Had the most memorable time while taking my son's special-needs friend here for her first visit. We couldn't really afford anything in the store itself; however, on the way out I tripped over a labor-doodle and went right into a bush. I fell so hard that the change fell out of my pocket and I sharted myself. The special little angel laughed for hours. There is nothing like a child's smile and laughter. Thanks build a bear, we will be back.

The employees were awesome. The young lady who helped my 7 year old son and tried to help my 2 yr old grandson was outstanding to start with. Just watching the employees interact with the kids was worth it. They both got their birthday bear. My son also got Oogie Boogie Bear. I am looking forward to going again. Maybe this time for myself.

Great experience for my 6 year old son. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They made sure to check The certificate my son made for his animal and call it by name. So sweet. It was a 60 trip for the animal and accessories but well worth the experience. Staff made it great, thank you.

Such a great experience here. I had my 15 year old daughter and her friends down at the landing and she wanted to get a birthday build a bear while visiting. Of course they were all giggles and not taking themselves seriously. The staff was so awesome! Made her feel super welcomed and not immature for wanting a stuffed animal. They were all friendly had a ton of suggestions and were totally into enjoying her experience right along with her and her friends.You have to love a place that let's you still be silly, young and celebrated.A great group of team members that night for sure.

I love this shop! Not is it only way bigger than a mall store with twice the amount of stuffies to pick from, but it’s always clean and the staff is so so kind. I didn’t get to go to BAB when I was very young, so now these visits make my day…having a judgement free staff has made the experience even better!

Gentleman at the store was very kind. My boyfriend LOVES hot sauce so this store was a great fit for him. So many selections and he finally found a new favorite! We will be back when we visit Branson again!!

We took our daughters here yesterday to get their first build a bears We have a 2 year old and a 3 month old. My 2 year old is autistic. No one in the store knew that or was aware. But my daughter was still treated with all the kindness in the world by melissa! She really brought the magic to life for our little girl, we will travel the 2 hours every time just to experience this again! I am blown away by the feedback we got from the video on Facebook away nothing but kind words and appreciation for melissa!! Please bring your babies here

It was my daughter's birthday and all the employees were so sweet and kind. They made everything kid in there feel so special. It was just an amazing experience, they sang for her birthday. She got her birthday bear and a hat.

They opened 45 minutes late on Sunday, December 11th. They had two employees in the store. The line to stuff a bear was wrapped around the store. Children are getting very upset waiting 45 minutes to stuff their bears. The employee doing the stuffing is walking around aimlessly between bears. Sought help with a bear from the person checking people out for 10 minutes, just stood there while the other employee tried to fix something. This has been the most disappointing experience and had we not promised a three year old a bear we would’ve left 45 minutes ago.

This review is two parts. Part 1: the store is OK, nothing to brag about. For this area, surprised that it exists. It was packed and chaotic. Staff were nice. My 6 year old was happy!Part 2: the whole company/concept is expensive . For a teddy bear...its awfully expensive. It lures kids into customizing a teddy bear that can easily run above $ 60 - 70. I came out of the store feeling ripped off!

The girls that was working was very nice! I felt bad for them on a Friday night be left alone! It was a very busy night for only having two people there. One girl was new and she did a great job for be left there for the first time! She keeped apologize. There was no manger to help or talk to.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. We walked in at 842pm, they close at 9pm. We were treated like the 1st ones in the door. The whole experience for our kids was amazing. Thank you for being amazing at your job sir!!

This was our first time trying build a bear with four small children. Tammy was absolutely AMAZING! She was so kind, sweet and really showed that she cared about the experience for the kids.Karen on the other hand clearly seemed agitated that they were closing in 20 minutes and that her coworker was making sure everyone had their own individual experience.Karen also had an attitude with my family because I was asking questions on how the process worked and when we got to the birth certificates two of my children wanted to change their build a bears name so she ripped up the birth certificates right in front of them aggressively.If it was not for Tammy I would not recommend families taking their children to this location.

Wonderful experience. The kids were able to customize their new stuffed friend in so many ways! They got to fill it to their preferred softness, have a heart adding ceremony, brush and clean it, then create a personalized birth certificate. It is a little pricey, but it was an experience they will remember for years to come.

Always friendly help, although sometimes they're a tad too overzealous; however, this location was perfect! They even talked us into buying an extra bear! They knew everything about what was currently being offered, and they were all so sweet and helpful!

The employees were super nice and helpful. There was plenty of room in the store and I never felt crowded at all, even with my wheelchair and all of the strollers. Overall a great place for kids and the kids at heart!
