We purchased the VIP package that included a personal ride throughout the park with a Zoo Employee. We are so happy we did because we had a great time getting up close & personal with several of the animals. Prior to our tour, we were in a room where we learned about a few animals and held them too; I highly recommend this part of your visit.

Very fun place to visit. I went here with my wife. The sloth experience and VIP were worth the extra cost. Very fun and the drive through was very fun. Plenty of hungry alpacas on the way haha. There are some horned/antler animals in the drive through so avoid them so your car doesn’t get scratched. The price of the animal food is the only negative. 10 dollars for a regular cup size of food where as another drive through adventure in another state was 5 dollars for a whole bucket. Overall I highly recommend this and there’s a good amount to do.

What a beautiful and enchanting experience! If you have an animal lover in your family, this destination is a MUST! We were able to feed, pet and encounter so many different species. Absolutely one of the best vacation stops we’ve ever come across!

Super unique! Unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We did the private tour experience and it was truly a one of a kind. We pet sloths, hung out with lemurs (by far our favorite part!), at one point we even were able to hold a baby kangaroo! Where else can you do such amazing things? And that’s not even to mention feeding the giraffe. Our tour guide Kory was the cherry on top!! I’m a self proclaimed memory hoarder and the photographs I got from this day will last me a life time. 15/10 would recommend!!

We liked this Christmas drive through better than the other two there is in Branson. The main reason are the live animals. It’s like you’re getting a two for one deal. A drive through safari and a Christmas light display. Prices are reasonable especially if you go through Groupon. And another thing is that it seemed long ( good thing) and you go at your own pace. Also at the end are some baby bison you can feed and pet. Recommended!

We’re came here and we practically had the entire place to ourselves. We did the vip + which is a bit expensive but it’s totally worth every penny. We were able to hold the baby kangaroo, tegu lizard, and baby ring tail lemur for a good amount of time. On the tram ride, it was easy to move from one side of the tram to the other to feed the animals. The sloth encounter was definitely one of the highlights. I would recommend this zoo especially the vip + if you got the money to spend. FYI, my visit here was a little while ago but maybe this can help them get more business.

We absolutely loved the close encounters with Bre she was great and so informative! I was able to hold and feed and owl which has been a dream of mine so thank you!! We did wish there were more animals on the drive thru safari that’s our only complaint!

There are different ticket "tiers" that correspond to more close-up time with different animals, but my wife and I just did the basic ticket. It was probably the best value for our money of all the things we did. Sure, we didn't get individual pictures with some of the animals, but we were still able to see, pet, and feed many others; and considering you are walking for part of the time and driving around in your car - safari style - it was a great way to spend a couple hours. Be sure to see the cotton-top tamarins in the giftshop, and feed the parakeets, a few small experiences that can overlooked, but are probably some hidden gems.

We chose to go here over Silver Dollar City. As avid animal lovers this was definitely a better choice hands down. My husband and I booked the VIP encounter online, and after talking with the staff we decided to upgrade to VIP+ to hang out with the sloths! We got to hold a joey, pet a prairie dog, and hold a Burmese python! We also got to pet several other animals. Corey did an amazing job of caring for the animals and including the children from another family! This guy deserves a raise for sure! I would definitely recommend this place. There is so much to do and so many animals to see! Also for the reviews that mention the big cats being in a small space, you can clearly see they are well taken care of and even see part of the larger area they have to explore after close! 10/10 staff was great, great for children, and PERFECT for animal loving adults!!!

This is a large petting zoo. There is an expensive VIP upgrade to pet and hold some amazing animals that gives it something more. The large cats are kept in extremely tiny areas. It's a very disappointing experience after reading the reviews and seeing their website that make it seem like more.

Did the VIP+ and Blake and Corey were fantastic. Had a Special Needs granddaughter and they were so patient with her and took their time with showing and letting her pet the animals. I highly recommend promised land zoo and their staff. Joy met us at the front door and welcomed us and told us all about what to expect. I gave them a 10+

I did the VIP visit at Branson's Promise Land Zoo. It was incredible. Got to hold animals, take a shuttle tour ride through the zoo and feed animals. The buffalo were my favorite. The biggest highlight of the trip for me was the interactions of feeding and petting the sloths. It was 20 minutes in the sloth enclosure and up close. It was amazing. The staff were amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend a visit. Especially the VIP visit.

If you’re looking for a place to take your kids in Branson, Promise Land is a great place because it’s very interactive. There is so much to do you could spend the day. There is even a little playground to let the kids get some energy out. We did the VIP and got to hold and pet all the cuteness. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our favorite was the parakeet room, you can’t get sticks dipped in seeds to feed them.

Such a nice zoo. For us, if you have seen one goat, alpaca, or small deer then you've seen any of them. What I feel sets this place apart is the parakeet feeding area, the encounters, and the talking birds. I think they were parakeets maybe. Really worth a stop and check it out for yourself. The people working their really do seem like they love their jobs and the animals. Not a "sad zoo" at all. All the animals look well cared for.

We did the ultimate excursion and it is so worth it! Our tour guide in the rtv was wonderful. We got to spend a lot of quality time feeding different animals throughout the zoo. We had two different hands on encounters with animals. We were able to pick which two animals out of the ones available. There were other close up time with kangaroo, sloth, and a turtle 🐢. We got to feed the parakeets. There was also the walk through part of the zoo and feeding of some other small animals! It was great! Highly recommend. Staff is wonderful!!!.

Our visit was the beginning of season and first thing after opening. I didn't have great expectations at first, it's more of a display of animals over your typical zoo. We also didn't pay for extras outside of animal feed for the drive thru (which is included in admission). We did have a great time for what you get. I suggest walking the inside path, packing a picnic and enjoy that after the drive thru portion. There is a picnic and play area with animals surrounding it, was fun for kids who wanted to play vs feed baby goats. Left feeling like we spent a good amount of time for the price.

We had a wonderful time at Promise Land Zoo! Every employee that we encountered was so helpful and friendly! We absolutely loved the VIP lounge. It’s was so amazing to hold a baby kangaroo, and interact with an African serval cat, sloths, Patagonian cavy, snake, and other animals. The drive through feeding area was a blast. The animals would put their heads in our car window and allow us to pet and feed them. DO NOT forget to buy the food! So much fun and lots of laughs!!! We highly recommend this zoo for your family!

I am truly at a loss for words about my husband and I’s experience at The Promised Land Zoo. It is a day I will never forget. We signed up for the ultimate experience. This allowed us 4 hours full of making memories. We were able to feed and pet sloths, played with a spider monkey and lemur, held a baby Joey, a guided tour on a RTV where animals come up to you! Yes, I said come up to you. Animals like llamas, deer, bison, camels, ostriches, emus, donkeys…the list goes on and on. Our last surprise of the day was feeding HYENAS (of course through a fence and using long handled spoons) but WOW…hyenas!!!! The zookeepers were incredibly knowledgeable and so patient as we took our time with the animals. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this magical place. Even if you can’t do the experience we did, there is still a long list of fun things and hands on adventures! You need to add this to your bucket list… you will not be disappointed.

We did the VIP experience and it was worth every penny! It was a great weekend visit. We went during spring break and it was bitterly cold, but even that didn't hurt our fun. There is a decent walking trail with animals to feed and see, the walk is steep and there are no benches, I didn't do enough research on that and my mother with mobility issues struggled. The drive thru is amazing it stoked the show. All the animals just come up to the car and we all laughed and enjoyed ourselves. We had a mixed age group and not one complaint everyone was happy and we want to come back when it's warm so the animals are more active. BUY PLENTY OF FEED!

This is a nice little zoo. The walk thru part was fun but some of the animals were a bit far in between so there was a lot of walking. They had animal encounters if you wanted to pay extra for that. We did not but we watched others who did and it looked fun.The drive thru part I think was the best. The animals get right up in your car and beg for god. They are adorable and super friendly. Plan to spend a good couple of hours there to do both parts.

This zoo is a pretty nice little spot. However, the animals look sad and sick, though the normal pass is a good deal, You get to see all of the normal animals, as well as a petting zoo type room 😀 and see reptiles and tarantulas. You do have to pay to feed the animals but it is not that expensive. 🙂 There is also a drive in with lamas and stuff!!
