Our precious Lil Max stayed for the first time there during April 20-27 and we have to say the folks was very friendly and took good care of our baby this was his first time staying somewhere like this he enjoyed it so much we booked a small stay for him June 10-13 he really loved Joseph bedtime readings and his playtime with his other friend humans. Thank y'all for taking good care of my Lil furbaby we look forward for future playtime with y'all Max says hi and he misses you all. 😉

This location was a godsend to us when we came to vacation in Branson. We thought to only have our dog there for a few days, but it ended up being our entire trip she was there. Her care was excellent, and she seemed very happy.

Our 8 yr old chihuahua has never been boarded before. She is very attached to us and not real warm to strangers. The staff knew how to deal with her personality and she warmed up. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

The staff is so friendly, and they put me at ease when leaving Willie at a kennel for the first time. We were on vacation, and when I called to check on him a couple of times, they took the time to go in the back and see what he was doing (outside or in his room). When I picked him up, they told me all about his stay. I'd take him there again if ever in the area.

Branson Pet Resort is awesome! We visit Branson at least once or twice a year. We boarded our first dog there every time and she loved it. She has since passed, but we continue the tradition and board our current dog there whenever we are in town. She loves it too. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they really love and care for the pets that are there. They always remember us and our furry family member whenever we come to town. Prices are reasonable and a good value. Glad we discovered this wonderful establishment years ago. 100% satisfied with their services and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Leaving my dogs at a boarder during vacation is new for me. The staff here were so kind and patient with me calling to check in on them everyday. They would even go back to check on them that minute and let me know what they were doing. They sent me pictures everyday, gave them their medication nightly, and kept me posted on how much they were/were not eating daily. I would recommend this pet resort to anyone staying in Branson area!

I cannot overstate how great this place is. I LOVE when people do things right and this place is absolutely on point. They took amazing care of my dog Ella with special needs. They went the extra mile and communicated with me all week. Ella had such a great time, great prices and amazing experiences. I am blown away. I might actually have to use them even when I’m not traveling just to give my dog a good time!!

Took my doggo here while we were in town at an amusement park nearby. The staff were friendly and seemed to really love the pups! We got the pup cup and cookie add on and received pics of our dog enjoying her tasty treats!

My dog appeared well cared for and happy when I picked him up. Was a clean facility, and I like that they use stainless steel bowls that can be easily sanitized. I loved the combination indoor/outdoor runs. We will be returning for boarding in the future.

This was an amazing place to put our husky while we went out to watch shows, etc on vacation. Great staff, easy to communicate with for any changes in pickup. Absolutely fantastic. Raya came home happy and sleepy!

They took real good care of our three fur babies. Our second time here and we will be back. The only bad thing I could say is that their hours are not always the most convenient, but worth the extra hassle to know our girls are being taken care of.

Staff was loving and understanding that my cat, Princess, was scared during her first time being at a kennel. They even remembered her when she came back the 2nd time!! Would highly recommend. I know there are cheaper options but only the best for Princess- well worth a little extra for peace of mind.

Our dog, Jack, had never stayed in a kennel and we were very pleased with the reception at Branson Pet Resort! The check-in was very smooth and friendly for all of us. He was introduced to a sweet gal who took him back to the back. We were very comfortable leaving him in that environment. We will use this place every time we stay in Branson!

My family and I have been treating our 4 pawed children here for years and will continue to do so. Our kids have been happy to arrive everytime and that SPEAKS VOLUMES. The ladies have never failed us and for that we could not be more GREATFUL!

Went to Branson for the weekend and needed a place to board the pups. Got the vaccination certificates from the vet, and off we went. Folks are super nice, you could tell they enjoyed their job, and that left me feeling like we picked the right place.Just a heads-up...they have a groomer, but only during the week, or we would have sprung for that too.Good experience. Would definitely recommend.

I came down to Branson to vacation and brought my dog with me. He loves to travel and enjoyed the ride, besides it gave us longer to be together. The girls are very friendly and really recited when we arrived. I could tell my dog had a great time because he ate all the food I brought. ( picky eater). I will definitely be back.

We had reservations elsewhere, but were not pleased so we headed over to Branson Pet Resort at the last minute to see if they could board our dog for the weekend. They were so friendly and kind AND squeezed us in last minute. Our dog was so happy when we picked her up, and we feel sure she was well taken care of. Thanks to them we did not have to upend our vacation plans and our pup was happy too!

Our dogs were there for about 9 days and they had been there before about a month before for a 4-day stay. They take your very good care of them everybody was happy and healthy when I got them back. They're probably just a little bit cheaper than a lot of other places. If your dog has special instructions they can follow it. She's been in business for over 20 plus years.

Although, I know my daughter's cat got good care, and the facility itself is a good one...I was not pleased with the lack of customer service from the lady at the check in desk!When I forgot to bring Biscuit's vaccination records oh, and the lady at the front desk knew I was trying to catch a flight in Springfield, she did not do much to expedite the process of getting the records from my daughter's veterinarian in Pennsylvania! In fact, despite seeing my distress, she did very little to even help me out with my situation! After letting my daughter know our predicament, and her calling the Vet to request the records be sent to the Pet Resort, we waited for what seemed like forever, without any call back from that Vet. At that time, sensing that I might miss my flight, I requested that she call the Vet directly, to which she responded very unfavorably, initially! It wasn't until I got very upset, and started to lose my cool, that she reluctantly called that Vet to request the vaccination records for Biscuit. Her behavior left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I will likely not go back there! However...to be fair, I will say, that my sister had a great experience boarding her dog there, at the Branson Pet Resort.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone traveling with a pet and need to board your pet. I Made the reservations over a week in advance, let them know we would need an after hours drop off that morning of the arrival due to complications the morning of the travel. The pet resort told me to let her know at 4 how far out we were so right at 4 I emailed her back and let her know it would be 6:30. Showed up at 6:20 called serval times, no answer. Emailed again and still nothing. We waited until 6:45 and now having to find something else to do with our dog on a Saturday night at 7 pm because the hotel absolutely doesn’t allow pet. Super unprofessional and unreliable.

2 months ago, I went here and yes they did a good job on grooming my dog...however as I made another appointment for her again today...they informed me they had never seen my dog. If that's the case than why do I have a 45 dollar charge on my bank statement. Wow. Found someone else and they r cheaper. Thanks anyways oet resort...I won't b back!

Such an easy and positive experience! My husband and I didn’t have anyone to watch our cat for our week long vacation over the 4th; cat boarding isn’t too common but I found this place after some research! Our kitty is super anxious, but the ladies were so kind to our baby. I definitely recommend! 😺
