I’m literally having an asthma attack, I came here for an inhaler refill, I took time off work because I can’t breath and Lucy is making me wait in line again. This place does not care about you, or your health. Guess I’ll just hold my breath for the next 30 minutes. Thank you Lucy for your kindness and empathy. It’s also worth noting there are no quick trips to this pharmacy.

Pharmacy rating only********Absolutely the worst service and professionalism I have ever experienced in my entire life (phone and store).The pharmacist will talk and curse about customers that she just got off the phone with. I can say as a witness and with personal experience, the women who work there are rude, abrupt, unprofessional, and disrespectful.Don't try calling unless you plan on being on hold forever (16 minutes) by the automated system just to have someone pick up the phone to say "I'm going to place you on hold for a couple of minu" *not a typo that's where the call was placed on hold for another 42 minutes...end result told that the pharmacy is currently closed and the call was disconnected. Just to call back and be placed on hold by the automated system again until the pharmacy actually closed

I called here on November 17th around 6:00 p.m. because I was looking for something and on the website they said they had it in stock but I know sometimes that can be wrong so I called to check and see so I didn't waste a trip. The guy that answered the phone was telling me no they didn't have it before I could even get the sentence out of what I was looking for. Thankfully I decided to go in and look anyways because they did in fact have it. I very rarely go here but when I do the store is a mess and the employees don't even acknowledge you or say hi when you walk in the door which I don't really care about but I don't think you should have employees there that are so lazy they can't walk 10 ft to see if there is an item on the shelf. The customer service at this location is severely lacking

Called to verify timing of when they would be open. Only got an automated system, never a person. They were supposed to be open, but as I drove up, two employees were locking up and leaving. I don’t usually shop CVS, but knew they had a product that I’d purchased in the past.Walgreens here I come.

The pharmacy is notoriously difficult to get in touch with though the pharmacists are mostly decent with the exception of most of the older women who work there. They blame being far behind on staff shortages but when you're standing at the counter waiting, most of the employees are just talking in hushed whispers about the customers standing there or playing on their phones while hiding behind the counter. I have yet to have a single refill of my medication be correct the first time I go in for a pick up. That one man in his mid 20s/early 30s is probably the only employee back there who pays attention and does a good job and has skills in customer service. He should probably be made manager.

One star is too many. On vacation and needed some meds for my friend. They NEVER answer the phone so you need to go in person. Even if your doctor called your Rx in the day before, there will be no chance it will be fulfilled when you arrive. They'll tell you it will be ready in 20 minutes which will easily turn into over an hour. Don't get angry, they'll tell you it's your imagination and that you weren't really waiting that long. The pharmacist, Julia Bowers, is a case study in how not to treat customers...real smarmy. I didn't believe all the bad reviews.....I should have.

I honestly could not be any more thankful for the help received tonight from Jana in the pharmacy! Jana, you are so incredible. Thank you so much for the priceless customer service you showed my family, especially my Type 1 diabetic daughter (out-of-town down there). I am so so grateful for all steps taken to make sure she got the necessary emergency insulin (even with crazy insulin prices). Thank you for caring enough about your customers to help find coupons. You are instrumental in my daughter being safe tonight. Insulin pumps are blessing, however, in this moment, not so much! I truly cannot thank you enough!

Really pretty bad. Just moved to Branson and I asked a doctor who she’d recommend for a pharmacy. CVS is understaffed, way too many customers needing help, but your wait time to pick up a prescription is at least 30 mins (already called in). So, I have driven 30 mins to get there, then waited another 30 mins to even get my prescription in my hands. My 2nd visit I was told I had two prescriptions “on hold” and one wasn’t even mine. I walked off after being told to wait to speak to someone because I unfortunately didn’t have an extra 30 minutes in my day to wait for that explanation. Took my business elsewhere and I highly suggest you do the same.

I have had my prescriptions here for over two years now and haven't been disappointed yet. The pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! The two pharmacists Hoyt and Alexis are superb. They both are outgoing and friendly. I like how they're filling scrips but listening to what the customer and tech are saying at the register. Hoyt and Alexis will over hear & advise when necessary. Alexis has work very diligent for me and has personally saved me money! How can I not like that? The techs Cody, Nicole and Seth are always on top of their game. Nice friendly and very pleasant. Any time you're dealing with the doctors office, health insures and the pharmacy things can get mixed up and somewhat hectic. But this staff has always listen to and gone further than I would have expected.My only frustration with CVS is when I want to use my phone to re-order my meds it is horrible to work with because it constantly miss understands the numbers being entered. Please review & fixed this problem.

I have a fever, cough, chills and a massive headache. Probably just a head cold but I did try to get tested. CVS had me scheduled for 3:30. Got there with everything they said to bring. Waited for 20 minutes for a truck to get unloaded. Another 20 for a person in front to get his prescription. Drove up, told them who I was just as another confirmation came over my phone. Then told they had no supplies. I am home now chucking down water and more Tylenol. I give up. I don't go anywhere anyway. I'm just quarantining just in case.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.On June 15th, I went to get my vaccination at CVS. I got there about 10 minutes early and they were very understaffed. While impatient and hateful people were yelling and mouthing off at the pharmacists, the pharmacy staff kept their cool and did their job in a timely and professional manner to the BEST of their ability.I appreciate these people and the job they are doing.

Dave in the pharmacy was so friendly and efficient. He was completely overwhelmed with customers but was totally calm and helpful as well as kind. I’m thankful for his positive attitude in a somewhat stressful atmosphere. Keep it up Dave! Your hard work does not go unnoticed! ☺️

I had a lot of trouble for over 3 days reaching the pharmacy to find out if my prescription was ready. I waited on hold for 30+ minutes each time with no answer. I finally called the store and spoke to a manager and he was fantastic at helping me get my prescription status. I appreciate your help so much!

Ain't much for reviews, but I have to, this place is terrible. With the exception of Ryan, none of the employees care. Gotta wait weeks for your scripts and then spend 45 mins on hold anytime you call. Been waitin 10 days on a key medication so far

I've never left a review for a pharmacy or drug store before but after visiting this location I felt like something had to be said. I've been there before and had a good experience, but things have changed drastically since my last visit. The pharmacy customer service is not just bad, it's TERRIBLE, I asked if they carried liquid melatonin and instead of helping they said "no, just the pills" I was shocked so I looked for it myself and found the liquid, but wow really? So if you don't know the answer to the question you just tell a customer no?They don't even have a cashier at the front checkout anymore, just self checkout- talk about throwing in the proverbial customer service towel, what a joke. How can a business in todays world get away with such terrible customer service and still survive? Fill your prescriptions somewhere else- this business does not deserve your money.

This was my first time at this pharmacy, and I was not impressed. It seemed that a few members of the staff either need some ongoing training, or the pharmacy needs more staff to lessen the workload. I think if they had been better staffed, maybe the female pharmacist we worked with would have been kinder and had better customer service. I will give it another try, but I will not be filling prescriptions here if it happens again.

June 5th, 2019 at 7:30, we went to CVS 105 Loyd St Branson Mo as we do month after month to pick up our medicine that my wife absolutely needs. It is not a narcotic but is a medication that she absolutely has to take everyday. We pulled up to the drive through like normal when Jana answer the window. We of course told her all information she needed. She came back with the medication and said $99.99. Nicely my wife informed her it should be $17.50 and ask her if she ran it through Good RX which guy does for us every month. She was extremely rude and shook her head yes. My wife asked if she could check again. I watch her in mirror of the truck as she went over to computer to run it again. She was clearly mouthing and sent a guy back to the window to give us the medicine. She nicely explain they ran it through wrong discount card and he deleted it for us. He deals with us every month. I asked him if there was a manager because I would like to make a complaint on Jana and that's when he had Alexis walk over to window. She already had an attitude when she approach window. I told her what had happened, she had her hand in her pockets and said sorry with no emotion at all. I was astonished. I did get annoyed at this point and told her she was clearly no help. She then rolled her eyes and said what would you like me to do. Which I replied I would like you to have customers service skills. She just stared at me. Then she said I apologized what else would you like. I then repeated myself to which she said I'll work on that as she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I still am in shock. I plan on letting everyone know my experience and both ladies names. I honestly feel discriminated against be we are a gay couple.

Consistently have problems with my prescriptions here, from being shorted medication to not processing correct prescriptions. The store itself is fine but being new to the area I moved my prescriptions from the cvs I used for years in Texas to this CVS and I regret that decision. If you are looking for a pharmacy I strongly recommend you look for a more reliable and friendly pharmacy.

Ryan in the pharmacy provided myself with sterling customer service. Being new to the area can be frustrating while working out the kinks. At least one thing was effortlessly dealt with thanks to his help and professionalism!

Your employee Michele has NO patience with people using the new self checkouts, even the elderly, who are not familiar with them. We are used to friendly people in this vacation town, not RUDE impatient ones. We will be going to Walgreens, we do not want to see Michele again!!!!!

When in and dropped my R/X and sat in by the pharmacy for 2 hours waiting. When I ask why it was taking so long the answer I was given was OOOOPSSSS I forgot and put it away. Then was told that the pharmacy was 2 hours behind. The pharmacist Name is Hoyt and the person I talk to last her name was Nicole. This pharmacy either needs to retrain its staff or increase their staff. This day was the worst service we have received at this location. They have always been slow before, but this was awful.

Still takes goodrx card for my prescription when others don't And did all the work on getting my script transfered. This will only be my 3rd refill with them but Ive never had issues and am not treated like a drug addict. It's more difficult to find a pharmacy like that then u would think.

Absolutely the worst CVS pharmacy. It's terrible you can't pick from a different pharmacy in Branson. Between Walmart pharmacy and CVS I don't which one is worse! The staff is rude, unfriendly and make you wait for your medication for ever. It's outrageous and unacceptable.

Called to get my prescriptions transferred due to moving and they kept me on hold over 30 minutes. They kept picking up the line and not answering the phone and putting me back on hold. This is unacceptable. Im so done.

Online the pharmacy states it is open til 10pm on Saturdays, but that is not the case. We drove 35 min one way to pick up a prescription and the female working behind the counter in the pharmacy on 8/13/16 was completely unapologetic and even rude about the misinformation presented. I wouldn't have not minded if there was a sense of customer service or apology for the misinformation but instead she was callous and unprofessional. We will not return here.

This is THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. MIKE the "Pharmacist" if you want to actually call him that is the rudest person EVER!!!! The only reason I gave one star is because there IS a nice young man there named Seth. But I will NEVER step foot inside of that store. Awful awful AWFUL. Find anywhere else to go! And they are also the slowest pharmacy and they aren't even busy. The wait time for a prescription is 2 to 3 hours. Ugh!!!!!!

Everyone in the pharmacy was great. Both Hoyt and Jerry were great and very helpful with meds and over the counter stuff to help that won't hurt my body. Staff in pharmacy are also great. They make you feel like you are FAMILY and NOT a number.

The woman named Leni needs serious customer service training. She barked at me multiple times for simple questions I asked as well as saying to another customer "let me get her out of the way then I can help you".Dealing with people is difficult and they were busy, but if you can't be nice then don't come to the counter.
