Mollis story..... my daughter is a groomer with her own buisness and took care of Molli until we moved last December. The last local groomer (in jan) butchered Molli so bad she had bald spots and cut her beard that had not been cut in a year! I was SO mad because I specified 'Do not cut or even trim her beard' she even wrote down the instructions. I picked her up and it was gone along with bald patches all over. As you can see I was so nervous when finding her a new groomer. I called Dog naturals and let them assign her, her own spa specialist. I show up at 9am and was met by KJ and told her I wanted a full body shave but please don't cut her beard because we are growing it out. She asked if she found some stragglers if she could cut them, and I said yes. Well I picked her up and Molli looks really good. She did get a tight shave under her chin, you can see the spot in the 2nd pic. I still highly reccomend this place. However, I have to share something i saw that bothered me, there was an older lady grooming a small white and grey dog and she pulled the dog closer to her by its beard instead of by its bum! It was more than half the table distance. The dog was a very well mannered dog not putting up a fight. Molli had dental surgery last year and her mouth is very sensitive after that procedure and if a groomer did that to her we would have problems. As far as time frame they ask you when you need your pet back. I said as soon as she's ready and by 1245 she was done.

Love this store. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.Great selection of toys, treats and any dog supplies you'd need or want.Very clean every time I've been in.Decent prices.Love that they take walk in nail trims( 3pm-5pm) Mon- FriGo give them a visit & let your dog pick out a new toy.

Place is awesome! They have so many choices and I couldn't believe how reasonable their prices were. I'm from out of town and I WISH we had a place like this near home. Staff was super friendly but not pushy. Absolutely perfect pet shop.

I LOVE this place. My Cavapoo puppy was extremely matted and I really thought there was no hope for him, but Sadie worked miracles!Everyone behind the counter was pleasant and super helpful. Prices were also great!

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Courteous and always pleased with our grooming. Gotta love all the natural treats and especially the flea and tick supplies. No more poison in our furr baby.

We are from out of town and our big dog had been living her best river/lake life for over a week. We had called around to a few local groomers to see if any had a cancellation for the week while we were visiting Branson. The first two turned us down, but Dog Naturals were so nice and offered to take my number and told me they would call me if they had any cancellations. I knew it was a long shot, because good groomers stay booked up for weeks.Well, just a few hours later, I received a call that they had an opening and could work us in 🙌🏼. We dropped our dog off, and she was clean, dry, shiny and smelling great in about an hour! She even got her nails done! Amazing service, and everyone was so nice and friendly!And the food, treats, toys, products, etc they have for pets are extensive. I could have spent a long while picking out goodies for our pup, but we wouldn’t have had room to take them all home.I’m not saying anyone should count on them having a same day opening all the time, because they were definitely busy and I’m sure we just got lucky! But if we lived locally we would definitely be regular customers! Thank you again Dog Naturals!

Finnegan looked awesome! I’ve been going through a couple different groomers since his has moved, definitely found the spot to go. His last groom at a different place was a particular TERRIBLE one so I decided he needed to start over his hair and it looks great.

I love this place! My border collie Rufford got his hair cut for summer here. He always leaves so happy and looking and smelling great! Also bought his birthday presents here. They have a bone shaped cake you make in the microwave and CBD treats. Both things he loved, and you can't really find them just any place.

The people working there seemed pissy and not happy to be there. They were very matter of fact. I was shopping for a nice gift for my little guy and they all seemed very disinterested and like I was a hassle. I do not recommend this place at all. Expensive.

I assist an elderly gentleman with rides and taking care of his pets. This place cut his dog's eyelid. They didn't wash her as her face is still dirty and she still stinks. They kept her collar and leash. Her hair is very uneven and parts of it weren't cut at all. When I picked her up a lady was clipping another dogs nails. She kept yelling, "Stop it," at the dog. We know that yelling and dogs and using commands they're unfamiliar with only scares them and makes it worse. Then she was cussing because the dog had scratched her. This dog was less than 10 pounds. I would never take my dog to them.

Great store set up. Great services. They are moving to Branson on Shepherd of the Hills, under the Verizon store in June.Get your pet on the calendar, you won't be disappointed.I will say however that we did have one very bad encounter with our service and handling of it. One of the groomers cut my dogs ears causing a small laceration. When I called in about it, they guy on the line basically said, "what do you want me to do about it?" We ended up cleaning it ourselves. It did cause a big black scab that took a long time to go away.

Employees are attentive and knowledgeable. I've had my girl in twice so far to get nails trimmed. Done quickly, kindly and inexpensively. Cheaper than taking her to vet emergency for broken dew claw.

Dropped my two dogs off at 9:15 am. They sat in kennels for SEVEN hours. No potty breaks or food. Barely got them finished by 5pm. Will never go back!

Overall,store = 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟.grooming = 🌠(1 falling star)..The store WOW'd me. Tons of toys, treats, dry & refrigerated food, yogurt, homemade cookies, birthday cake kits for dogs, cake & pancake mixes, pet supplies, grooming items, & more! The best pet store I've been in. Drop by, look around, see for yourself.Grooming —> not so much..I have a little maltipoo & little did I know their hair gets tangled & pulls tight underneath the top couple of layers of hair. I've owned a lot of dogs but this is my 1st maltipoo so tangles & mattes were new to me. I've learned a lot with him that nobody talks about. I can gently work them out on my own but it takes a really long time & as embarrassing as it is, I knew I needed help. I stopped by & talked to a lady about my little guy. She was very friendly, understanding, & scheduled an appt for my pup. I dropped him off Friday & tried to explain his tangles (you don't see them on that top layer of fur & even tho you see skin, there can be 2 or 3 layers of tangles in between) & tried letting her know how he reacts & how to work w/him but she ignored me & walked away with him. I had no idea where she was taking him, but was later told they keep the groomed pets downstairs & separated. I also left his water bottle full of filtered water w/him because he drinks a lot of water. Bottle was full when I picked him up. Maybe it was refilled. No idea. Over 5 hours later, I rec'd the text he was done. My husband & I picked him up. His face was filthy. I assumed he must've been fed something. I didn't say anything because I wanted time to check everything else out too. Once we got him home, I seen he still had the tangles. He has big areas of hair that didn't get cut. His private areas should have been shaved but weren't. He had a bad crusted up area right at the corner of his eye that was not there before. It was black so hard to see but could definitely feel it. It had his eye very red. His face was not trimmed around his mouth at all. He was very withdrawn the first 2-3 days but the store is closed on Saturday & Sunday so I couldn't call & ask questions. This was not normal for him at all. He's always been extra playfull & showoff when groomed. Today I called the store to ask questions. The girl who groomed him was Keana. I was told she was new. I thought she might of been since so much was missed. I even asked if he might of give her problems, making him more difficult to groom. I was told he was perfect & that he just sat up on the table and let her do everything with no problems. I asked if he was fed while he was there since his face was filthy and was told they don't feed the animals. The girl on the phone said he may have thrown up and they missed it. So.. they missed it & handed him to me with his face filthy.. I asked who the lady was who originally set the appt up & neither of the girls on the phone could tell me. I was told there is the owner and an assistant. I said I wish I had been told beforehand that this girl was new. She said all the groomers are trained & that the owner trains all of them so he would have got the same cut no matter who groomed him. I told her, that was not a good thing then. I was never given an option to talk to a manager or the owner. I shouldn't have to ask.. The girls were obviously not going to help me at all. I think the 1st girl just wasn't sure what to say or do. The girl who took over the call was just determined nothing was their fault. Even a simple apology would have gone a long way but an apology was never given.One other thing that made me uncomfortable is they keep them 'downstairs' & unseen. Pet parents are not taken down to see where their fur babies are being kept & no cameras where customers can see. Our pets are our kids. We need to know they're ok.I will definitely be back to the store. But, unfortunately, I cannot recommend them for grooming at this time, especially on a small dog

Love this place. Have taken our dogs elsewhere (closer to home) but had to come back. The dogs stay cleaner longer.and they always look fantastic.

We dropped our labradoodle off at 945 for a 10 am appointment. We called at 319 and they informed us she will be next after one on the bench. I called and asked them why we need to drop off our dog 4.5 hours early to sit in a cage all day. They tried to say they asked me if there was any certain time I needed her back. Kim, said they always ask this. I informed him nobody asked me that. It’s like this, who would say “yeah, I want my dog to sit in a cage for five hours”🙄 They informed my wife at 319 she was the next in line. I called my wife back at 321 . I called my wife to inform her to just go get her. Ironically she walked in at 326 to find our girl on the table being groomed. Kim still tried to convince me they asked if I needed her back by a certain time. First off, I don’t have our girl sit in a cage for 5 hours, then to try to convince me they asked me if I needed her back at a certain time. Kim was very rude on the phone, we will never return here again. Make sure you inform them you prefer your pet not to sit in a cage for five hours.

Kaleana (KJ) does a wonderful job with my Coton de Tulear. She has always taken the time to discuss his haircut before taking him back. And when he is finished, he has looked fantastic! The rest of the staff I have encountered have been so kind, helpful, and professional. The market is worth visiting if you have a dog, even if you don’t require grooming.

The only place I will take my maltese. She always comes home beautiful. I was recommended going here from a friend and was glad she did. They also have many reasonably priced items to buy. Dog jackets...leashes..natural dog treats and food! They are fast too!

This is the place. Don't bother looking any further. This young lady took great care of our girl. Treated her like she was a queen. Would highly recommend...We have a 13 year old retriever mix. The last two years she has been shedding like I've never seen before. Went to one place here and they claimed that they did a deshedding treatment. If done properly it is a mutistep process that takes a good deal of time. When we picked her up she was STILL WET! , a nervous wreck , and acted like she was scared. This process takes several hours. The time spent with these people...2 hours. Would never recommend those people. Can't mention the name but VERY close to the vet office on 76. Others that we tried just couldn't keep the appointment.
