Mar 3 counter rep, KASSANDRA super experience.. the kind of interaction you wish would never end ... the peanut buster parfait with pecans instead was as delicious as was 20 years ago.Mar 4 drive through rep, CHASE was quick, articulate and so hospitable. My cheeseburger was awesome as always.Great people food and experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Lobby was clean, bathrooms were not. Food was what you expect from DQ. My gripe is that when I got there an employee was having a very loud conversation on speakerphone in the lobby. Fine, lobby was completely empty other than her so I just went and sat in another part of the lobby. As soon as I sat down to eat she moved to the next table over from me to continue her loud conversation, again on speakerphone and in an otherwise empty lobby. When I left 20 min later she was still there, still having the conversation on speakerphone. I got the impression she was trying to get me to leave so they could close early but it's not like I walked in 10 minutes before close. I left 90 min before closing time.

Stopped in for a quick dessert 🍨 following dinner. Dairy Queen has been a favorite location for dessert, or just a random ice cream🍦craving for many, many years.This location was pretty representative of most DQ's... clean, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Our order was taken and served promptly without any problems. I enjoyed my Blizzard... apparently it is a recent flavor addition to the menu.No real issues... although it is too bad that prices have jumped up so much in recent years. But the ice cream is still great, and that's what really matters...Features: This restaurant appears to utilize good Covid-19 safety precautions; cleaning after each customer. Staff do not wear masks.

I don't usually post reviews, but for better training purposes or SOMETHING along those lines, I was going through the drive thru and the cashier was terribly rude. I get that we all have bad days, but if your attitude is that bad, you should probably quite. This also was not the first instance the service here was really bad. Please train your employees good customer service.

The hamburger was dried out, the beef pattie was 1/ 2 inch smaller around than the bun. "Where' s the beef comes to mind. The french fries were cold. The guy working the counter did a very good job, the only bright spot of the visit.

Say you don’t like working here without saying you don’t like working here. The cashier who helped us and brought us our ice cream really acted like he didn’t want to be there. No eye contact, mumbling, not warm. He brought us our blizzards and flipped them over like the workers are supposed to and mumbled something. Not that I wanted him to put on a show, but at least act friendly. Otherwise, ice cream was fine except mine didn’t seem fully mixed and my daughter’s friend’s ice cream only had one brownie in it.

Staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, helpful and efficient. Even the gentleman doing the cooking looked neat and clean and had a friendly smile -- he was also helpful! Tables were clean and distanced nicely. We had a nice, quiet lunch.

No Dining in Covid 19 ! Girl at Counter was Cordial not Friendly or Diden't even tell me the Fountain was open ? Just thunked the cup on the counter ! Guess they Don't talk to the Customers ? Hopefully they will be more Friendly next Visit ?New Update - Food OK, Prices High, Portions Small, Somewhat Busy ! Fries we either not Done or Sat too long ? Warm but, mushie inside !3rd Update - Food Warm, Fries Ok but, Greasy , Bread Dry Like it sat out all Day ! Brought out to Fountain but Not on a Tray ,so I Juggled my Food and Drink Trying to get Napkins !2023- Just for Ice Cream, and Chocolate Ice Cream was Down Vanilla was Very Soft and Runny. Counter help Apologized, but, it Didn't help we Drove a A Ways to get their . Hopefully next time it Will be Fixed ?Food this time - Special - Fries were cool and Chewy, Chicken Strips were not Warm, only thing warm was the Gravy and Onion Rings that my husband Ate ? Not my Favorite used to be?

The woman was very rude! The burger meat tasted fake! Plus cost me $20 for just my son's kids meal and my combo small sized! It reminded me why I never eat there! I should've just stuck with Culver's food is way better!

Service was horrible! When we received our Blizzard it was a soupy mess. They did remake it. They were serving the drive through while ignoring the dine in customers.

The order person was not friendly, and was abrupt even though there were more people behind the counter than there were customers. The tables that were not closed were not wiped down, and there were more flies than customers. Very poor service from unfriendly staff, but what one can always count on is a great product. Fabulous ice cream at DQ.

Ended up stopping here with the kids bc McDs down the road had zero seating and glad that we did. This DQ was clean, folks were polite, great burgers and ice cream at a great price. Leaps and bounds better than McDonald's IMO.

I love the food here!!! I love the 5 buck lunches and that it comes with ice cream lol, its my favorite part. Every time I come in the people are nice, you can ask to get your ice cream after you eat, which is great when you got kids, its always clean and friendly. One of the nicer fast food services around.
