We called to return exchange a Christmas gift over a month ago. They gave us instructions which we followed and even added a letter explaining what the customer service rep said. They never sent us anything in return. Just gone. Confirmed the return arrived. Customer service acknowledge the screwed up and refused to do anything but offer a small discount on the purchase of a new item. DO NOT BUY gifts from Eddie Bauer. We have spent over three hours on the phone and several different "supervisors" and are getting very little hope. They do not do what they say they will do. NO trust in their service at this point.

It was a cold February day when we visited. The rain was looming overhead and I was considering replacing my rain jacket which was a 3 hr drive away deteriorating in the garage. I regret not making that purchase but I will live with this decision.

One of my favorite places to shop for clothing. I love Eddie Bauer jeans and the prices are so reasonable at the outlet. I've gotten some amazing deals there. The only thing I don't like is they don't always have the cut I wear. The staff is outstanding and they always go out of their way to help. Another plus for me is that it's dog friendly at the Branson store. We get lots of attention when our fur babies go with us. Highly recommended.

If you like outdoor clothing or some casual clothes. This place has some of the best clothes I own. The quality great and fit is perfect for me. It's hard to find nice XLT clothes. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. They actually make the shopping a whole lot easier.

I love the merchandise, they have shirts, vests, and coats that fit me, but never have my size in pants and shorts. Great prices.

We were visiting Branson & decided to stop at this outlet mall. Eddie Bauer's had a good sale. So I bought a warm cap & jacket. Employee was very helpful & checkout was quick & easy.

Had some good sales but would accept their own coupon! What is the point in wasting your companies money to make coupons if you aren't going to accept them! Only disappointing store at the outlet mall. The rest accepted their coupons!

Nice clothes, prices are good but not what you would think from an outlet store. No big deals, but they did have some great duck down jackets.

The store has a fairly large and diverse inventory, which seems to be seasonally related. Plan ahead and you can find some really good deals.

I can always get an armful of clothes here for me and my wife for around $30-40 when we time it right. You can make like a bandit here. Good quality brand.
