Read the fine print. Made reservations for a show for 4 of us, which we decided was too much money... Called and cancelled... No mention of 10% surcharge for cancellation until it got my credit card statementš” Called office, no sympathy...

1st of all you have to go the busy downtown Branson to get tickets you order online. Thus can take over an hour each way from many Branson areas. What makes it worse is they do not open when their Google website says they do. It said they open at 10am today(Sunday) I wasted over 2 hours down & back to be there be 10am. Evidently they don't open until 12 noon. When I finally got someone on the phone about 1230p they said I was wrongt but when I directed them to their google website they did not know they website had different hours. Now I have another 2 hour round trip to get the tickets. Oh yes they say they have the cheapest tickets...they are wrong again... the resort we stayed at had the same tickets fir same events 25% CHEAPER AND they would give them electronically or print them out on the spot. FOR ALL THESE REASONS I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Save your time & money!

Have used them twice now. Very friendly and have everything ready for you including a map. It's a good deal and they set everything up from the tickets to your events to choosing your seats. (We always ask for center section isle seats) So we get a good view from the center but aren't stomping on people's toes if we want consession or need to use the restroom.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED TWICE AND NOT RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS!!!!!!I ordered tickets and gave my credit card information. Instead of tickets, I received a error message. While I did not get my tickets, I did get charged twice tying up $180.00 on my credit card. When I spoke to the office, I was told that this happens and the charge would drop off in 24 hours. If I wanted the tickets, I had to pay a 3rd time. I declined to do any additional business with a company that has such a cavalier attitude as a travel company. Thankfully it didn't ruin our trip as we had additional funds. But what if we didn't? How many people trips have they ruined with their it happens attitude? Lastly, the statement that the charge would drop off in 24 hours is untrue. The two charges have been processed and I now have to dispute this with my credit card company.

Stopped there to pick up tickets and coupons for package. They had everything already together and organized. Very polite. Gave us a map and showed us each location on where we are going this weekend. They got us in and out. Would definitely use them again.

Great service! The sweet lady working at the travel office was so helpful. Because of covid they have lost some business, so I hope everyone supports them. I know it is probably easier for some of the bigger reservation companies to get traffic, but I got much better service here than we even did with the first company we used for getting some tickets before we arrived in Branson. If you are looking for great prices on Branson entertainment, try this place first. Ask about her spaghetti! ;)(We got free putt putt tickets with our purchase, too.)

Everyone I experienced at this business was extremely friendly. They gave us free tickets to the Forever Young show and to the inspiration tower at Shepard of the hills that are good til the end of the year. The office was clean and looked new. I will definitely use them again!

Renee made a world of difference for me. She was able to do all my reservations, and share with me her personal outlook to the ones I was planning to booked. I trusted her and the communication we had was always pleasant, very quick, and I was able to booked everything at once. This company will give you the best rates when you purchase your tickets. I did my homework before hand and I know this company has the best reviews.

Cody helped us out with our travel arrangements package that Nick coordinated earlier for us. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable to point us in the right direction. I bought 2 White Water tickets online. It was easy and quick to buy. Once I picked them up at 118 N.Commercial Street the representative was friendly and very informative. He even gave me, my daughter, father and mother some extra tickets to mini golf, inspiration tower,and old time photo. Though they did not offer a senior citizen discount, he informed us that my father and mother could purchase them at White Water and get a $6 discount. He was very helpful!!!

I purchased tickets for a trip that was to have taken place 2 weeks ago and had to be canceled. I started to contact them in the allotted time for a refund and here I am nearly 3 weeks later with no refund and unable to reach anyone!Not only have I not received a refund, did that not notice my tickets were paid for and hadn't been picked up??Their ticket prices may be a bit cheaper but I'd pay the higher price and avoid this place completely!

Tickets to the Haygoods were ready when we stopped by the office. Seats were amazing (front row, center)! And the two complimentary events were both very enjoyable and again, excellent seats. Highly recommend buying your tickets through this office!

The kind and lovely people at the Branson Travel office spent hours on the phone with me, helping me choose the best shows and securing all my tickets in advance of my trip. When our flight was delayed and we didn't roll into town till 8pm, They were open and waiting for us with all the tickets in hand. One show had been canceled and when we arrived at the box office it was dark with no one there. We had our tickets and were unsure as to what to do. We called the travel office which was still open at 8 o'clock at night, and they immediately helped us switch tickets for another show that started in 15 minutes! I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Got a great deal for 9 different attractions through this office. Only downfall is they tried to talk us into sitting through a 90 minute travel club presentation even when we said no they continued to try. As soon as someone says no we are not interested they should stop.

BEWARE WHEN USING BRANSON TRAVEL OFFICE TO BOOK YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.In searching for lodging for our first visit to Branson, one of my inquiries gave me the phone number for Branson Travel Office without actually identifying that I was call the Branson Travel Office. I thought I was calling the hotel.So Rod was happy to help me and did his job encouraging me to book since the 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite room type I'd requested was going fast. I asked if I were to book it, what was involved in cancellation because I needed to run it by my husband and if for any reason, he wanted to do something different, I didn't want it to cost me any money if I went ahead and booked.So then, per his training, he offered me 'insurance' to ensure I would incur NO cancellation fees at all.Well, my husband said to cancel because he'd found a better deal.Guess what - that cost me $20 per Visa! Further when I called the Branson Travel Office, they told me it is their policy to charge a fee for any cancellation. I explained I'd been reassured that if I purchased the 'insurance' there would be no fee. And, was told it didn't matter - it is their policy.And, that came directly from Cynthia - Rod is no longer with the company.

Wife accidentally bought tickets from them thinking she was on the SDC website for my son . Then tried to call on a Saturday for 4 hrs . The ticket was for Sunday ā which recording said open 7days a week till 10 UNTIL you call on Saturday and say they arenāt open on Sunday. Sunday is when he is going AND because we bought them there you have to go there ( the travel office ) to get them ! Just be careful and know that .. still havenāt talked to them .. had to buy another ticket from SDC direct . If your gonna be open ...answer the phone .

The Branson travel office answered all of my questions and made it easy for me to select my vacation package however I have not arrived yet so I can't accurately give you a good rating. I look forward to seeing if they give me everything that we agreed upon. This is our families first vacation and I would love for it to work out.

If you are purchasing accommodations, I highly recommend doing this in person & not over the phone! Purchases are non refundable & if you ask for an address or clarification regarding registration AFTER purchase, youāll be told that theyāre not an information service. Make sure you have all addresses & legit names of businesses before you purchase from Branson Travel Office! We spent over an hour trying to locate our registration site because we were given the WRONG NAME of the business site. I would NOT RECOMMEND making phone reservations! The ONLY address we were given was 118 N Commercial St in Branson, which is the travel office where ā all the information needed would be there.ā A package was handed over with a circle made on a very vague map that was supposed to be the registration location & from there, the registration people would give directions to the cabin. We called back & was given an address but it didnāt match the name of the place we needed to register. The woman was doing her best & we felt like we should be refunded or compensated since no such place existed (so far). We were transferred to a man who had no problem being rude about us not being able to find the location. After all, we werenāt charged extra for the service we were asking. I reminded him that we were asking for the address & name of our registration site that WAS NOT provided in the packet. (We didnāt mention we had followed the signs as suggested that led to a timeshare condo. We asked the office manager there who said that it is VERY CONFUSING & he has people asking the same thing all the time! ) Anyway, we found the cabin before dark & it is perfect. We got a great price, but not enough to be treated so unprofessionally, nor be refused compensation for not receiving the correct information to access our purchase. Also, if you purchase over the phone, they arenāt done with you! Plan on spending more time with these sales people upselling more products before you get your previously purchased package. Big waste of time & unpleasant! Canāt recommend this service! (Because the cabin is so nice, I added a 2nd star.).

After traveling 7 hours to vacation in Branson we drive straight to the Branson travel center to pick up our tickets (we used them for over $700 worth of tickets). We arrive with a THREE yr old that desperately needs to go potty and they send us across the street to use a filthy public restroom!! If this is a "policy" put in place by ownership - it is terrible customer service and completely shows that you truly do not care to serve your clientele. We visit Branson often and this is our first time using the travel center and it WILL be our last!! You completely discounted any good experience that we had!!

Poor service. Missed a show because we spent $6,000 for the Westgate Travel Club. Sherry said to come in and weād get discounts on Dolly Stampede. When we went in Sherry wasnāt there. Lisa called her and she had the nerve to say the discussion never happened. We demanded to put her on speaker phone and she magically remembered the conversation but no discounts were available. Gee thanks Sherry. Donāt tell us we can get discounts and then tell us nothing is available.

Booked a hotel ad water park through them. Called and they told me everything was a go. Turns out the water park was closed when we got there. Told me they would refund the money since we never checked in and that the hotel didn't bother to inform anyone. Was finally able to get this resolved. Very friendly staff.

Found them on a branson website. I ordered tickets through the 800 number and received the Inspirational Tower, Busters Old Time Photo and Farm Mini Golf for free. *If it rains-the outside will close and they will let you play golf inside, call the golf place before you go to verify. The travel office is located downtown branson. Very nice reps.

We were misled on our accommodations. We should have been in Castle Rock (that is what we paid for) - we were given Atrium. To me Atrium means annopen space with trees or an aquarium or such. We were instead placed in something similar to a Motel 6. However, we were still charged the price for the upgraded accommodations. Additionally, the room smelled musty. The indoor pools were not heated. The lazy river was so fast that it presented a fall hazard. We were told manintence was aware, but not working on it. When we tried to talk to the hotel staff about it, we were told there was nothing they could do about it. There was no apology or offer to fix anything.

Maybe a good at what they do; however, during the Veterans Day Parade my 7 month pregnant wife (a veteran herself) was brisky shoed away from using the bathroom. Restroom across the street had a long line. King of sad really, I realize its a place of business, but still.

I booked a condo thru the Travel Office based on what the Branson rep told me about the condo and the Web Site displaying the detailed description of it. The Web Page stated that the condo had been updated with new furnishings and decor ; and the rep emphasized that we could expect the condo to be very clean and inviting. What we found after we arrived there, was that the place had barely been surfaced cleaned. There was globs of dust on the ceiling fans in each room and also under the beds. Dishes in the cupboard were also dirty. Looked like there was new bedding and towels which was good but MOST everything else in the place was OLD. Some of the appliances did not work, i.e. garbage disposal, ice maker. Smoke alarm was missing in a bedroom. The Travel Office definitely misrepresented the condition and caliber of the condo. To add insult to injury we had to pay a $70.00 cleaning fee for a place that had not been really cleaned for us.
