My family had 3 awesome experiences here while we visited Branson. The ice is very smooth and silky, there are a TON of flavors, and we felt like the staff was very friendly. The manager gave the kids some snowballs to throw at each other, he joked and laughed with us, and made the whole experience enjoyable. So enjoyable we came back 2 more times before we left. We would definitely visit again next time we are in Branson.

CANNOT RECOMMEND! I'm a local & I am So Ashamed and Embarrassed of how my visiting family got treated!!! Staff threw ice at them/their vehicle. The Branson area has a good reputation for treating tourists wonderfully and this does NOT represent Branson the way we locals want it to. Please do not spend your money here!!! There are too many shaved ice places to allow this kind of behavior in Branson!

Very unprofessional. Threw a “snowball” directly at us in the drive thru. When we got upset they apologized while literally laughing the entire time. Apparently it’s a thing they do and everyone should just be ok with it. If you enjoy getting ice chucked at you, then totally your place. However if that’s not your thing, I’d stay far far away. It was unexpected and felt very rude and unprofessional.

Such an amazing experience, any time I go the I’m always greeted with smiles and laughter. Everyone is so professional and respectful, they also know how to have fun and brighten up your day for sure!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly they also have snow balls for everyone to play and interact. I would recommend this place every time!

The manager that was on duty on 3-30-24 threw an ice ball through the drive through window at my truck striking a window. If the window had been down it would have hit one of my kids. When confronted the manager explained he was sorry while laughing. I called the Branson police department who called the establishment and the manager explained to him that this is just what they do and they do it all the time according to the officer that called me back. Dangerous, stupid, sorry excuse for a company.

Our kids loved their snow cones and my wife really enjoyed their frozen coffee drink. The kids said that this is the smoothest ice they've ever had on a snow cone and we've gone back twice since our original visit 2 days ago. We'll most definitely hit it again on our way out of town.

Delicious shaved ice! The employees were all very sweet and helpful. There are so many good options to choose from. The ice itself was perfectly smooth.
