This is a situation where the Team makes the Dream happen. It was 10 PM at night on December 30th and most teens would be bummed out to be working and staring at their phones. But not this group. They were curtious, hustling to get the orders out quickly, and entertaining the customers at the same time. They even entertained an ice cream rap request! What more can you ask for in terms of a well rounded and tasty experience. If I could hire them and take them back to work in my Shaved Ice business in Georgia I totally would have. Well done!

Gave as many samples as needed without getting annoyed and was glad to hand them out. When ordered they did some tricks that was fun and entertaining. He was very friendly asked some get to know you questions and loved it. We tipped him and they all sang a little song for us. 5/5 stars and will definitely come again when we visit Branson again.

Such a delightful place to get late night treats while vacationing in Branson. The service was awesome, kids absolutely loved watching the staff throw ice cream 5 feet in the air and catch it in a bowl without effort. SO GOOD!

We generally enjoy Coldstone- but this was an extra good stop. The employee (maybe the owner?) was crazy friendly and fun. We had a great time and would very much recommend.

This location was very lively at 8pm on a Saturday. The workers were having a great time and didn't seem frustrated at all when the line was out the door. The songs the workers all sing together when someone gives a tip are hilarious. I was very impressed by the workers and my ice was delicious!

Honestly there’s nothing bad for me to say about cold stone. They sing 🎶🎵when you give tips, they do tricks while making the ice cream🍦, it tastes amazing as always, and overall just a wonderful ice cream place! They even gave me a love it ❤️when I asked for a like it 😂!!!

Always a very good place for ice cream when you find one. Not hardly any close to where we live. Went to the first one with our son and his family in Bloomington Illinois. And that is about a 4 and a half hours from our home.

7-2-2023So when we walked in the line was twisted back to the door. As we made our way up the line the employees were singing and smiling and working their @**ses off... I was impressed with all 5 employees enough our order was $26 and I left them all a $25tip to split. Wish it could been more cause they deserved it.Amazing service and when we come back to Branson we will visit them again.

My family and I have waited all week to get ice cream after our show tonight. (5/19/23 8:00pm) When we walked in there was a line but it went by super fast. Once we got to the front the girl in the braces rolled her eyes and got mad that we wanted two shakes. She then gave our order to another coworker. I had ordered the cookie dough delight and asked to add pretzels. I ended up with vanilla ice cream and a couple Reece’s cups. We then got to the register and the lady working the cash register was not friendly at all. She got upset that I clicked the red button when asked for a tip instead of the green button. She then called over the girl with braces and said complained about how annoyed she was that I accidentally canceled the transaction Super unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location. All the workers tonight appeared to be young kids, would have liked to see someone more mature and professional.

A fun experience despite the store being incredibly busy! We entered during a large rush, in which the line was out the door. However, the employees behind the counter made quick work of the line, and managed to be friendly and entertaining despite the clear high stress!Make sure to tip the employees, as they'll sing a little Cold Stone song for the whole store to hear! The employees were also very skilled, throwing ice cream high in the air and catching it in a bowl for customers! The team clearly had great synergy and made the wait time, which also wasn't too long as they worked very fast, go by quickly!Overall, a great place to stop and enjoy some ice cream on a hot day!

Very disappointing!! I asked for cookie dough. I have never experienced a place that only offers artificially flavored cookie dough ice cream. No cookie dough pieces at all! It was a waste of money and I will never return to Cold Stone.

Walked in and the smell of spoiled milk was overwhelming. Not sure why but certainly needs to be addressed. The ice cream trays were not organized or labeled properly. I have been to many Cold Sone stores and never have been disappointed until today. I have been a small business owner and I would want to know if my business was in this condition.

Got there 5 mins til close, on a Tue. The 2 gals working met our order gladly. Even got an extra banana flavor ice cream from back, as the tub was empty. Main server had flair in her ice cream flipping skills. Impressive experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! My family and i have been coming to this location for as long as i can remember but it stops today. There was three teenage boys working. They were not professional AT ALL!!!!!!! they were flirting with the women infront of us which made us uncomfortable and not to mention it’s SO unprofessional. But the real issue is when we ordered our ice cream. We had three orders of “Founders Favorite” they did not make it right AT ALL. Vanilla ice cream and brownie was all that was in the container. When my mom had asked for napkins one worker replied “they are all the way in the back” implying they didn’t want to have to make the trip. They obviously do not take their jobs seriously and this needs to be addressed. Until then, we will not be coming back and will be sure to tell our loved ones and friends about the sad experience we recieved.

Went into this location about 2:30pm yesterday, no one was at the counter and my husband and I was just trying to decide what to get, the guy finally came from the back and just stared us down,no hi hello nothing, I greeted him he didn't reply, I said hello again and he looked away still didn't reply, anyways my husband got a chocolate waffle cone and I decided I wanted a French vanilla waffle cone with pecans and he goes sorry that was the last 1,totally dismissive,but offered a sugar cone,he just handed us the goods, took pay and left to go to the back again. I don't know about anyone else but I don't want to be treated with such disrespect where I'm spending my hard earned money

Went in to get icecream on 11-27 at 6:15, saw some tables and asked if we were able to sit indoors. They said no, of course we decided to leave due to it being cold outside and having young children with us. The young dark haired girl proceeded to stick her tongue out and dance. I mean there was like 8 of us, so I guess she was celebrating not having to make icecream? Seemed coy and immature, we were not rude to them at all. Won’t be back.

Yummy ice cream and entertaining staff! If you tip the servers a dollar then they will sing a special Coldstone Creamery song! It was such a joyful place. The ice cream can be pricey.
