My wife and I live in Amarillo, Texas and visit Branson every year. I've been doing business with BT&T for years (probably about 15 now). I can't say enough good things about them. I work with Jennifer every year and she takes such good care of us. She is always willing to help and go the extra mile. She's just like family. I am so happy I used Branson Ticket and Travel not only was Jennifer amazing they also allow you to make payments which made it easier to splurge. Unfortunately, we have gone around the world and back to get my 86 year old mother's refund, from her travel insurance and this company. It has taken 2 daughters, a lawyer and a nurse to actively stay on them to give her her money back. Duplicate paper work submitted. Lots of promises that were never kept and very poor communication. What type of care are the elders getting that have no advocate to assist them?
