My family loves this place. Prices are awesome and they always on top of what’s trending. They have toys, things for fitness, t-shirts, smartphone accessories, candy, seasonal items and more. This particular store was very well kept, bright and modern. The staff was very friendly, in which we found to be at every location we’ve been to. There’s lots of free parking and is situated in plaza with other stores and restaurants. I recommend using Google Maps to find this store because it’s not quite on any main road.

They greeted us and thanked us for coming in. Employees were smiling and willing to help ! The store was packed, but definitely clean of debris in the floors and organized quite well! We also had our 3 kids with us. Thank you for making our last minute Christmas shopping a pleasure!

We planned a trip around going to this store because of tic tok. They had some fun things. It was a $5 and UP dollar store for the most part. Probably won't go back for a long time...

Easy to spend lots of money here because $5 adds up quickly and you do not realize how fast until your checking out. I do not recommend the clothing offered in this store, it seems to be very cheaply made. Bought a tube too and another T-shirt for my grand daughter. She wore them one time and the hem started unraveling and it is very thin material.

I moved from Kansas City Kansas to mountain Home 3 yrs. We need a 5 below here. I'm sure it would be very successful. Not only are there retirees here, year round visitors we also have ASU college campus. Who do I contact about this?

I would rather not leave a star at all. But I've never been to a worse Five Below. We came here about a month ago, family was visiting from out of state, and we felt very uncomfortable and racially profiled. There were plenty of people (all the Caucasians) self checking them selves out, and when it was our turn the employee told us she could help us check out. No one else was helped checking out, and when we asked why we were being assisted and no one else was, she stuttered a lot and ended up saying because her boss right there and wanted to look good.....Fast forward to today. The item I returned was missing things and we made the trip to return it. The employee was rude and had an attitude. She instructed my husband to insert his card and he did but I guess it was the wrong card. He went to go get mine and was given no instructions on how to proceed, she stood there doing something else and I had to ask what to do. When my card didn't work (because I wasn't supposed to enter a pin, which she had me do) she "hmmed" which sounded like a "did they actually buy this hmm" rather than a "hmmm I wonder what step I did wrong". I'm not one to ever complain but the whole experience at this location was very very unpleasant. The attitudes of these employees is not customer friendly. We will not be returning customers when we are in the Branson area

Love this little store dont know what I will find here. Got my dog bed Makeup perfume body wash and toys for the kids. It's a small bargain store most stuff is $5 or less they do have some things that are in the back that cost between $10 and $25

As busy as it was right now, shelves were still stocked well. I feel Springfield MO store has a few better options for inventory but still for Bransons only store, it does the job well done.

22yrold daughter told me about this store so I figured I would see what they have..they have tshirts but not very many for teen boys or unisex lol but store was clean and I found nice eating cuffs that I love ..I'll be coming back 👍😉

I didn't even know this brand existed a month ago, and now I am in love with it. The staff at this store was very helpful. I will be doing more business with this company all across the country as I do not have room to buy anything else at the moment. My car is packed to the gills on this trip.

I was walking through different stores nearby and needed to use the restroom. The lady I spoke with Kristina said “depends are you shopping with us?” I kindly said “no not right now I just need to use the restroom.” And she then said “then no we don’t have a restroom. Very very poor customer service.

There are some quality items and then there are some very cheap items that will obviously fall apart within weeks but it is a fun place for that cheap little gadget or I have found some of the workout items were actually quite quality for five bucks
