Two young men were the only ones running the store at 7:00pm and seemed to be a little inexperienced. But we're polite and tried to be helpful. So I will still give a good score, and the place was clean enough but as per usual they had boxes of merchandise cluttering up the isles so one star docked for that.

Its dollar general. Whats there to say!! They SERIOUSLY need to paint the parking lot for parking spots. It's REALLY GETTING OLD on trying to park in a handicap ♿️ spot!! 99.9 % of people parking there are NOT plated nor have a hanger to park there! Or they are half in the handicap spot leaving us handicap just outta luck. I'm gonna start calling cops

I just wanted to make a quick stop and get some pita chips and no one was around. As I went through the store three employees were stocking shelves so I asked one do you have pita chips and she said no I don't think so but if we did they would be by the potato chips. No help so I seen another girl stocking I asked her and she quit and took me too The isle that had small bags for $1.50 and I asked her do you have any bigger bags and she said no so I don't have any but the second employee was willing to stop working and help a customer

The staff at Dollar General are never too busy to help.What I really like most is how familiar they are with the merchandise and store layout. I can ask where something is and usually be told exactly where it is in the store.Keep up the good work!

Love the remodel. Employees can b a little rude but if you ever stand in line and watch what they go through you would understand and brush it off. They don't mean it:)

They have just remodeled and it's beautiful. They are very friendly and helpful and they have been that way for years. I recommend them to anyone who hasn't been there.

Has more cold/frozen grocery items since remodel But no longer sells clothes which is disappointing as it was the only store in Bourbon that did. Other than thrift stores.

Dollar General is always clean and easy to find things in the Bourbon, MO location. Bishop often there and have no complaints.
