I have never been into a Dollar Tree that was that torn up there's not one aisle with facing it every aisle it was just unbelievable i, I would never recommend this store to anyone it was that bad, that cashier was very nice an older woman very nice trying her very best, not enough staff in that store well the manager didn't do anything.

The customer service guy was helpful and very curtious. He seemed to really enjoy his job. The store is extremely big and has stuff I've never seen in other stores. I may go back there today.

Giving it four only because the store was in total disarray. But it's due to the holidays. But this store needs more employees. We are a tourist town with many shoppers. Not just our locals. These kind people are way over worked and the store shows it. They can't stock shelves if there's atleast ten to fifteen people in store at all times and you only have two people working. I love this store shop here often so please don't think I'm digging this store cause it's awesome.. (no I do not know have family or friends working there.)

I was double charged on my debit card and still haven't received my money back. The bill was 46 or 47 dollars and when I looked at my checking account statement it said thy charged me 97 dollars and some odd cents. You would think they could figure it out but I didn't keep th receipt ..every other time I have kept it but didn't this time. The register should have been over by thatch. It was a bit upsetting. I have disputed it either the bank and so we will see. This happened on 11/20/22 I believe in Branson mo.

This was a big disappointment. Went there looking for paper plates. To he price made them over 12 cents each. That is ridiculous when I get them elsewhere for half that. Noticed vegetables were $1.25 per can. I probably won't return.

Dollar tree needs to be less excited about pushing cheap plastic bags that end up in our environmentAnyone with intelligence knows it's a terrible waste to our environment. I witness so many people I would like to use expletives towards getting a plastic bag for a candy bar.. this is terribly disappointing

Everything is $1, so it’s pretty inexpensive. The sales associates are usually really nice. They have a nice selection of stuff, although sometimes when I go in there’s a lot of stuff out of place. It’s a great place to go and get cheap snacks to take to the movies.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place was filthy! There was not an aisle that did not have stuff and dirt on the floor! Left this location without purchasing anything due to condition of the store! Went to Hollister location and was deeply impressed, a complete 180!

Everything is $1.10 plus tax now, no more "DOLLAR" TREE.... IT'S THE DOLLAR TEN TREE.Still the best place in town for balloons and gift bags and cheap holiday decor.Lots of selection,friendly employees and clean.

Went in to get a couple things and use the restroom. Sat down my toothbrushes to go to the bathroom and came back out to see my toothbrushes missing. Went to checkout and two employees were grouped together whispering and staring at me. Nice to be treated as a thief or someone to be made fun of when the sign literally says don’t bring merchandise in the bathroom. Judgemental people that work here.

Other than the poor associates having to restock almost everything, the store is the typical Dollar tree. They are getting the zones where its 3 4 and 5 dollars established now.

Much like most Dollar Tree's it's pretty simple in nature in it's design inside. With the basics of course stationary, toys, snacks and kitchenware. Always nice for quick visits and as advertised.. Everything is a dollar!

This is without a doubt the filthiest store I ever ever visited. The floors are covered with trash and sticky, and this is the same trash I saw on my first visit, plus more. The food shelves are dirty. There is broken merchandise laying around (look at the floral section). The cash registers are filthy also, which means that these employees are routinely exposed to possible illness and disease. There are literally piles of paper, dust and filth under the line of shopping carts. I wouldn't touch those carts with gloves on. Never again.

I typically like this store, but I've changed my mind. While walking through the seasonal section, there were more boxes of merchandise than there was merchandise on the shelves. There were two employees in the store, but only one employee was running the cash register and the line of customers was down an isle. I am SO disappointed. What happened Dollar Tree?

I just love Dollar Tree! They've really stepped up their game with items. Plus I heard the Branson location is expanding and going to be the largest in the area! I'm so excited!

Love Dollar Tree!! Always clean.. They have seasonal items stocked ahead of time so you don't feel too rushed to get the decorations you need.

If you're going to advertise that you're a "Crafter's Square" supplier, you really need to get more supplies in. You have an 8 foot section, if that, and it's always bare. I've seen stores that have a whole isle full of Crafters Square supplies. I know the 2 girls in charge are doing an awesome job but you really need to hire more help and get the shelves stocked!!

They were very disrespectful rude and unhelpful. I am talking about the asst manager. She acted like it was a problem to look for something for me and my friend. Wont shop at the branson mo store ever again i dont want to feel like im a problem for anyone who should help us its her job

The refrigerator section was nearly empty and I could not find a couple of items. The cashier was so wonderful she found the item I could not and she was so sweet and helpful I always love shopping the prices of Dollar Tree

Only complaint I have after coming here is both bathrooms were very disgusting. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in about 6 months. Please clean your bathrooms.

Decently stocked and clean for being so busy. Cashiers are friendly, I noticed they didn't sanitize very well but it doesn't bother me any.
