10/10 couldn't possibly recommend more. Clean and organized space, and very friendly staff. I greatly admire that they've kept their prices consistently affordable over the years. Want that designer dress on the mannequine? No problem! No jacked-up prices, no waiting list, just simple good-old thrift store deals. I'm always sending folks to Caring Community and strongly recommend donating here.Low-income families depend on thrift stores like this, they're a great benefit for the community. š

I normally go here instead of most other Thrift Stores because they always have such a wide selection & definitely reasonable prices. As a matter of fact.....today I was just in there and getting home I noticed that I ended up getting charged double for 3 little throw pillows!! Now another time I would of gone back to say something....BUT......this time for what ever reason.....it just doesn't seem to bother me as much!!

I've stopped in here a few times on my visits to Branson. I love a good thrift store. This store has A LOT of stuff in it and is 2 levels (there is a basement). They have all kinds of items: clothes, books, housewares, furniture, etc. Think of it as a comparison to a Goodwill. There is not a lot of upscale items here and some items may have stains or be dirty but then you will find something valuable for a great price. Set your expectations.I like that the store is organized - clothes by sizes and gender, houseware items grouped together, etc. I also like that they create nice displays for holidays and other items. The basement is a bonus! The furniture is usually nice and they have large items like humidifiers, baby tubs, etc. Lots of variety.I'm torn on pricing. Some items seemed like they were priced high and others lower than I'd expect. I'm not sure how they determine the pricing. The employees are always friendly and ready to help. The employee that was working the basement last time we were there greeted us and gave a quick 3 second overview of where to find items - very helpful.

We came in from out of town, and thought that Caring Community Thrift Store was the absolute best thrift store weāve been in! Amazing finds at a very low cost, and the service was amazing. The lady at the check out desk was extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend checking this place out!

Left just a couple hours ago with my mother and little sister. The lady at the register was super nice and helpful, the place is pretty clean and they had fair prices. They had a bag sale today and for twenty bucks, I got a really good amount of clothes!

My husband and I go in here at least once a week. They have some good stuff and some good deals, I like the upstairs with the clothes and shoes etc., and my husband likes the downstairs with the electronics and furniture and garden items. We have never left without spending at least $20. This last time we went there, he found a portable DVD player for $3, so he asked the woman working if that was the correct price and she said yes. He then found another one that looked identical to the first and it said $5, he thought it odd with the price difference but wasn't concerned since it wasn't a real big difference. He kept looking, and found yet a third DVD player identical to the first two, and it was marked $45. Since the prices were so different, he asked about it and the woman said that was the wrong price and removed that price and put a price of $5 on it. He wanted to buy all 3 of them. When we get ready to pay, we go upstairs to the register and the cashier says I'll have to go check the prices for the DVD players downstairs. We said okay and waited for her to come back. She finally did and all 3 of them were marked up- two for $40 and one for $45. When we asked why the price had gone so high when the worker downstairs had said they were correct when he asked about it, we were told that " people take stickers off of other things and put them on other things so they don't have to pay as much", and " that they are over $100 at Walmart."Okay, we get that that probably does happen but why would someone put a cheaper price sticker on something and then not buy it?? I don't understand that part. Also, why did the worker downstairs tell him that the 3 and 5 dollar prices were correct if they weren't? And, how can/why would a thrift store, that has all this used stuff given to them, charge new prices for such things? This wouldn't have been such a big deal, BUT... this has happened EVERY TIME we have gone in there. We find items we're going to buy and when we get to the checkout something from downstairs is priced wrong and when they go check on it, it always comes back being a price that is way higher than what's marked on it. This isn't a once or twice thing. It's EVERY TIME we have been in there. We used to love going to this thrift store but I don't think we will go back after this last incident.Anyone else had this happen?

My family and I visit this place yesterday. We were looking around and found a king size bed at a very good price it was clean for the most part. If you donate a $1.00 you get 25% off or if you donate $5.00 you get 33% off and I was just like awesome, lets do this! So We walked out of there with a new king size bed w/ box springs and rails and a 7 piece dinning set for under $200.00. The people here were super nice and helpful and they sure know how to sell to you. We will definitely be going back!

I bought 3 things from the store last week and all 3 had chips in them. I thought I looked good enough in the store but apparently not. This isn't the 1st time either.Ā I called to talk to the manager and he wasn't in.Ā The girl took my name and number but he never called me back.Ā I wasted $20 on those items.Ā I will not return and I will not refer your thrift store to anyone.Ā There were items on the shelves in the back that were broken too. I should of never went back.

Love this thrift store! It's the best in Branson....There is so much to look at. From clothes, to legit vintage art and craft supplies. I can spend hours browsing both floors, and not spend tons of money. Even though I walk out with lots of awesome things. The everyday $10 bag sale on clothes is rad. As well as the daily discount sales. I have purchased probably 60% of my mostly name brand wardrobe,my living room and office furniture, various small kitchen appliances, and some really cool art supplies. I try to get to this awesome store at minimum monthly. I highly recommend going to shop here!!

The girl who was on the register was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is there were some people there who stood to close to me,or some who stared at my friend and I longer than I was comfortable with. Idk if they are "secret shoppers" or people who like to stare, but how can one possibly shop under those circumstances? I've been there a bunch, and will go a bunch more but if it happens again I might accuse them of some sort of harassment. I've never stolen from any place of business, nor will I ever. But like I said the girl working at this thrift store was awesome.

I went with my children and I got a piece of furniture. The piece did not fit in my car, so without the product even leaving the store and not even 5 minutes from my transaction I asked to just have a refund. I didn't want to have to drive my kids back home 30 minutes to come back to pick this up for only 35 bucks. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I'm in a lot of pain all the time, when presented of the return the lady said I could not return it. So I ask for a manger and she said they don't have any just key holders. I said ok may I speak to them and she replied we don't have any manager's. I was then informed she was the owners daughter as if it resolved any of the issue at hand. The lady was very rude, condescending and overall just disrespectful in an already aggravated situation. Awful experience, will never shop hear again and will encourage others to do the same.

Good deals at times. Friendly people! And if you can't use the stairs to get to the lower level you can park on the north side towards the back where the loading dock is and use the ramp. Also don't forget to check out their other store in Branson West.

A bit cluttered. Prices on a lot of their items are a bit more than one would expect to pay in a thrift store. But they have bag sales on their books, so that would be the first place I'd go in Branson if I wanted to buy books. You can fill a plastic bag with books of all kinds for one price. Cashier seemed like a very nice lady.

Went downstairs and by the electronics by the counter there was a large pikachu plush and I was curious if it was for sale and how much it was so I went up stairs and talked to the eldest lady and she said it was for sale but it was in processing and to go downstairs and ask a younger girl how much it was so I went downstairs to talk to the younger girl and she was talking to the elder lady upstairs on the phone and she looked at me and told me it was already sold. I had cash and was ready to purchase the item but wasnāt able to because somebody had already bought it but it was still on the floor? I didnāt know that you could have things on hold or layaway at this thrift store. It was upsetting because I was there with cash ready to purchase the item for my kid and it had supposedly already been spoken for but was still on the floor?

I love to go shopping here because they have such a variety of stuff and the prices are the people that work there are just honest down-to-earth and always down for a good conversation you can't forget to say Hi Jeremy why are there if you're in Branson you gotta check it out it's downtown just low good off by the landing is but that doesn't mean it's a little but often anything in quality deathly has some of the best stuff you can find the town
