I stopped in on a Friday to get information and was told to bring my dog in anytime. I take a day off on Monday to bring my dog in and the rules had completely changed. Appointment only and no new clients. She lied to my face! Also,the place smells of dog poo and they seem very unorganized. I will NOT be returning and I advise others to beware of the lack of credibility.

I had taken my dog that recently died there for years to get his nails trimmed but he never needed grooming. Now I have a Pomeranian and the first time he ever got groomed I took him to someone in Mount Branson but they were a little more expensive and I felt loyalty to Fur Tamers. The first time they groomed him someone new did it and I was really upset with how he looked so they said the next time it's free. So the next time I brought a picture. Today I picked him up and once again his fur is choppy everywhere and not blended especially around his face which has unique beautiful markings. Now I have to take him someplace else to see if they can fix what you did. In all the grooming videos I've watched they cut the fur out between the paw pads...you didn't even do that. Thus I have decided our relationship is over. On a personal level they are nice women. But if you have a Pomeranian my advice is to not bring your dog to them. What did you do to cause all the static electricity in his tail and the scratching? Furthermore, DON'T accuse me of wanting 'perfection' to deflect your own inadequacies as a groomer when I even gave you a picture to follow and you gave me back a dog whose fur was not cut smoothly and evenly. When I look at him sideways in the light I can see the places where his fur goes up and down along his back!

Reasonable prices and fast work.I took my two border collies here for grooming and nail trim. I dropped them off as they opened at 8am and got a call within 3hrs.I know how hard it is to brush my dogs hair so I was surprised with the fast service, but when I picked them up, they looked good and smelled good.This salon is attached in the same building as the Branson Veterinary Hospital. Convenient!

WOW! I have been taking my husky here for the past year. He always comes home smelling amazing, squeaky clean, and completely dry! Prices are affordable and they are always so patient with him. (He is very vocal 🙃🤪) He looks forward to his monthly visit to the girls! ❤️ Thank you for keeping my Mack so handsome year around!

Took my australian shepherd in for a sanitary cut and they shaved all the way down to the skin. That's not a sanitary cut. And with my boys coat it dosent grow back the same!!!! Very unhappy about this and will not go back!

I have taken my 2 kiddos there for 2 years my dogs are getting up in years but they are doing well I have to say our groomer is the best they go in looking like 2 country mutts and come out looking like 2 Show Dogs they get to visit Stephanie every 2 months on a Saturday and I am always impressed with their outcome always a great job Thank you Stephanie 👍👍👍👍👍
