it was quite obnoxious considering we had been waiting and waiting for awhile. One nice guy did wheel them out to the car and laid them up for me since they weigh bout 40 lbs each or so. But, we got what we needed and they were pleasant to work with.

The current manager on my last visit on 15/8/23 is the most helpful person l have yet to meet, l have been there several times & every time he gives me knowledge on the tool or item l need & doesn't try to sell me the more expensive item that does the same job!Kudos.

I like Harbor freight tools and auxillary items. I do have a hard time finding where certain items are located. The negative is customer service. Sorry to say, I've not had a good experience in that department. If you're buying big ticket items, there doesn't seem to be a problem. I mostly purchase smaller items, but trying to get an answer to questions isn't always easy or timely. Their items are affordable,as I just need basic things. I'm an old man now. It would just be nice to be greeted upon entering and asking if they could be helped. Maybe business is so good, that aspect doesn't matter.

There was a very friendly man helping me at the register but the only issue I had was I had brought 4 led lights up to the register because they were advertised for 49cents when the register rang them up for more money the manager told the gentlemen that I was working with he couldn't honor the price listed on the shelf I would have to come back tomorrow when the sale starts,, after the gentlemen helping me asked him if he can over ride it for me,, as I was standing there he told the nice gentlemen trying to help me. No. I felt it was rude since the cashier helping me clearly asked him because he had helped someone else with an over ride previously, I don't know if that happened before ,,but it feels like it, other than that Great place

Was just in the Branson, Mo. store to grab a few sales items. Nice store! Clean! Stocked! And Jason the Supervisor was friendly, courteous and very helpful! Great shopping experience!

I wasn't sure how to rate this. I am happy with the store for the most part, I am very happy with the customer service when I'm there and I've had mostly good luck with the tools that I have bought. My one complaint is that they run out of stock very fast and can never tell you what's coming in on their truck and when. They say they have no idea what's coming in until they open the freight to put it away. While I am sure they are being honest about this it is the strangest thing I have ever heard of. I work at a retail store and have worked at many others and we were always able to look at a list to know what was supposed to be coming in and what actually came in. At the store I work at now the stock is automatically ordered by the computer but we are able to adjust it as needed and we are able to see every single item that is supposed to be coming in. Anyway, overall I am happy with the store but it is just really strange and weird that they can't know what's supposed to be coming in and when.

Pretty much everybody I've dealt with is helpful. Their hand tools may not be the greatest in the world but they're all lifetime warranty and they don't give you any BS if it breaks you walk in and they take care of it.
