It’s almost like this location wants people to steal from it. Stood at the counter waiting for almost 10 minutes not a single employee in sight. Can’t self pay with cash. Go figure they just hand draw a sign over the machine.

I stood at counter for almost five minutes. Coughed made noises to get cashier's attention. Trying not to be rude, When she finally seen me she was walking away . She looked dead at me rolled her eyes and sighed. And was very rude to me. I was rude right back of course. It wasn't the very nice lady with reddish curly hair it was the long dark hair lady. She shouldn't work in a busy store if she doesn't wanna be bothered.

This was a pretty big location. Everything was nice and organized and it was helpful for our last minute needs while we visited Branson. It was pretty busy, but not too bad. The line was a little on the slow end, but it didn't take too long to get through. We had a pretty nice shopping experience here.

this store has got to be one of the most unorganized dollar stores i have been in. no shelf room so lets just stack things on the floor so the customers can trip over it. i have seen so many clothing items with shoe prints on them and they still hang it back on the rack. some workers are very kind and polite while a few are down rite rude. close and convenient to my house but i still drive across town to walmart.

Branson has a mask order and signs up all over store but several customers didn’t have masks on or had pulled them down after entering. I couldn’t wait to leave. Only one cashier & long line. Saw a customer drop her items & walk out. Tempted to do the same. Plus: we were greeted on entering & aisles weren’t blocked with stocking carts.

This Dollar General store was absolutely horrible. The shelves were not stocked, the sale items that were in the Weekly Ad was pretty much none existing. The merchandise was not available. It looked as if the store was closing permanently. However they did have a good clearance sale. I saw one employee, she was the cashier. Very Very Unfriendly

I recently moved here from a few hours away and had several items I needed to return. I was helped without any argument whatsoever and the lady even gave me my receipts back in case I needed them again later. Wonderful store.

Had not shopped at this store in several months, but popped in for Christmas decorations and WOW!! What a transformation! New management has done an amazing job making that store "shoppable" and the customer service was some of the best in Branson!!GREAT JOB!! We will see ya'll again soon!

I really do enjoy going to dollar general but I don’t appreciate that every time I get soap or shampoo I have to ask not to put my food with my shampoo but the last time that I work at a retail store I was trained not to do that so I think some of the employees need to be retrained

We shop at Dollar General for bargains on name brand items using their Digital Coupons. Worth signing up for the digitals on their web site. Tide products are regular digitals. Stores aren't always the nearest because they get shopped hard. Seasonal sales are always good buys.

I've been shopping at this store for years but now that my disabilties have advanced the last couple of years, due to the absence of a wheelchair accessible entrance, it's becoming too difficult for me to struggle with the doors.

While we eventually found what we needed, the selection was more limited than we are used to in Dollar General locations. Many of the shelves were empty.
