Lots of good stuff to browse. Most of it is very inexpensive. The staff was pretty friendly, but the aisles were rather crowded with boxes of merchandise stacked almost to the ceiling. Overall, a nice place to shop for inexpensive items, both necessities and impulse purchases.

As with most dollar generals, this store is under staffed.I actually love DG and what they bring for the remote areas they go, but man. Do they always have to be under staffed?This is a clean and safe location but it took literally fifteen minutes to check out the three items.Two other staff members were there and standing around, I assume without access to a cash box.Overall, clean, safe, convenient, great prices.

The store is very clean and employees have a great attitude! They sell some of the best ice around it stays frozen almost twice as long as other stores in the area. Wish they kept the coolers better stocked.

This place is dirty,overcrowded with merchandise,you can bearly walk through the isles its a trip hazard and very unfriendly workers that are there just for a paycheck and that's all

Dollar General carries a little bit of almost everything you will find in a big supermarket, and I find their prices equal or lower. They carry everything from blow-driers to artists-supply , and from fresh-food to dish-soap. The employees are friendly and trained in customer service. Besides that, Branson just happens to have the nicest people in the state! As you enter the store, you are always greeted by a friendly welcome.

This particular DG has about everything one needs, but it's in a high traffic area, so it tends to be a bit disheveled. Employees are nice, there just need to be more of them...or maybe I was there at a rush time. Perhaps one of the registers was down. When I realized the check out line was 12 people long, I decided I didn't really need what the $1 notebook I came in to get. 😊

Lots of empty shelf space. Always same story. No merchandise on truck. Staff was friendly and not their fault. Never more than one register open. Convenient if you are at thousand hill resort.

Lacks neatness and store needs help.There is always a line in this store. Signage not very clearly marked sometimes but I can usually count on them having what I need. Parking not marked either the parking spaces have faded severely.

Dollar Generals are typically a good choice with a good selection of useful everyday items. This store is always filthy and a mess. It's convenient to where I work, so that's the only reason I ever go in there.

Poor Customer Service all around.Immediately walking through the doors you could tell it was not a customer friendly environment! Rude associates ignoring questions and not to mention the lady in front of us brought something to the register she didn't want and the Dollar General associate asked the customer to restock the item herself. Talk about lazy! Poor customer service.

It usually seems like they could use an extra body or two in the building to help out. But, besides being generally understaffed, I have no complaints. They also don’t sell alcohol on Sunday but I believe that is a company wide policy.

Several of the newer DGs are all about the same, some cleaner than others, some nicer than others, but overall the same. This one started out being a dirty place with product all over and never put up. The area it's in has a hard time finding good help. Here recently however, this DG has made a pretty good change. It's cleaned up alot, product is put away and for the most part stocked much better. If they could get better help here I think it would look even better. For the area they have a lot of thieves that need to understand that they steal from the whole community when they steal from here. Corporate won't put up with it. They will just close the store if people don't quit stealing so much.

This is one of my favorite Dollar General locations because it's usually well stocked, clean, and aisles uncluttered with inventory waiting to be put up!! The employees are super friendly and helpful too!!

Very cluttered just saw a young woman fall because of the doorway being blocked nobody checked to see if she was alright the store is cluttered and dirty the employees Are more worried about smoking than tending to customers

This location is always in disarray and understaffed. It is very obvious that the employees are trying their best to keep up and the are ALWAYS kind. I don't want this review to reflect poorly on them. I live only 3 minutes away so I often end up going here in order to avoid going further into town.

I was trying to use DG digital coupons. Cashier couldnt get them to work so sge called the manager. He couldn't get tgem to work either. Apparently he was upset because he had to come out from the office, as he made no effort to hide his anger abt it. He was very rude to me, when I told tgem I did not want the 3 items that had digital coupons. He voided my entire purchase & made the cashier re-ring the entire order.I will not return to this store.

And sharing this I would like to say that for a fast or to go into it has spine I noticed that some of the prices have gone up on things that should be a dollar have gone up two or three dollars I have noticed great increase in prices at General Dollar although like before we pay for what we get for and we pay for the convenience I feel it's turning in to a convenience store more than General Dollar which I hope in the future it will turn back to General Dollar the way it should be and not change its status or they need to change their name to a convenience store name. But at this time I would say they still have how tall are line aisle so I guess that's one thing that I must say something like the Dollar Tree. And I thank you mr. Roy York period.

The Dollar General stores are not too bad to shop at. Of course, the selection of goods are limited but they still have a pretty good of items to choose from.

Product was kind of messy and hard to find what I needed. Aisles are also pretty cramped and most of the name brands are priced wayyyy above what they are in bug box stores. Overall not a good experience.

The cashiers wasn't that friendly he just seems confused when you ask questions. But store was clean and in great shape. It nice shopping in here.

This place is a hot mess. I live on T hwy but bypass it to go to the downtown store. It's just gotten worse and worse. The staff are usually rude, smoke right in front of the door, on the store phone making personal calls or texting while ringing people up, cuss in front of customers, etc.

An absolute dump...restroom had supplies all over the floor, no soap, and the store was a total mess. Parking lot was full of trash and empty liquor bottles.

Id have gave 5 but the cashier called the sherriff out to check my wife and daughter because it looked like my wife was shoplifting... yes the cashier that looked like they were just released from Taney county the day before.

The DG in Kissee Mills is awesome we "usually" get excellent customer service especially if one of the managers are there!! All in all if I go to DG that's the one I go to!! ALWAYS!! (Because they're not ALL like mine!!)

Loved that they had what I was needing however Lois who was the clerk didn't like it when I called her out on a price..took her to the aisle and showed her that the dollar general sticker said $1.50..not $1.65..she peeled it off and said "I am going to make a new sticker with the correct price...Dollar General Corporate confirmed that the correct price is $1.50

Arrived a few mins early. Store opens at 8am. Waited until 8.30 and still not open. According to one of the others waiting this isn't the first time that jas happened. When we got there there were about 7 cars waiting for them to open. They all left, and while we were waiting 5 more pulled in then left. I even tried calling the store....no answer.Drive back by around 9am...still not opened!
