I bought my wife a peace of wall furniture to place on are wall at are home, that she been looking for, some time. We found by chance at this store and were from out of town. I own a business and I understand customer service in doing what you say you will do. Before I bought it. I asked could she ship it, because we were flying back. And Julie words were. We ship all over the world was her remark to us. So you would think that is exactly what would happen. Nope that not the case.No email no nothing but hey I forgot to get a card to ship your product. This email came 5 days after we bought it, by the way. So we gave her a card and I asked could you send tracking number and receipt. Nope that never happened as well. Only reason I know this is because I had to email her again and by her tone in the email it was like I was not being patient enough after I had waited another 5 days and zero response and her response was. > Robert,>> We are right in the middle of the Christmas season in Branson. It’s absolutely mantic and I am doing my very best to accommodate this shipment including personally hitting stores in the area to try to find a box that big this time of the year.>> I was going to send you an email tonight before I went to bed (lately, it’s the only time I have to do that)… I have a shipper that’s picking it up on Friday with deliver my to hit between the 16th and the 18th. The cost is 225.00, which has been paid.>> Thank you for your patienceHer words. I’m sorry it’s Christmas time. But last time I checked that your business. Oh and what really got me thinking is that. In our first meeting, she said we ship all over the world. I was like great they know what they are doing. You read that email and you tell me if they know what they are doing. I just wish she would have said no and I would have made my own option to buy or ship it myself.It’s very hard for me to write a review because I know people business means a lot. But sometimes people need to understand the customer are your life line to what you do.Oh then a bill for 225.00 to ship it and no receipt or tracking number which again I was told I would received. Nope just a email saying the amount and the date it would get there. SMH. So I will call my credit card company and have the charges removed and they can keep the item. When you tell a customer you’re going to do something. Do it.

I have visited this charming store in Branson since they first opened. Julie and Chuck provide such an amazing shopping experience. They have many custom pieces that have given as gifts through the years to my Real Estate clients. If you are looking for a gift for someone that has been in a branch of the Military this store is for you. Julie has the best lotion.

My wife’s sister & her husband, gifted us a personalized great sign that said “Welcome to the White House”. We love it & all of our guests comment on it. We also received an engraved Christmas ornament one year. We, in turn, purchased a dog tag with a picture of their cute little toy poodle. We don’t live in Branson, so we purchased over the phone. The owner was so helpful guiding us through the process since we don’t shop on line. I will attempt to post a picture of our sign at some point. All I can say, if you want quality, honesty & integrity, look no further than here.

Repeat customer here! We visited the first time last year. Bought some purses that the owner helped us out with. She sent us a handwritten thank you note for coming in! Couldn't believe it. Went back last month and HAD to visit. They didn't have the purse I was looking for, but I ordered it online and she sent a note with the order. People don't do that anymore. They have the cutest items, but the customer service is out of this world! Will go the next time we visit Branson.

My wife and I have been shopping here for years, they do custom engraving on glass, wood or metal items, definitely a place to create lasting memories of loved ones and or special occasions. If you can dream it they can do it. The engraved portraits on wood planks are awesome!!!! While in Branson this is a must go to, they have a variety of other items unrelated to engraving. The staff and owners have ALWAYS BEEN WELCOMING, we can't wait to go back.

This store is unique. How often do you find numerous quality items like wood, bamboo, slate, ceramic tiles, etc., that you can put your photos and words on to create a treasure for your family? They put my deceased husbands old recipe, in his handwriting, and a picture of him with his grandson cooking in our kitchen together on a ceramic tile. In color. I gave it to his grandson for his birthday. He was overwhelmed with such a treasure.This will be passed on to his son. I’m grateful that such a store exists. They have a large variety of other gift items, also. The friendliness of the owners and staff makes you feel welcome.

Such a cute little shop and the lady running the shop was so nice! So many unique items and they can do engraving on practically anything. Definitely worth stopping in and seeing what they have.

What a great place and wonderful owners. Our first time back to Branson in 5 years, and stopped in with our dog. Remembered we had gone in then too. Found the perfect unique gifts for our pet sitters and found something for our home as well. We had a very special Christmas gift made for our daughter and son in law. We emailed the pictures and the scripture we wanted and told them to go ahead and design away. It was absolutely beyond what we imagined. The gift brought tears to my daughters eyes when she saw the picture of the house that had burned down and their new home. The engraving was so detailed you could see the guy wires from the antenna on the old house. Thank you Chuck and Julie you are both awesome and your business is top notch.

This is a great store. Something for everyone. I have had my son, grandkids and pets pictures engraved and they have all turned out fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure the order is completed the way I wanted.

Shockingly poor job. My father died and I passed an heirloom knife of his to my son. DIL brought the knife to be engraved with my son's name underneath where my father had engraved his own. She gave very specific instructions as to script, size, etc. to match the tone of the engraving my father had done himself. What she received back made both of us cry and my son feel horrible as he thinks he is somehow to blame for ruining the knife.Under a light dotted script spelling my father's name is my sons name in LARGE BLOCK letters, carved DEEPLY into a $600 knife (it is not going to be buffed out) and somehow stained COAL BLACK. We are all appalled and it has ruined this family treasure for us. Everything she told them was what? Lost? Disregarded? DIL was to upset to speak and so left the store. I'll get pics up as soon as I can.
