Went to lunch here and ate a bit later in the afternoon around 2:15 pm on a Monday. We were seated very promptly and there were not very many people eating at the time. Our waitress did a great job and our food came out within 10-15 minutes of putting in our order. The mid-afternoon is a great time of day to come to avoid long lines and wait times. Our food was delicious and we would have ordered dessert but we were too full. Their country fried steak and hash brown casserole along with the corn muffins and biscuits are always fantastic. They have some of the best peach tea as well. Lots of great items in the gift shop. Would definitely come back again!Parking: There is a very good sized parking lot with lots of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

We had a table by the fireplace and the setting was nice because of it. Our food was good and came quickly. Waitress smiled, was pleasant, and was attentive. My wife found a glitter globe she likes on sale for 25% off and we had a $5 off coupon from rewards program in the app on my phone. So, overall, it was a very pleasant experience for us.

Visiting Branson to meet up with friends from California and we wanted to take them to Cracker Barrel so they could experience the entire vibe that is CB. They have lots of Halloween decorations out and I had a heck of a time pulling our friends out of that amazing gift shop!We had a cheeseburger, I had a fried chicken salad and our friends shared fried catfish, fries and sides plate. Of course, their famous hash brown casserole was delicious and they loved the mac and cheese.The best part of the visit was our server, Christy. Friendly, professional, she checked on us without being intrusive, refilled our drinks without us having to ask her and brought us boxes as well.I know these can be hard times to find good servers, but Miss Christy has to be one of the best who has ever helped us. Our friends loved the lunch and our server, they kept asking us "Is this heaven?" And I kept repeating "No friends, not heaven, just Missouri!"Fried cheese curds-A+++Fried pickles B++Chicken fried salad BCheeseburger and steak fries A++Catfish, hushpuppies, fries. shrimp BParking: Lots of space, not too many for the disabled.

Overall a very good experience. We were waited on quickly and the waitress had our food out in record time. This has been an issue for Cracker barrel in the past. The only reason I did not give all 5's was the waitress was a little rushed and would leave before we could request something. But overall she did a good job. I would definitely go back.

I am usually happy w/ Cracker Barrel's food. It tends to be very consistent no matter where you are. It's familiar & a go to for comfort food. With that being said the lil barrel item I picked up to go was basically raw. It was beyond doughy, not any crispy or crunch period. The cheese on top was not melted at all even though it was in a plastic container w/ plastic lid. It is supposed to come w/ ranch. I ordered extra. They were out of ranch. Okay that happens, but if I had not opened bag and actually checked I would have had zero sauce. No ranch that's fine but either contact me or ask when I arrive if I want something else. Then after paying and discovering no ranch or silverware( I ordered that too) I had to wait in line at hostess stand to get items. Not hostess's fault but seemed like a lot of effort for a quick bite to go. So I seriously can't imagine ever ordering the loaded hash browns casserole tots ever again! 😵

Visited here on April 27, 2024 and once in December--I found hair in my food. This is the second time I have gotten horribly sick after eating your food, terribly sick. The waitress did not offer drink refills or ask if we wanted desert. She was aggitated when my husband asked if he could order desert. She crumbled up the bill and slammed a water pitcher on our table. Both of my visits to your restaurant earn a zero rating.

We visited Cracker Barrel in Branson. We had a good experience. I'm sorry I didn't remember our waitresses name. The restaurant was busy; she managed to stay on top of things to make our time an enjoyable one. We enjoyed the food. Also shopping in the Country. We enjoyed our shopping experience because the clerks there talk to you and ask if you need any help finding something. Very pleasant atmosphere as well. Thank you!

The service was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was delivered quickly. The side salad was delivered as an appetizer instead of with the entrees as requested, and the "no tomato or cucumbers" request was overlooked. Water glass refills were offered but a pitcher wasn't brought around. The food was tasty and filled us all up!

We had a great time visiting this location for dinner. Our server (Frederick? I'm not sure what is name is, younger man, lots of energy) really made a good experience amazing. The food was served hot, and looked great. Our server frequently checked on us and made sure our experience was a great one. The restrooms were clean and properly stocked. The lobby area was neat and had many interesting items to buy.

Our server was spectacular (Vanessa/Veronica) tattoo of Hello Kitty on her forearm 😀She brought a sample to our table to make sure the item was to my taste. She also was overly concerned about the pancakes looking a bit burned and insisted we have them replaced. She smiled the constantly and just glowed with a face of friendliness the whole time we were there. As far as the food prep, they could do better but we were told the cook was new so it should get better soon. I would still go again.Kid-friendliness: Yes

They were really busy, but not for lack of tables, but lack of staff, according to our waitress, who did an amazing job. I ordered the Bacon and Egg Hashbrown Casserole and it’s the best item on the menu that I’ve ever had. 10/10 would order again. Otherwise, the food was great, and the drinks were kept full. We had to wait for our table but it’s not bad while meandering around the gift shop.

The waitress Kim was excellent. The food was delicious & the sausage cooked perfectly. The glass lamp globes on some tables need to be washed. That is the only complaint. Also I found a beautiful Christmas decoration in the gift shop. I love seeing all the beautiful treasures. Thank you for all you do in keeping the business running smoothly.

Cracker Barrel is one of my down home favorites. I typically visit for the breakfast options ...which are incredible. Luv the rustic atmosphere with the vintage decor. And I especially enjoy browsing the gift shop before and after the meal. They have some amazing finds, new and nostalgic. Never disappointed when I visit, and always anticipating my next visit. If my review peaks your interest, stop by and give it a try.

There was only a 5 minute wait which is great for a tourist town. The service was good the food was tasty. I would recommend the cheesecake stuffed pancakes. I would go back, recommend to friends!Parking: Plenty of parking lot spaces.

We were told a 10-15 minute wait…it was about 40 minutes. Once seated and having ordered… we waited and waited for our food. We asked about our food and the waitress told us almost all the kitchen staff were new and struggling. Later she told us she saw some of our food coming out …. It still never came. We saw people seated after us receiving their food. One table was even served, finished eating and gone before we even had our food. We asked again and finally it came out. The scrambled eggs were flat, thin, cold and tough…bacon, ham and sausage was the same way. The pancakes were the only thing hot. The waitress kept blaming the kitchen. We asked to see the manager. The manager took the order ticket from the waitress and said she was going to find out what happened. She never came back to tell us anything. The waitress brought our ticket and said they took part of the cost off. While leaving we saw the manager and asked for an explanation . She said it was the waitresses fault….she forgot to turn our order in. So…who didn’t tell us the truth… the waitress or manager?…. I hope it was the manager because we tipped the waitress very well since we thought it was the kitchens issue not hers. We won’t be back here.
