Do not buy propane from this store. I had 2 40lb RV cylinders refilled. One seemed lighter than the other. I weighed them before putting them back in the RV. One was 10ibs lighter than the other. The only accurate way to fill tanks is by the weight. They did not properly fill the cylinders. Don't trust them

This is my local Ace and I have tried a few times to feel like I want to shop there. Today I was approached in an aisle I was looking at products I wanted to buy by a staff member. He asked me if I needed help and I said "nope, I am good, thank you." His response was rude and unexpected; "I am sorry I am trying to do my job!" Then I am trying to check out, and one of the ladies there asked if she could help us because the clerk was not able to get the machine to work. She was polite he was very rude to her and told her off in front of me and other customers. Problem is, this seems to be a thing at this store. This has happened before and I just thought maybe the person is having a bad day. But it seems it might be just the way that they treat people both customers and employees. I was embarrassed for the lady employee for the way the kid clerk treated her. I will now just drive to one of the big box stores where you can be sure to be treated this way but at a much discounted price.

Great service! We called about filling up the propane tank on our RV. It requires space to pull in and back out. This location was perfect! We pulled in, the gentleman filled the tank and even checked our tank fittings. Then he offered to watch the traffic on the side road so we could just back out. The side road where the store is located has an entrance and exit on the main road.I would call ahead if you have a large RV. They also do uhaul rentals and may have to move a unit or two to accommodate your rig.

Jacob was such a pleasure meeting. It was my 1st time in the store, he knew exactly where everything i was looking for was located and was a pleasure to chat with at checkout. As it was my first time here, he made it where it will not be my last and definitely will come here more often for my diy hobbie needs. Loved my experience ♥.

Fantastic employees ! All of them were so nice, helpful and knowledgeable ! Store was spotless and very well laid out. All the sale items are right out in front of the isle end caps- so easy to find & see. All employees treated us like we were their favorite neighbor. If we lived closer- we'd shop there regularly. Highly recommend..

Poor service, rude, and when confronted about their mistakes they get in your face.Returning the truck even more issues. Tried to charge for what was by legal definition fraudulent.However was given great information by the babbling airhead, that they have trucks stolen as well as fuel constantly stolen.Great business plan that U-Haul has going there .My biggest issue is with how confrontational they are when you point out their mistakes and how they try to overcharge.They just keep pushing, and pushing.One would think in this day and age, one would not try pushing someone to their limits.Get a truck frome somewhere else. I learned my lesson.And don't believe most of the great reviews, they're created by employees and friends.

This location is not very big but they have a lot of inventory. The store is easy to navigate, and if you can't find something....just ask. The folks at Ace are very helpful and very kind!

I called ahead asking about pricing for propane, and was told that they offer bulk rate, not just fixed prices per tank size. I went to top off my tanks and they charged me the full price per tank, even though I was only putting in 25% of the tanks capacity. The employee even commented how full my tanks were, but did nothing to alert me about the pricing situation. Most expensive propane I have ever gotten, and shady practices in my opinion.

This store has so many different items you can almost always find what you need. The owner in particular has helpful ideas to assist in your home project and what supplies and tools you may need. So helpful and so kind. Glad to have this store in Branson, Ace Hardware.

They have a great variety of stuff that can be found any where. You don't have to buy a whole kit to get the piece you need! They have thingsthat can't be found in any other store in this area! Like Walmart ,no canning jars or accesseries, but true value does has these things, also family owned! Please Support our family owned businesses!

This place rents UHauls! Don’t rent from them. There is no communication between shifts to the staff. The owner was supposed to call me if and when they had a 15 ft truck. I finally called and was told there was a truck available. Went to the store and took over an hour to check me out. Rented a dolly and they forgot to give it too me. Had to turn around and drive back to get it. Returned it today. They could not find where I rented it. Asked what I rented and if I had equipment. Finally showed them my paperwork! Took another almost hour to get checked out! Nightmare!!!
