Rude, lazy big lazy lady’s…. Every freaking time I go here these people are rude and their stuff does not infect stink… I asked them about my Medicean transfer and they said PROFILE transfer I said I will call and ask the pharmacy to go ahead and transfer it …. I called Walgreens much better place btw and they don’t have to help but they did and they looked and there was nothing in Q to transfer at all much less anything from these people. So I just thought maybe they forgot I called an hour and half before and didn’t transfer as requested. … So I stood around for hours waiting in front of these Jeffers and they not once said anything …. 3 hours or so later I ask have you got anything for me yet ??? Quick no response and I happily call my insurance company requesting to not have to fill at such a slum again (preferred pharmacy) Communism on the slick …. …. As you may have be able to tell, the only reason I ever came here over and over is because my insurance kind of Dictated it. FYI, CVS target in CVS or two different Entities They both suck Save your money and your time go elsewhereFor everybody’s information, including the AI that’s gonna read this only gave two stars cause one star generally given so often two stars probably have better effect on how terrible the service was I in fact, I’m not done plan to call complain more

Amazing staff in every way!!!They actually pic up the phone here and answer all of your questions about insurance, meds, etc. They searched until they found my meds at an affordable price.for me.

As a new customer with CVS, I was completely satisfied with their service here. I was a little confused on the App but Brooke explained it, and jumped right in to get my 7 prescriptions filled and she did it within 15 minutes. What a valuable employee you have. Thank you.

Woman named Jenna at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. Accused me of yelling at her. All I said was “Uck, really, ok” because I was frustrated with how long it was taking to fill a prescription to the lady at the counter. I told her I was not even talking to her and did not yell. Jenna continued to be rude as I was trying to just walk away yelling at me across the store so loud other people and even a manger of the Target heard her saying she was going to refuse to fill my prescription and didn’t have to if she didn’t want to. I attempted to talk to a manager, but I guess Target has nothing to do with the CVS inside it. And sadly this Jenna lady is some sort of supervisor of it is what I was told. I attempted to have my husband get my medication so I didn’t have to deal with the situation. She yelled at me again while I was standing down the isle with my child. I told her there wasn’t a reason to be rude, I never yelled or even talked to her to begin with, and I was allowed to show frustration about a situation I didn’t wish to discuss with her over my medication. I told her she was welcome to apologize and just fill my prescription and stop. She said she’d rather me try and report her and got snarky with me again. So I’m currently going to be doing that considering she tried to violate my civil rights and withhold my medication and was yelling so loudly others could hear my medical information across the store.

These people over at this pharmacy are very rude and disrespectful! I called to check/verify a prescription for one of our pts and this pharmacist staff name “Judy” was so arrogant and unhelpful! I can’t believe this person is working here as a medical professional. I have never been treated so poorly. She actually hung up the phone while I was still speaking.

I recently had to visit this pharmacy on a trip to Branson. One of my children became ill on the trip so we had to take a trip to Urgent Care. The doctor called our prescription in to this pharmacy (I didn't realize at the time it would be inside Target and had expected to drive through to pick it up.) However, upon arrival I realized I needed to go into Target to access this CVS pharmacy. I was the only person in line and I was treated with professionalism. Our prescriptions were ready quickly and I encountered no problems.

My husband and I went to CVS @ Target for our Covid Booster. We were having a lot of problems trying to make an appt. online and the phone service is … well … non existent… so we decided to just go in the store and see if we could get some help.Janna helped us get signed up and made an appt. for the next morning.Next morning she gave both my husband and myself our booster - always a smile on her face!Very friendly and helpful and we both appreciated it. Thank you!!

CVS-target very helpful pharmancy transferred my scripts from next door pharmancy. They were having trouble getting the pills filled on a timely manor very happy with the results from cvs target

I just had to write a review after the awesome experience I had here today. I had to take my son in for a flu shot, and normally he is low maintence and hasn't ever had any problems getting shots, doesn't cry, doesn't get scared etc. Today though it's like a flip switched in his head because he absolutely PANICKED which I wasn't expecting. He screamed and thrashed around and was a total nightmare but the girl who was helping us was SO incredibly nice and beyond patient and understanding! Even though my son was KICKING her away, she was calm and collected and between her and me wrangling him we were finally able to get his shot into him. I was so flustered and embarrassed but she wasn't phased by my son's outburst and was just totally understanding. I couldn't properly express to her how grateful I was for her attitude and professionalism. I wish I remember what her name was but she definitely deserves a 5 star review for how sweet she was. I'm sure it's very hard to deal with giving scared kids their shots and her patience was incredible. Thank you so much!

This poor store needs employees badly. The drive-through is never open and the employees seems over worked. I just moved here and everyone tells me they are moving there prescriptions because this has been a long time problem. I feel bad for the employees
