Bad experienceBeware of this placeDon’t waste your precious time going to this cookie place. We bought two cookie cake slices. I took one bite and had to spit out. So extremely stale and hard. The boy and girl working in there had the worstest attitudes when I asked for a refund and gave them back their cookies. They never would give me a refund and was rude to me and my husband and my 9 year old son. We’re on a vacation and was treated horrible. We felt like we got robbed. We paid for cookies we gave back to them and couldn’t eat. And he wouldn’t give us back our money.I have been to many American cookies over the years this was the worstest experience ever. And at a different store in the mall a lady told me that others know it’s a bad cookie place and she recommended to never to go there again. The guy that works in American cookie kicked us out for asking for a refund. People don’t waste your money in here.

Two ice cream cones: 20 bucks. 🤯🤯🙄 Ridiculously overpriced. The two young ladies working the place were giving it their best shot but the service was pretty slow. They also had maybe a 10 year old running the cash register, gotta say that his customer service skills were top notch for his age! Haha

Went here for a family treat. My daughter ordered a shake in the only size they served, and I ordered a cookie sandwich using chocolate cookies. The manager gave me one with chocolate chips instead. I told him I asked for the other cookies, and he refused to remake it. He argued with me and wanted me to pay for the other one first. He again refused to make it and argued with me about it. Once i said I wasn't paying, he wanted to remake the item. I would avoid this place at all costs. It was a horrible experience.

Went in about noon. No cookie cake slices. Asked if she had anymore thinking maybe she’ll have a cookie cake in the back and go cut one and throw some icing on it. Nope. Too much work for her apparently. I’ve worked at the cookie company before. We always had extra cookie cakes in the back to put out. Second cookie company I’ve gone to and the girl didn’t want to make extra cookie slices or make doozies if they weren’t pre made. So I went back and ordered an entire cookie cake so I would have cookie cake slices and give them another chance. When I get in the car I went to get me a slice and it’s so hard, not even eatable. If I wanted a hard cookie cake i would have gone to Walmart and got one of theirs for cheaper. Cookie cakes shouldn’t be hard from top to bottom. Definitely not walking all the way back down with it. Unfortunately they have the worst location. Also the girls should be taught when they make doozies you’re supposed to use an entire scoop for icing. Not pipe some on and call it a day. The manager needs to whip these people in shape.

Stopped at this place because we saw an advertisement online as we were looking for a unique ice cream experience. Asked about the the Majestic shakes as those are what brought us to this place. The staff advised that it was expensive, but we wanted one anyway, so we ordered the cotton candy majestic shake. First, the lollipop was about 1/4 size of the shake advertised in the picture. The shake didn't look anything at all what was pictured really! Secondly, he did not put sprinkles on it. Third, he didn't even fill the cup all the way. This shake was $12.99+ tax and didn't even get what was pictured in their advertisements online and at the store itself. Very dissatisfied.

I would give them lower but it wouldn't let me. They threw my cake away and wouldn't give me a reason why. On top of that they gave me a spare one they had and just decorated it with a bunch of frosting. Instead of at least giving me a discount for giving me a different cake, they gave me "complimentary" bottles of water that looked like they were just reused seeing as how the seals were broken

We stopped at the one in Branson and the service is awful. We ordered a cookie dough drizzle. It is suppose to be birthday cake ice cream he used vanilla. Then he dumped the stuff on one pile turned it over once. Shoved in cone. The chocolate wasn't mixed at all so you got big glow of chocolate. It was gross. I would not recommend at all.

I generally love marble slab!- we are from OklahomaHaving a girls weekend, shopping and everything - we go in marble slab a few minutes before 8:20 & they close at 9, the girl who was being very loud, complaining about her manager & being super rude to us. Said she had already turned the slab off so she couldn’t mix our ice cream.. I didn’t really know what to say- she made my cone & didn’t mix the syrup or toppings - complaining the entire time. It cost me $8.15 for a very small cone of plain ice cream with caramel drizzle & sprinkles, mind you- the caramel was falling off because it was all thick & not mixed.So I very nicely asked what time they close the slab- and she said Um Duh 30 minutes before we close. I had walked in at 8:15🙄 she was INSANELY rude.Doesn’t need a public job. She also treated my friend & the 7 people who walked in after us the same. Her co worker however was very sweet & seemed extremely stressed by her attitude.

One tiny ice cream scoop, 1 shake, 3 cookies & a bottle of Great Value water-$25! Daughter said shake tasted like spoiled milk & did not even drink it. Just wanted to give people a heads up before stopping in here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible experience at this location Friday April 22, 2022. Associate refused me a refund, cursed ate and screed for me to "get out of his store" after he let my shake sit and melt on the counter after the 1st Associate who started it walked away in a fit of anger because he was apparently left to close on his own and it was very busy. 2nd Associate then proceeded to take orders of customers behind me (3+ orders) before he said he would just go ahead and finish mine that was sitting melting on the counter due to the 1st Associate never returning. There are no prices listed for the Majestic Shakes and they are apparently $12.99. I spent $28 with tip on 2 icecreams! That were smaller than Rita's! NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!!!

I guess I should have read the reviews before stopping. Figured I'd get my kid an ice-cream cup and a shake for myself. Paid $15 for a tiny cup if ice-cream and a shake the size of a mcds small. I ordered the cookies and cream which on the menu looked fantastic, but it was the most flavorless shake I've ever had. I currently feel like I just threw money away. The guy working was sloppy and unprofessional. Will never go back, do yourselves and your wallets(and purses) a favor and do not come here.

This place does not deserve even one star!! They have the worst customer service.I ordered a cookie cake for my son online. When I received the cake it was as thin as a tortilla. I called to let them know and the manager agreed to re-make the cake. He asked what time would I like to pick it up and I asked if it could be between 10:30-11:00 the next day. The manger said no problem. I showed up at 11:20 and I was told that the cake would not be ready till after 12:00. I told them that I could not come back and told them to forget it! They did not apologize nor did the manager bother to call and say that he was running behind. I WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!

Awful, just awful. Ordered a dozen cookies 1 shake and 1 waffle cone.Cookies were all packaged so sloppy they were broken when we opened the package.Cone was dripping and half melted when it was handed to us, all the ice cream in there looked half thawed.The shake was HORRID. It was literal milk, it sloshed around like water. Tasted like sour cheesecake with oreo clumpsSpent $37.00 tonight for nothing.Employees were sloppy and sweating all over.We frequent GAC up in KC and this is so gross compared.

The lady that decorated this cake obviously doesn't know what she's doing. I ordered a cake over the phone. Went to pick it up and it wasn't done at the agreed upon time. She Said she couldn't draw what I asked for. I asked why she didn't call me the night before and she said they had lost my number.So I asked for a simple happy birthday on the cake and ended up waiting 20 minutes just for that. It literally looks like a child wrote this. I'm so disappointed and upset. I wish I could add a picture to this review because it looked terrible

Where do I start. We had 5 ice creams. All which was small an gross. Did I mention that the 5 ideas was $50.00 The service wasn't much better as well. Over all wouldn't recommend to No One.

2 ice cream cones like the ones you get at Sonic for $2.69 cost almost $20. I almost gave him the cones back. My fault I guess for not checking the price first.
